It went well. I believe scheduling also went well. They made recommendations about changing the furnace filter and the price of the service was good.

Technician C.J. was thorough and informative. Left me confident in assessing next steps with failing A/ C.

The service went fine. My wife primarily dealt with the company. They did exactly what the deal stated. One technician came out for the service. My wife said the technician did an okay job and we had no problem scheduling the deal.

Came out on a Sunday. He was polite, efficient, ahead of schedule and a more than fair price for a Sunday call

The provider had to re-schedule the appointment due to running late at other service calls. I was not notified about this re-schedule until an hour after they were supposed to arrive at my house for the original service call. I had to use vacation time to be home in time for them to show up and then that was wasted when they could not perform the service when originally scheduled. The service technician was extremely polite about the issue but I was still forced to waste valuable time off work. Once the service provider arrived on the rescheduled date everything went smooth and he was very professional.

There was a mix up in the scheduled time (our fault) I contacted them and the rescheduled for the next day.

This company, and I have been using many on Angie's List, was one of the best that I can remember. Mannerisms, dress, talking to you after they completed their job was one of the best. I would gladly choose them and allow my best friend to also have them do his work.

He examined the furnace and ducts and told me what he way and what would be additional to check. all help[ful.I ended up purchasing a new HVAC system from Fire and Ice in May.

Representative arrived on time and was courteous and took all steps to ensure he did not make a mess or disturb our home in any way. I asked him to walk me through the inspection, so he patiently explained what he was doing each step of the way, as well as answering my questions when they came up. Good experience.

After moving into a new home, I bought this package to inspect my AC. Dale was awesome. He was very thorough and spent quite a bit of time giving us pointers on how to save on energy costs. After he thoroughly cleaned our AC unit, he brought our amps down so much that we should expect to save around $50 a month on AC. I'm very happy with the service. It's well worth it and from a great company! I'd recommend them to anyone.

This company is awesome. Called them on a Sunday, when my AC stopped blowing cool air, fully expecting not to get service until later in the week. They were able to book me an appointment that day, on a Sunday for no extra charge. They charge a $79 service fee that is waived if you get the repair. Dale was courteous and helpful in explaining the way my AC unit operates. I would definately utilize again. Great service.

First off what a great idea for a company to be open and make service calls on weekends when a lot of people are not working. My AC began running a little warm Saturday and I called Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. for service. After speaking with someone in the office I was contacted by a dispatcher within the hour which is when the office person told they would contact me. Around 45 minutes later the tech (CJ) contacted me to give me an ETA. By 2:00 I had cold air coming through my vents again! Great experience, I would not hesitate to use Aire Serv again

I've used the company before with good results, and this time was no exception. The technician showed on time, was professional and friendly, and did a good job with the tune up.

got the angies list deal. Experience colored by being two hours late after time window, with specific arrangements to miss work. Technician did give a heads up though. Tune up seemed to be about par. Gave you an inventory check list at end which was nice.

Everything was acceptable with the exception of arriving when scheduled. I had to call to find out where the tech was which apparently caused much confusion in the office, based on their reaction. Tech finally arrived very latte and had no problems with his performance which he handled in a professional manner.

Things went well. He is a really friendly, young guy. He came on time and got the job done. I will use him again in the future.

Technician arrived on time and inspected and cleaned the furance. Left a detailed checklist of what was inspected and items to consider going forward. Just what I was looking for.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It went well, I checked it out, I kind of stand there to see what they were doing and he said that everything was working well and then literally two weeks later when I turned on my air conditioner nothing came on. He had told me that this unit is based on a capacitor that's on there, that is one of the things that go bad on the A/C units and he said ours was like eighty percent of functioning and it might go bad but it was working then so there was no need to change it. But two weeks later as soon as I turned on my air conditioner for the first time it went out. So the visit went well, I give them thumbs up, they were very nice, the gentleman that came out was very nice and walked me through every component that's in there and helped me understand what the air conditioner needs as far as service in the future.

Did work as requested. No problems.
