This is the second time we have used America’s Floor Source for work in our home. Very happy with the quality of work. They were quick to respond and install to our flooring needs in only a couple of days of contacting them.

Timely and good communication in all aspects, despite COVID-19. In-house appointments and installation of carpet respected social distancing measures. Our sale rep, Ed Adkins, did a good job of listening to our needs (high traffic areas, and general wear and tear) and budget and helped us select a good carpet to fit. He also worked (talk, share his layout drawings) with us so we didn't waste carpet that we selecting for the main stairway. The stairway runner was lay with a Hollywood Tuck on the steps and looks fantastic with the finish wood. All is good.

The entire experience with America's Floor Source went great, from dealing with the sales rep.(Katie Mason) and the installation crew. Would definitely hire them again.

John at America's Floor Source was very helpful in recommending a carpet that would work for us and the buying process was easy. This is the 2nd time I've worked with him and the experience was just as positive as the 1st time. Their installers were professional and excellent to work with as well.

I purchased carpet and installation for my living room, hallway and 3 bedrooms. The sales team was very responsive. I was able to get many samples from the sales team, so I could see the colors in my house at different times of day, under different lighting. The installation manager and installation team did a great job; they practiced social distancing, and wore masks while installing the carpet. The installation manager went above and beyond by shortening a couple of interior doors that were too tight against the new carpet. And another member of the team came a week later to install a transition strip between the new carpet and laminate flooring. He did a great job.

We just had a great experience getting our entire main floor redone with hardwood. The installation could not have gone smoother. The crew was finished in two days. They worked so hard. This process started in October when we first got samples from Garth Beers. He was so patient and explained the pros and cons of each type of hardwood. He never tried to push us toward the most expensive option and heard all of our concerns. We were going to delay the install until summer but a great promotion was running so we did it earlier. When all was done, Garth checked in to make sure everything went according to plan. Outstanding service from start to finish.

There is a big difference between a salesperson and a consultant. Shannon listened to our needs and our budget and educated us on many great options. From the selection to scheduling and installation, every step went quite well to include an immediate call after the installers left. I will tell my friends.

Installers showed up just when they said they would. They were pleasant and professional. They got right to it. They did a good job. They were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. Good carpet at a fair price.

great. On time smooth installation!

Went very well. We had worked with Erik before when we moved into this house and got all new carpet and some hardwood floors. The service was excellent then, and was again this time. We were impressed that for such a small job Erik got it taken care of so quickly and efficiently. The guy who came out managed to fix the corner by taking a very small piece from a closet and patching it in. Remarkably, there are no visible seams! It looks like new again! He filled in the closet section with a new piece, and again, no seams visible. He was only here for a little over an hour. Well done all the way around!!

Finished installation in one day. Professional team!
