This was an Angie's List Deal, and I couldn't be happier with this provider! The price was, of course, terrific but I also was very impressed with this company. I was not familiar with them, and I'm always a little hesitant to use someone new, but they won me over. Making the appointment was quick and easy, though I had to wait a while for an opening in their schedule. (I was actually offered an appointment the very next day due to a cancellation they had, but it did not work for me so I chose to wait until later.) I was given a time frame of 2 hours, between 8 & 10 AM, and the technician was here just after 8:00, which delighted me. C.J. was extremely personable, thorough, and very professional. He gave me a detailed diagnosis sheet and explained everything. He mentioned that they offer a regular maintenance service, but did not push it or pressure me in any way, which I appreciated. The furnace and surrounding area was clean and neat when he was finished and everything is working fine. I would definitely use this company again.

The service technician arrived promptly at the appointed time and was very conscientious and courteous, putting covers on his shoes so as not to track any dirt or mud into the house. He did an extensive inspection of the furnace, far more thorough than the inspections performed by other HVAC services I'd used in the past. He noted items that were in good condition, as well as items that might need to be repaired or replaced down the road, marked this all down on a checklist he left for us, and explained everything very clearly. I was extremely satisfied with this service and would recommend them again!

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very well. I was glad I purchased it. The salesman was very polite and explained what he was going to do to the furnace. When he was done he went through what he had done and showed me in writing. I thought it was a good deal and I would use that company again without a Big Deal coupon. I paid about double what the Big Deal costs.

It turned out just fine. A lovely young man came and he was very nice. He was just really courteous and just really a nice person and he did a good job as far as I know. It was really satisfactory work by all means. No additional charges. They called me right away and made the appointment. I mean I could have had them out the next day that is how quick they responded. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out just fine. I appreciated that they showed me what they were doing and they did a good job. I did not dislike anything. They were on time, very friendly, very courteous and protected the carpet. They seemed knowledgeable and did everything they were supposed to do.

Arrived on time and was efficient and professional

Aire Serv was originally scheduled to come on Wednesday, 10-23-13, between 2:00-4:00 to inspect my furnace. I received a call Wednesday morning kindly letting me know they were running behind on their appointments due to them taking longer than expected and the need to reschedule. We rescheduled for Saturday, 10/26/13 between 1:00-3:00. I received a call from the technician letting me know he was on his way about 12:45. The technician arrived a short time later, introduced himself, shook my hand, put on shoe covers to protect the floors and promptly went to my furnace to do his inspection. The inspection took about half an hour. When the technician was finished with the furnace, he sat down with me and explained what he found. He shook my hand once again before he left. Nothing was out of place and didn't even look as if someone had come. I was pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of the service I received.

All went very well. Craig was on time, and explained what he was going to do in detail. He was was very professional and answered all of my questions.

I bought an Angie's List deal online, and received an e-mail response the same day from the company. I scheduled the furnace tuneup on the company's website, and they agreed to my first choice. The technician arrived a little early, and spent quite a lot of time working on the furnace. He was quite friendly and helpful. He pointed out some things that I should keep an eye on, but noted that the furnace was working fine. All in all, I was very pleased with the service.

They did what they said they were going to do and they were very nice. They got the tune up done in less than an hour. The technician seemed competent.

Don't want to come even after they called and set up the appointment.

Service tech arrived promptly after a "heads-up" call to let me know he was on the way. He efficiently provided all contracted services. He gave excellent explanations of everything he did, and why it was done. He was clean, neat, and polite.

We were given a 2 hour time frame of when the technician would be at our house and we were called about a half hour into that time and told he would be there in 20 min. and that is when the technician arrived. Our technician was C.J. Van Aeist and he was very professional and thoroughly knew about our furnace. He went over it and cleaned it and gave us a check list of what he had done. Our furnace is about 10 years old and C.J. said it was in pretty good condition. There were a few things he let us know to watch but said other than that if we kept it maintained it would last another 20+ years. I would definitely use them again and, in fact, purchased a 1 year maintenance contract. The company is easy to deal with and CJ was prompt, courteous and very professional.

It went quickly, easily and well. I expected to be told that our furnace was too old and would need replacement soon. Instead, he complemented us on taking care of it and said that it should last us for some time yet. He checked our filter but it did not need to be replaced as yet.

The technician, Craig was really, really good. He was young but really knew his stuff. He took his time and let me know each step along the way what he was doing. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I will definitely be using them again.

We were having a deck put in and needed to move the a/c unit to make room for the deck. Aire Serv was recommended to us by our deck company, and we had a great experience with them. They had to move the exterior unit and redo the wiring in the basement in order to move the unit. The work done was very neat and looks great. I will definitely use them again when I have future HVAC needs!

I am convinced. I am under a home warranty though, so Aire Serv is on hold until my system dies. Then, he'll be my next call.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal purchase that I made. He was supposed to come back to check my air conditioner but I have to call him back because I think he missed it. I don't know if he rang the doorbell or we just did not hear it ringing so I don't know if he came by or not so I will call him back to see if we can get him back to check my air conditioner. He just did his job, he was courteous, and he did everything he was supposed to. He did pretty good and the price was good.
