Everything turned out very well. They did the work needed and the work was good. They were timely for the work as well. They wore booties in our home and they cleaned up everything.

The provider gave our furnace the onceover before the colder weather season and let us know its condition. It did not need anything and we were good to go for winter. They were running just a little (under 30 min) bit behind but call earlier to see if it would be a problem which was appreciated.and they arrived as discussed. Extremely courteous and clean dressed fellow came out to the house. We were more than satisfied with report.

So far, so good. They showed up on time. They did what they said they would do. The guy was most pleasant and seemed confident. The price was spectacular.

Also, I had another company do service on the furnace in January 2014 and they claimed there was very little cleaning done on the furnace within the last year. I guess you get what you pay for.

They called right away, were very courteous on the phone, had us scheduled and complete in less than a week. The man was very professional and gave us a thorough review of our heating/cooling system. He even let us know that the humidifier on the system was not working but did not pressure us to have it repaired or replaced. Excellent service!

The service turned out fine. They came in and did a good job. I have an old furnace, there wasn't anything wrong with it at that time although about three weeks later it did go out.

The technician was efficient. He clearly described his findings and provided thoughtful answers to my questions.

Fast forward a week. It's now Thanksgiving Day and the furnace is not working at all - there's actually a burning smell coming from the inside unit. I didn't want to call for service because I thought there would be a surcharge due to the holiday but with temps in the 20s - 30s that day, I didn't have much of a choice. I called and actually got the same service person that came out originally. (BTW, there was no surcharge.) He ran some tests and replaced the capacitor (which, thankfully, he had on his truck). Whether or not this was the cause of the original problem, we don't know but I can say that I haven't had any issues with the unit since. Because I had gotten a coupon off of Aire-Serv's website, the service fee was waived and I only had to pay for the capacitor, which was approx. $269.
