Everything went very well. I thought that their pricing was very competitive and was less than the other two estimates I received. They also did a hardwire install, which is what I wanted. They were punctual and I thought they did a good job.

They wanted more money for the same service I got from another company. They did not do hard wiring, which is what I wanted. I found another company that did more work for less.

I went on Angie's List and found Brinks. It went very very well. They were very responsive and prompt and they did everything they said they were going to do. I have had the system since May and have had no problems. Whenever I have a question and call them they are very responsive and I have been pleased with their service.

It took them several trips to finish the installation and they had some troubles running the wiring up to the second story, however they did end up doing it successfully. The sales rep was very nice and everyone in general was pleasant. As far as I know, everything is going very smoothly.

The people were very professional. They showed up on time. They offered a good valuable product for the prices they charge. They answered all of the questions we asked them.

After a terrible customer service experience with another security monitoring company, we found Brinks to be extremely easy to do business with.

After our fire we had ADT come in and install a house alarm with monitored smoke alarm. We feel better knowing that the house is monitored for break ins or fires. In our case early detection of the fire was the key.

We did not have any power for about a week and there was this noise going off on the alarm, which meant the battery was dying, when we tried to shut it off we accidentally set off the alarm. They still called the police and sent someone out. They have been really great.

I've been using their service for about 16 years. The people on the customer service line need additional training on being professional and friendly. If I do have any problems then they will come out and assist me.

Good experience. The salesperson gave us clear options and was up front about pricing. Scheduling and coordination was smooth. We had a false alarm shortly after install, which they came out and repaired promptly with no issues since.

Came out to install system a few days after an attempted break-in at our home. Very professional. Made suggestions to save me money. (Suggested that we install motion sensor lights on the outside of the home rather than install alarms on every window) Worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves. Took time to explain the system to me. Took time to make sure I knew how it worked.

Invited Brinks to give the estimate because 1) they did NOT go around my neighborhood showing the Police Report of our recent burglary to our neighborhood - trying to stir up business - as another security company did, and 2) they were highly rated on Angie's list. Was pleased that the Sales Consultant didn't try to keep adding more features, he stuck with the system that addressed our needs without trying to scare us into putting alarms and detectors on every crack and crevice of the house. The installer was prompt, polite, and diligent. He had difficulty finding wiring paths for some units, though, and had to call in his supervisor for help. In addition, one of the door sensors required replacement the next day because he had installed it in such a fashion that it was intermittently reporting "Not Ready" (this was due to the odd contour of the door and door jamb). The repair guy moved the sensor to the hinge side of the door. All's well since then.

I had ADT service for almost 10 years. The service fee keeps going up. A couple of years ago I was told to replace faulty equipment for $200 which I did, but it did not solve the problem. No refund was provided. About a year ago I was charged another $200 for required upgrade. When the system stopped working I was told it is $100+ for them just to show up. Phone communication was not productive. They do not seem to care about customers; putting the customer first. I see a lot of ADT ads, but it seems to me they spend more effort to recruit new customers than to keep existing customers happy.

Alarm started going off at all times of day and night. Could not and can not get customer service from this company. I canceled my service and received a letter stating that service was canceled and that I had a zero balance due to problems with customer service. Two months later Brinks started billing me again, after more than 10 calls to Brinks I faxed a letter to them with a copy of the notice showing cancellation. The letter was faxed on the 29th of July, on the 5th of August I received a new cancellation notice stating that I now owed them $752.31. Same letter, new balance, with no reason for this change. I contacted Paul ?? at the local Brinks office and was told he could only help me if I would reinstate my service, when I refused he told me to pay the money and he couldn't help me, then hung up the phone on me. Mo Benzegala also lied to me when he originally sold me the service, telling me that I did not need a license for the alarm system. Mo also refused any sort of customer service when I contacted him at the beginning of this fiasco. Brinks has conveniently lost all of these complaints, according to Paul?? these complaints are not in their computer. However, I have copies of phone bills and the Columbus Police Department can verify the false alarms and the fines. I was also fined for not having a license, as well as having to purchase the license. I have also filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office over the fraudulent and unethical behavior of the Brinks Home Security Company.

I like the peace of mind that I get. I have used this system for twenty-two years and I don't turn it on every time I leave, but I use it for when I go away for extended periods. I feel that the annual cost is very little.

The experience has been very good. They came in and did what they said they were going to do and they did it on time. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to other people.

From the salesperson to the installer, to customer service, everyone was polite and professional.

They were punctual and did everything they said. A special effort was made to clean up the debris caused by the drilling required. The install tech even laid out a cloth before placing any of his tools in my home. Not once did he lay a tool anywhere but the cloth.

The service people that we dealt with were wonderful and very friendly. A lot of people don't like pets, but they didn't mind being around my dogs. I had no problems at all. Our alarm has gone off before and if we don't get it shut off quickly Brink's has always been great about contacting us right away.

They broke the deck window accidentally but made sure everything was corrected and replaced. It was a complicated door so they had to replace the whole door. Shannon Arthur did a great job making sure everything was to my satisfaction.

They did a great job at installation. They were on time and they stayed until the work was done.

My husband called and set up an appointment with Mo to go over options for our home. He was so confident that he signed the contract the same day. Installation was set for 2 days after, but due to a family emergency we had to push it back a week - they were very understanding and willing to work with us on the reschedule. The guys showed up right on time and began going through all the products we had chosen to have installed. He then gave us options on where to place all the devices. He was very ingenious, particularly when installing the siren itself - he put it IN the air return vent in our formal living room. You'd never know it was there and you cannot see any wires. The install took about 4 hours and he even called another tech to come and help him finish quicker. They were very tidy and vacuumed up all of their shaving from drilling holes. They took the time to explain it all to us and left us with a guide and DVD. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We hope to never have to use the system for a true emergency but we feel very secure with Brinks indeed. When you call ask to speak to Mo - he was wonderful at getting us all set!

Very Good. Technicians were polite and considerate- wore booties whenever working inside the house. Finished installation of all sensors were first rate.

Mike Albert came to my house to look over it and discuss what I would need. No pressure and very professional. I had two more companies estimates as well. In fact, had scheduled an installation with one of the companies. Due to the fact that they did not belong to the Better Business Bureau and were not listed on Angie's List I decided to back out the day before. Called Mike and he came back out to take a second look. Felt much more comfortable with the reputation of Brinks and Mike, so I signed a contract and had installation scheduled for Saturday a couple of weeks later. Rich came out just before 9 a.m Saturday to install. Did a great job in the work, clean up, and then explaining how the system works. Made a couple of very good suggestions on placement of the components. Was finished by about 3:30. Mike Albert called about 2 in the afternoon to see if we were happy with how things were going. I definitely at this time feel good about our decision to go with Brinks.

We've been ADT customers for over 6 years. A few months ago we were told that we needed to upgrade from an analog cellular connection to digital. So, we scheduled an appointment. ADT did not show up. This happened to us 3 times! All three times they waited until after the appointment window closed before informing us they would not show up. When I tried to file a complaint, they said the complaint desk was busy. So, every time I try to call and complain, they said that the complaint desk is busy and to call back... I can't even file a complaint!!!
