Great. Was responsive, explained the options and cost

Wagner Home Improvement exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, we received professional care and service. We received quotes from 3 different window companies, and Wagner won our business due to the professionalism we experienced during our decision making process, the business's long-standing history, and its competitive pricing. Larry, the owner, was our point of contact throughout the process and he was on-time, thorough, and promptly answered our questions. He was honest and accurate with pricing and installation timeline. The windows were ready to be installed within the original time quoted. There were no surprises during the process, which in itself was a pleasant surprise. The installation process went very well. The crew worked at our house four days and arrived on time each day. They worked diligently and competently to complete the installation. We had several inches of snow and very cold weather during the installation but they worked as though the weather was of no consequence to them. They also monitored the forecast and adjusted so they worked on the bigger window projects (we had three full tear outs) on the days with warmer weather and were cognizant of closing doors and trying to keep the entrance of cold air into the home at a minimum. We inspected the window installation throughout the process and noted they kept the yard and house free of debris and were polite and respectful of being in our home. We trusted them to be in our home.

They did a great job on everything. We're very pleased and would definitely hire them again.

They were extremely professional and were upfront and honest about what our expectations should be. Their workers were very skilled, kind, and professional. The workmanship was extremely good and they fixed a couple roof issues that they found gratis. Larry stopped by and called throughout the job to see how we felt and if we were satisfied. I like using a local company that actually cares about the work that they do. When we need our roof done, we will use Wagner's.

Everyone who was here worked hard. They were pleasant & timely. They asked questions when necessary. I especially like Mike.

Wagner Home Improvement was fantastic! I met with Larry Wagner to get an estimate and discuss my options for new vinyl siding for my home. Larry was very professional and informative, describing and showing me the type of materials they use for the insulation and siding. I was provided an estimate before he left, and it was right within what I thought was a reasonable price for the job. The crew was excellent, led by Lenny, who arrived on time each day and answered any questions I had throughout the installation. It took a little over a week to complete the job, in part due to some bad weather. Once the house was completed, I then choose the color for the shutters and Wagner's came out a couple of weeks later to complete the install of the shutters and fix a couple of minor items I had noticed. The house looks fantastic - like having a brand new house! I've received several compliments from the neighbors. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

II am pleased with the job done by Wagner's. I had a new roof, new gutters and a new paint job. The workers were knowledgeable and professional. They explained what they were doing each day and cleaned up each day. Randy coordinated each job at a reasonable pace. He inspected that the jobs were done correctly. I would have them again.

Great job—everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Randy suggested an exterior repair that I didn't see and thoroughly explained the problem and potential long-term damage. Charges overall were very reasonable and the work was completed quickly. Highly recommended.

Awesome. They came out next day after I called, did immediate repair for very very reasonable amount. Service man so kind and friendly. I would totally be calling these folks if I need a new roof!

The crews did a great job of addressing all needed repairs, roof and siding was installed with quality materials, and they cleaned up every day prove to leaving for the day.

Randy was awesome. I had 3 estimate 4 year ago. At that time Randy told me my roof was ok for 4-5 year. This year I not called him on time. Professional, excellent quality.

Roofing crew arrived promptly and went to work. Tore off old shingles and disposed. Installed new ice guard and underlayment and new shingles. Cleaned up debris and work area every evening. Very satisfied with performance and outcome.

From helping with ways to improve the appearance of the house to their quality workmanship, professionalism, updating on progress to taking care of various other services, this by far was well worth of cost. Awesome company! With great customer service.

In 2013 had three estimates from A'sl. "clients". Chose Wagner who told me new roof need in 3-4 years. So well installed & "flashed". Will be water-proofed & secure.

Windows arrived quickly and were installed on time. Had a problem with one window sealing properly but they responded quickly and made the repair and there have been no problems since.

They guys arrived on time. They were polite and went right to work. At the end of the day, they cleaned everything up.

Randy Sindeliar spent about two hours reviewing the existing roof and ventilation. Very thorough with his review. He then explained what their company would do for this project and provided samples of all material that was going to be used. Randy explained the type of shingle, the warranty and how many nails per shingle would be used. He also explained the required ice guard and how the flashing would be installed. Randy provided an on-site quote that was followed by the formal agreement. He told us that the installation would be in about 30 business days from out acceptance which was correct. They secured the required permit from the City prior to work start. The first day, the crew of four started early and went right to work. Each crew individual went to their task and worked all day. The experience level of the crew was high since thy have all worked for Wagner for 20+ years. I have to say that this firm does quality work without cutting corners and completed a very professional job. I am thoroughly thrilled by the quality of the install and the cleanup. All crew members were very professional and they all worked very hard to complete the roof in three days.

The owner (Larry Wagner) came and oversaw the fwork. He was unhappy with the quality of one of the windows, so removed it TWICE and installed new window.

Very professional and competent sales staff and work crew. We discussed doing the whole roof now, but upon inspection they convinced me it was unnecessary and that only a limited area needed to be torn off and replaced. The crew worked fast and finished the job in one day. Clean-up was excellent. They were able to match our 1998 vintage roof shinges--you can't tell where the work was done. When the whole roof needs to be done, we will be calling Wagner Home Improvement!
