I purchased the Big Deal for a furnace tune-up. They'd obviously had a good response to the deal as I had to schedule several weeks out. I was able to get an afternoon service window, and the technicians arrived within the first 5 minutes of the window, which was a very pleasant surprise! The technicians clearly explained what they were going to do, and they completed the inspection in a timely manner. They reviewed their checklist with me and mentioned a few things I should keep an eye one. When they told me my humidifier wasn't working, they took the time to go back to the unit to show me the part in question. They didn't have the part on hand to fix it, but I appreciated their time and attention. I was very pleased with the value and service, and will be calling to follow up on the humidifier part. Inspected the furnace and showed parts with wear on them, explained how long they should last and when they will need to be replaced. Answered questions about duct work. Have not been billed yet.

It went well. They were very thorough and they did not try to sell me unnecessary services. One technician came out to do the work. Scheduling was fine but we did have to re-schedule but it was due to our time frame.

Everything went well. No surprises which is always appreciated when dealing with a major home component!

The serviceman was prompt, professional, cost effective--the furnace checkup was an Angie's List deal. He provided good information about the heating/cooling system and the programmable thermostat. Can't find the receipt with the cost of the job, but I know it was the Angie's list deal for the check-up plus $99 for the thermostat installation.

The tech was very professional and I probably will use them in the spring when I purchase a new furnace.

Everything was a-okay. Discussed possibility of adding a humidifier also will most likely get a service contract to check air conditioner and heating next year. Very happy with their service.

It went fine. The guy was very unusually especially friendly. I haven't yet gone through the entire winter. I want to see how my furnace holds up.

It was fine. They were prompt and they were courteous. The value was very good. I would use them again. I called them and asked if they could do it within a few days before I purchased it. They were very responsive.

The technician performed the items on the company's check list and went over it with me when he was done but did not do any of the cleaning or lubrication as listed in Angie's deal. He was very polite and seemed knowledgeable and was thorough as far as the checklist was concerned. There were no issues but he did have advice for me about what to look for because the furnace is an old one. I would most likely call them again if there was a problem.

Craig arrived right on time; they had called about 1/2 hour prior to let me know he was on his way. Introduced himself very professionally and thoroughly explained what he was going to do. Completed the service, reviewed the results in detail and answered all my questions. No attempt at high pressure sales, just advice on a couple of items I would need to watch in the next couple of years. I would definitely use them again, and in fact, will likely subscribe to their maintenance service.

The job was the Big Deal through Angies. |C.J. arrived on time, made a thorough inspection of our furnace, was very professional, made the necessary adjustments, and overall was a pleasure to deal with.

The techniician did a great job. He was very professional and I felt he was very honest with me. He did not recommend any unnecessary service.

He came and did a 17 point inspection on the furnace, he was on time, professional and explained the check list to me in detail. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

They called to remind us of the appointment and called prior to arrival. The serviceman arrived on time and proceeded to the furnace area where he performed his preventive maintenance checks. He spoke with us about the condition of the furnace and answered questions that we had. Everything was handled in a professional manner.

It was great. He came out last week to do it and I didn't spend anything other than the cost of the deal. They were nice, they explained everything to me and he answered all my questions so it was nice.

CJ did a great job of furnace tune up. He was on time. He took time to explain the work he was doing. He did not rush the job. He cleaned up after the work was done.

This service was an Angie's List Big Deal. Craig Van Aelst. Jr. did a GREAT job. He told me approximately how long it would take to do the tune-up and explained as he did it. I asked him if he only did furnace tune-ups. He said he also does installations, repairs, and sales. He was definitely knowledgeable.
