I bought the a/c tune up and inspection deal. They set up the appointment as per my schedule. The technician was punctual and very courteous. Explained everything what he was going to do. As I said it was just a tune up inspection my a/c was working fine.

Craig arrived on time for our appointment. He was very thorough with his testing of all parts outside as well as the inside. After checking all he gave a complete explanation of everything he did as well as a check list of each part with each reading tested. He also explained what they look for to prevent potential problems. I was very impressed as I have owned homes over the past 35 years and have never had this good of service. I would highly recommend this company!

Dale and his employees are the best. They did a THOROUGH pre-contract inspection, made recommendations, including alternates, and did the work on time. I would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.

They were very responsive - a service rep contacted me within an hour of ordering online to schedule my appointment. The actual service tech arrived around 10:15 (scheduled for 10am). He was very professional and accommodating. He completed his job and went over the details with me before leaving. Overall, it was a positive experience!

The spring of '14 is the second time that I have purchased a pre-season check-up special from AireServ (I also purchased a pre-season check-up special for my furnace in the fall of '13. I was very pleased with their service both times. The technician who performed the work on both occasions was C.J., who was pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. I have not needed more that pre-season checks to date, but given my experience with those, would definitely consider calling AireServ for repair or replacement work.

Very professional, very thorough at explaining my situation and furnace issues/possible solutions,etc. I had them use an interior sealant to attempt to fix my coil leak and they also added more coolant to replace what was lost over the winter.

The man who came to do the tune up was very professional and friendly. He spent a lot of time explaining what he was doing and showing me how the unit should be working. My AC unit is 13 years old and it has a leak. He gave me several options going forward and I appreciated his honesty and time spent with me. I will definitely use this company to purchase a new AC unit when the time comes.

The inspector called to advise me when he would be at my home and he arrived when he said he would. He quickly went to his work and was done in about 45 minutes. He told me my cooling system, for it's age was in good to fair condition. I asked if there was a coolant issue as I didnt feel my air conditioner was very cool and he advised me that the age of the unit could be a contributing factor, but there was nothing with the condition of my system that was causing the problem. That was good feedback for me becuase I was deciding on reinsulating my attic and that analysis helped make my decision. Over all a good experience for the money when you compare it to many service repair people who charge a $50 trip charge just to come out an look.

The service technician was the most informative I've ever met. In the past the technician did their job, maybe gave me a glimpse at the inside of the furnace, and then left. J.C. walked me through every step of what he was doing and explained how everything was supposed to work. When he was finished he told me to call if we had any problems, that he lived in our area and could be right over. He was very friendly and helpful.

They were pretty professional and did a great job with the installation. I only met with the person who came out to take the order. When I got home from work they install done. They removed my old unit for me.

They contacted me to let me know they didn't service Licking Co. Very polite and apologetic.

He arrived right on time. Was very thorough. He gave my husband suggestions as to how to extend the life of the air conditioning unit and didn't try to sell us any services we didn't ask for.

The young man was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It was a rainy day and he was careful to not bring in any mud. He had a check list to indicate what had been done with specific numbers to record the efficiency of how the air conditioner was operating.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was fine. They were in and out, and there were no issues. They didn’t spend a lot of time here but it’s a relatively new furnace. So there wasn’t a whole lot to say about it. They were prompt. There wasn’t anything exciting. Sometimes people get somebody who’s really good and they would want to fill out a survey, and sometimes they get somebody who’s really bad. They just came in and did what they said they were going to do. They were in and out the door. I would surely use them again in the future.

It went fine. I noticed that there was no print out of levels which we had had with our last company. I really liked that feature so I'll be going back to them. But for the price - a fantastic service! And the furnace has run well all winter.

This was not only the first time I had used Aire Serv but also the first time I had used a provider via Angie's List. So they were definitely under the microscope. However, I had no reason to worry. They were brilliant. Communication was great and timely. CJ, the technician, was awesome and showed ID when he came to the door which was important to me. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will call them again in the fall when my furnace needs maintenanced.
