Description of Work: They removed all of our asbestos from the rooms we needed in order to start the remodel in our 1921 home. Very friendly and very considerate when talking about price. They even told us to only remove asbestos in the affecting areas rather than a room no one ever enters in a basement. Out pipes are wrapped to prevent the spread of asbestos already but we needed everything removed to continue with our project. When we remodel our basement we will definitely call them again to remove the remaining asbestos.

+ -1 moreTHE TECHNICIAN WAS DELAYED TWO HOURS IN SHOWING UP, BUT DID NOT CONSIDER IT A PROBLEM BECAUSE HE HAD ESTIMATED THAT THE JOB WOULD TAKE ONLY THE MORNING TO FINISH. AS WE SUSPECTED, IT TOOK ALL DAY, NEARLY 8 HOURS. WE FIGURE THAT THE HOURLY RATE WAS ABOUT $125, WHICH IS NOT UNREASONABLE. HE LEFT THE SURFACE OF THE UNDERLAYMENT AS SMOOTH AND FREE OF NAILS AS HE COULD, BUT HE ALSO UNINTENTIONALLY LEFT A PAIR OF PLIERS IN OUR KITCHEN UTENSIL DRAWER.
Description of Work: REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS-TILED PLYWOOD FLOORING AND ADDITIONAL CARPETING.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARRIVED ON TIME, COMPLETED THEIR WORK EFFICIENTLY AND QUICKLY, AND WAITED FOR ME TO RETURN HOME TO RECEIVE THE MONEY FOR THE JOB DONE. THE HEAD CREW MAN WALKED ME THROUGH THE WORK THEY HAD DONE AND ASKED IF IT MET MY SATISFACTION AND IT LOOKED GREAT! NO MESS LEFT ANYWHERE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB! MOST OF THE LABORERS DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL, BUT THE HEAD CREW LEADER DID. THEY WERE ALL SO VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY!

THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND INVITED ME TO OBSERVE THE WORK THEY WERE DOING TO PREPARE FOR REMOVING THE ASBESTOS. AFTERWARDS I RECEIVED IN THE MAIL THE WASTE SHIPMENT RECORD, LANDFILL DISPOSAL RECEIPT, AND AIR SAMPLING RESULTS.
