I LEFT TWO MESSAGES OVER A THREE WEEK PERIOD OF TIME ASKING FOR A RETURN CALL TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE, BUT SHE DID NOT RETURN EITHER CALL. IF SHE IS GOING TO ADVERTISE THAT SHE HAS AVAILABILITY, I WOULD THINK THAT SHE WOULD HAVE THE PROFESSIONALISM AND CONCERN FOR HER RATING TO RETURN A CALL EVEN TO SAY THAT SHE IS NOT AVAILABLE.
