Superb service. Called on a Friday night and they actually answered the phone and provided the necessary service the very next day. Spring on Garage door broke and could not open the garage completely. This would have been a big inconvenience if we could not have had it repaired over the weekend. Thankfully they arrived on a Saturday to complete the service in an exemplary manner.

Dan called early morning and came on time in spite of bitter cold and snowy weather. He checked out the problem, tried a few things, listened to my inputs and overall did a great job. Would surely call them again and hope Dan or Toby (had come before) come to do the job!

Lubed rail of door and gave me an estimate of 495.00 for additional service.

Called at 11 AM . He guaranteed that they would come by between 3-5 PM. He called and at 4 PM and was there at 4:30 PM. Within 20 minutes it was repaired and he was on his way. The temperature was bitter and the service was impeccable. I am going to use them for my new garage door. Awesome service.

The young woman who did the work was polite and friendly. The work was done efficiently and she took time to explain what she did and what I should look for in maintaining or replacing a garage door.

Purchased a deal to get the garage door reconditioned and he did that on-time and within the details of the Big Deal. He noticed a damage that was outside the scope of the Big Deal, and without any sales-push, offered to fix it for a fair price.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. They did the service but they ended up losing the car remote. He asked me if he could borrow it to let the garage up and down. When he left I realized he hadn't given it back to me so I called the main number and asked if they could send him back because he didn't give it to me. He came back and he looked all through his truck and he didn't have it. He said he thought he gave it back to me and then he said maybe he put it somewhere in the garage so we looked all through the garage and his truck and we never found it. He had to end up giving me another remote. I'm assuming that he left it sitting on his truck and it fell when he left. He did call me back and said he looked on the road that he traveled and didn't see it anywhere. It made me very uncomfortable for a while knowing that my garage door opener was lying somewhere. I didn't sleep for a couple of days because I kept waking up with every little noise. He did a good job on the garage door. I had to pay more for the deal because there was a noise and he said it needed an extra support. It was an additional $40-45. It was really good work but it was irresponsible on his part. I ended up putting my alarm system back on because of it. They didn't respond right away when I purchased the deal. He arrived on time. I knew he felt bad but I expected a call back from the main office and I never heard anything from them.

It went really well. They did a great job. We are very satisfied.

Just did an overall Maintenance check on the double garage door. Went OK.

I purchased a special coupon to have my garage door checked, oiled and rollers replaced. I saw no indication that the rollers were replaced and very little time was spent on the job. The tech didn't seem to be aware of what they were supposed to do when they came to do the job. About a month later another person from this company showed up to do the job and I happened to be home which would not normally have been the case and told him Sam had already been there and I had no idea why I was back on the schedule. Doesn't seem like this company has their act together.

The provider's technician was very prompt and got right into the job. He explained to me in a very professional way and in a way I could easily understand. He was not making any sales pitch. He explained the options I have instead of pressuring me into anything. He came the next day in spite of the inclement weather and finished the job. While he was there, he even applied some lubricants to the gear drive unit. He also programed the Home link system in my car.

Supposedly adjust garage door that had difficulty staying down during colder weather months. Now that the weather has become colder, the problem was not corrected and still exists. | |The repairman said if what he did failed to correct the problem...I would need a new door. In other words...his work was not guaranteed to correct the problem.

We purchased a Garage Door Reconditioning Coupon from All Pro a year ago. We were extremely pleased with the company and the service so, when we had problems with our door recently (broken spring), we immediately called them. During the initial phone call, I was impressed that they recommended we we not use the door until it was repaired. They came out within 24 hours and were even better than the first time. The service person was the same one who had come before. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional (also very nice). He had all the parts and tools in his truck and fixed our problem promptly. He also had an extra garage door opener on the truck which we wanted to purchase. He made recommendations for the future but did not try to "hard sell" us on things. I highly recommend this company. We will use them in the future (but hopefully we won't need them too soon!). Fabulous experience both times we used this company.

He was punctual and did a fine job. He also pointed out some other needs that needed addressing.

Fast response to initial call. Service person was able to make it to my home the same day. Since I only needed a 15 minute heads up and was not expecting someone until the following day timing was perfect. Service tech arrived right on time. Tech id'd the problem, told me what he was going to do to fix it and quickly resolved my problem. He also noticed that there was a bowing in one of the sections and helped me quickly resolve that by moving an unneeded support bar from another location on the door. He provided additional guidance and things to look out for in case our change had any adverse although unexpected affects. During his visit he also answered some questions I had about making the door more quiet as well as talking about some other opener technologies I had read about sharing his experiences with them. I did not include a price rating as I did not take the time to find competing quotes, the total amount was in the range I had estimated but the techs through explanation, attention to detail and extra guidance would have offset a small markup.

Tightened loose bolts, lubricated door and replaced a burned out light bulb (bulb provided by me/customer). I did have to contact the company to inform the Service technician, that he failed to return my garage door opener. Apologies were made and the technician promptly returned my opener.

They were punctual and professional. I think they did a fine job and explained exactly what they did.

My garage door spring decided to break on Tuesday night. I called first thing Wednesday and they were able to send someone over in the morning. Sam showed up, confirmed the garage door spring was the problem and set to work. She was quick, efficient and the problem was solved in short order. The ultimate cost was inline with what I was quoted over the phone.

The owner Joe is extremely nice and very responsive. He very much has your best interest in mind and his crew did a great job.

It was okay. There was nothing exceptional or problematic. It was okay. Initially, there was confusion about setting an appointment. The credit card was charged before any appointment was even set. I was a little disturbed by that but it was eventually resolved.

They did a great job. The technician really knows the product well. He was pleasant and went above and beyond. He reset our remote which was not technically included in the package.

I love my new garage door. Toby came out and replaced my old garage door with a brand new one. He also replaced some trim around the door due to the fact that my garage door opening was not level and he wanted to make sure the garage door lined up properly. He did a fantastic job. He even installed my new garage door opener that I bought at Lowes. Toby was very patient and courteous. He took his time to make sure the job was done well. Not only does my new garage door look good, it also works with the touch of a button. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door needs.

It was a scheduling nightmare. I heard too many excuses as to why. I was so disappointed in the company that the owner agreed to refund my money after too many issues. I told him that I couldn't believe he was an Angie's list company! I gave him my contact info several times and then was told that he didn't have it, nor did his phone scheduler. I gave it to her too, but she didn't seem to have it. They told me that they couldn't find my home and had no way to contact me. When someone did finally arrive hours later, he was unable to do what the full service was. Apparently the system is so old and the part needed is no longer made. He couldn't do much except suggest I get a whole new system and gave me a price. It was a bad experience, but I did get a full refund a few days later,

They contacted and scheduled the work right away. Arrived on time. Work was completed quickly and competently. Very polite and knew what she was doing.
