They were very honest to tell me that they did not do a lot of work on this type of roof and I should go with another company with more expertise in this area. I appreciate their honesty.

We called Wagner after a major storm when we had water coming into the house from the roof. They came 3 days after the storm (we had minor damage, many houses in our area had major damage), inspected the roof and found that the water incident was a fluke. Randy did find some other minor damage on the roof and recommended that a rain cap be installed on the hot water tank stack. They called before they came to do the work, arrived on time, and did all work properly. In addition, one of the workers noted that there was water and debris in one of the gutters and removed the debris (at no charge).

A+++++ Larry Wagner and his staff was professional from start to finish. Arrived on time for appointments, work was done extremely well and craftsmanship was second to none. Couldn't be happier. Will hire them again in a minute. Pricing was competitive but the work was superior to that of others I have hired in the past.

The preparation and installation of the new roof went very smoothly. Workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. The job was done to our complete satisfaction.

Ladies, what a great company. A truly class act that does a beautiful job! Larry Wagner handles the siding & his brother-in-law Randy Sindelar handles the roofing. The roofers were Roy & Jacob & the siders Eddie & Mike. Six gentlemen and each one of them an expert in their field.The roofing and siding were done to perfection! Larry also put up three new outdoor light fixtures for me, repaired garage siding trim done 6 yrs. ago(due to storm damage) by another contractor and painted the peeling electrical pole on the side of the house. Larry did not have to do the above three tasks since they were not part of his roofing and siding job, but Larry is one of those rare service providers who always puts his customer first. He is always respectful, never condescending and always explains things in layman terms. Larry made our 50 year old ranch house look brand new. Home improvement needed? Call Larry and I know you won't be disappointed. He's a real winner!!!

Overall, it was a great experience. Randy was very responsive, kept in touch throughout the process, and kept his crews moving. Besides some confusion about when the roofing crew would arrive in the morning (we were told they'd come first thing in the morning and it was usually after 10 a.m.), the project went smoothly. The gutter and soffit crew started their work the day after the roofing crew finished. The work looks great, and they cleaned up very well.

When Randy came out and gave us an estimate, he was very thorough with the description and prices. We knew what we were getting ahead of time and liked the idea of the new shingles, new color, and ridge vents. The roofers came out within the agreed amount of a month time and could only do part of the roof as we had bad thunderstorms and rain. We checked the attic, they had replaced the shingles on what they tore off and there was no leaks anywhere! The guys were really good about picking up all the debris and nails and we never even saw the truck at our home when they tore off the old shingles! It was always gone when we got home. I cannot say enough about what a great job they did and we are very happy with our new roof! Thanks Wagner!

It is true that we all are concerned primarily with the cost of a home improvement project. I have to say that while the cost was competitive, the CONFIDENCE I felt in Larry's professional yet friendly business manner was (and remains)something on which a monetary value cannot be attached. I can say from my experience that Larry Wagner and the Wagner Home Improvement team set and meet the highest standards for punctuality, honesty, consideration, and trustworthiness in this industry. Larry always had time to answer questions, make suggestions and was concerned that I was satisfied with the work while it was in progress. Each one of the people who worked on my house was professional and detail oriented. The neighbors took note of the manner in which they cleaned up after each day's work, always leaving the yard clean and presentable. Would I tell someone to call Wagner Home Improvement? Absolutely!!!

Randy came out to do the estimate on the tear-off and new roof for my house. I chose green shingles. He said ''It's going to look great.'' And it does! AND the crew that did the work, Tom, Sean and Paul were simply amazing. They told me everything they were going to do, and then they did it-just like that. It was HOT and they just kept on working. They were very polite, hard workers and very professional. What a wonderful job they did. I couldn't be happier. And they cleaned up every bit of debris and even raked the grass. I highly recommend Wagner Home Improvement and the Wagner Roofing team.

They came when they said they would, and I watched them work. I think they did a good job. I'm not sure about the pricing; I got a lower quote, but I went with Wagner because they are right down the street from me. They don't offer a senior discount.

THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. PART OF THE GARAGE IN THE BACK HAD GONE ROTTEN AND WAS COVERED UP BY THE OLD OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY. THE INSTALLERS CUT OUT A SECTION OF PLYWOOD AND PUT IT IN ITS PLACE TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM. LARRY THE OWNER WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND SHOWED UP DURING INSTALLATION TO MAKE SURE THINGS WERE GOING WELL.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOY TO WORK WITH. THE QUOTE THAT I RECEIVED WAS VERY COMPETITIVE WITH OTHERS. EDDIE AND HIS CREW WERE VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH WHILE THE WORK WAS BEING PERFORMED. ALSO HAD WAGNERS DO MY ROOF, WINDOWS AND FRONT DOOR. VERY PLEASED WITH MY NEW, BRIGHT LOOKING HOUSE.

