Description of Work: I received the 17-point Aire Serv furnace check and was fully satified. The two young men who came to do the check and cleanup were knowledgible and did their work efficently. I had a number of questions I wanted to ask and they cheerfully answered all in full. In addition they took note of some problems with some problems with heat distribution and made a recommendation to obtain a CO2 alarm which I have already acted upon. Good experience and good value.

Description of Work: The service technician arrived on time as scheduled and was very friendly and professional. Our furnace simply required a tune-up. This service was completed and all my questions were answered regarding a maintenance plan and proper filter replacements. Being new to the Columbus area it is good to have found a heating a/c company that we feel we can rely on.