OF ALL THE REFERRALS I'VE RECEIVED FROM ANGIE'S LIST, THIS IS THE ONE WITH WHICH I AM MOST SATISFIED. LARRY WAGNER RUNS AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY & HIS EMPLOYEES ARE FIRST RATE. WAGNER'S ATTENTION TO DETAIL & PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR ARE A STANDARD ALL COMPANIES SHOULD EMULATE.

LARRY GAVE US AN EVENING APPOINTMENT SO MY HUSBAND COULD BE THERE, AND HE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS THOROUGHLY. HE CAME BY THE WEEK OR TWO BEFORE THE MEN WERE SCHEDULED, TO BE SURE HE HAD ALL THE MATERIALS HE NEEDED. THE MEN WERE HERE WHEN SCHEDULED. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND WORKED VERY HARD. THE JOB WAS FINISHED ON TIME, AND MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULT. IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE INITIAL CONSULTATION, AND THE ACTUAL WORK PERFORMED. RANDY SINDELAR SPENT A GOOD DEAL OF TIME EXPLAINING WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I DID NOT WANT THE JOB DONE UNTIL THE END OF MAY, BUT THEY CAME EARLIER BECAUSE THEY HAD AN OPENING IN THEIR SCHEDULE. THEY DID NOT BILL ME UNTIL THE END OF MAY ! THAT WAS NICE. SO FAR, EVERYTHING LOOKS AND WORKS GREAT. I WILL KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS AND THE ICE BACKUP PROBLEM THIS WINTER, BUT I SUSPECT THINGS WILL BE FINE. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN FOR JOBS IN THE FUTURE.

RANDY PROVIDED A DETAILED ESTIMATE, WAS VERY PLEASANT AND TOOK TIME TO DISCUSS HIS APPROACH TO THE REPAIR JOB. HE EVEN REPAIRED A LOOSE PIECE OF SIDING DURING HIS INITIAL VISIT. RANDY CALLED AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT MY ROOF AND EXPLAIN WHAT THE ROOFER FOUND WHILE DOING THE REPAIRS.

THEY GIVE GREAT PERSONAL SERVICE AND TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. VERY NICE PEOPLE AND WE PLAN ON HIRING THEM AGAIN.

I HAD A QUESTION ON ONE THING, AND THE OWNER, LARRY WAGNER CAME RIGHT OUT. HE IS VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANYTHING THAT I ASKED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB!

ESTIMATE WAS RIGHT ON, WORK WAS DONE EXACTLY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME AND FINISHED ON TIME. WORKMEN WERE THOROUGH, PLEASANT AND DID A GREAT JOB. ONE SHUTTER WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN THE OTHER AND THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY (AFTER HAVING ALREADY BEEN PAID) TO ADJUST THE SHUTTER. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

ORIGINALLY I WAS GOING TO HAVE THE WHOLE HOUSE REROOFED. THE SALESMAN(RANDY)SUGGESTED THAT IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO TRY TO REPAIR JUST THE LEAKS BECAUSE THE ROOF WAS NOT THAT OLD. THE COLD WEATHER SET IN AND DID NOT GET STARTED UNTIL THIS SPRING. I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THE REPAIR WORK AND HAD THE FRONT ROOF AND DORMER ROOFING REPLACED THE BACK SIDE OF ROOF SHOWS NO SIGN OF LEAK. THE CREW THAT INSTALLED IT WORKED QUIETLY, NEAT(VERY LITTLE LITTER AT ANY GIVEN TIME),AND TRIED TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL MY CONCERNS WERE TAKEN CARE OF. I THINK I FOUND ONLY ONE PIECE OF LITTER AFTER THEY WERE DONE, AND THAT WAS A NAIL IN THE FLOWER BED.

LARRY WAGNER, THE OWNER, IS EXCELLENT. MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY AND NOT JUST A CUSTOMER NUMBER. EXPLAIN THE WHOLE PROCESS WITH ME. EXCELLENT OWNERSHIP.

WORK DONE PROFESSIONALLY SINCE HAD TO REFIT DOOR. VERY HAPPY WITH JOB DONE

ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL BACK 3 WEEKS LATER AND LEAVE A DETAILED VM ASKING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL AND NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL. WILL USE THIS EXPERIENCE AS AN EXAMPLE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BUSINESS TALKS!

LARRY WAGNER WAS PROMPT ON GIVING ME AN ESTIMATE AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. ONCE WE GOT IT SCHEDULED, HIS WORKERS SHOWED UP EXACTLY ON TIME AND STAYED UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY CONSULTED ME ON VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE JOB TO MEET MY SATISFACTION. THEY CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE AND THE COST WAS EXACTLY AS ESTIMATED.
