The estimate and work went well. My only complaint would be that they weren't able to get here before some heavy rains.

I have used them over the years and they have always been very good and reasonable price. The service is good and good quality work.

They covered old shingles with new. They were done in 2-3 days. They recommended we not tear off the old shingles as they were all still intact and just had some wear from a hail storm. This saved us some cash! Job looks great!

Installer arrived on time. Both men very polite an did a clean, excellent job. Removed all trash and checked for any nails.

Larry, the owner along with Randy and the entire crew were phenomena!!. Originally we called Larry out for a quote on replacing our front entry door and in our conversation we also asked for replacement and new construction costs for some of our windows.We decided to replace the windows and Larry worked extremely hard to find a replacement patio door since ours was not a standard size and he didn't want us to have to pay for a custom door. We removed a slider window and replaced it with a casement and in the living room we had them construct a new 5 panel bow window. All of the crew worked diligently each day, were extremely neat and friendly. Although the job took a little longer than expected due to some manufacturing issues, Larry kept us updated and continued to come back until "HE" felt that the situation had been resolved. It is evident that Wagner Home Improvement makes their work ethics and standards a priority and it shows in their craftsmanship. We were very pleased with the final outcome and are enjoying the new windows and door now that the weather is getting colder. I would not hesitate again to call Wagner Home Improvement the next time we decide to embark on a new project.

We have used Wagner Home Improvement many times for anything from a new roof to replacing a window or door to putting on a porch. They are always very professional, do good work, and clean up after themselves.

Randy gave accurate estimate of cost and time as well as potential issues with old house. No sales pressure, had time to compare materials/cost and chose middle estimate. He warned me to plastic sheet the attic beforehand which saved me a major cleanup. Crew was pleasant and professional, worked steadily, cleaned up at end of workday. There were some weather delays of course, but overall, all went well. There have been several storms since new roof and my attic is dry! .

First of all, dealing with the owners was great. Both he and his wife are very helpful and their crew did a great job. He did what he promised to do. We used them once before for a project and they were very impressive so I figured I could get a good job from them again and I did. I most definitely will use them in the future again. I also will be sure to let people I know looking for someone reliable, honest, and just all around great, they can count on Wagner Home Improvement! Excellent service....from order to install was just a few weeks....install done efficiently and well with good cleanup. Workers were very knowledgeable......have used this company many times in the past, and will continue to do so.

it went great! They were on the dime with the time they said they would be here. Very friendly and they did not try to talk us into more than we needed. I would and WILL use them again in the future. They also have recommended someone to us for our porch and he was just here. He seems as nice and professional as Wagner's so I look forward to seeing what he will do!

Workmen were on time, polite, professional and efficient. They were very easy to work with, explained what they needed to do and did it.

Randy answered all my questions and concerns and the crew that came out could not be more professional.

We decided to replace our garage doors but first wanted to redo the material around the garage door openings. I spoke with Larry about this and he said that they do this all the time. From the time that I called until the job was completed was about two weeks. The material and workmanship look superb. The garage doors are to be installed in a couple of days and appreciate being able to have this repair completed before the installation.

They did an excellent job. Larry not only did the estimate himself but then came out with the gentlemen preforming the job to introduce us and discuss the job prior to starting. The job did get delayed slightly due to additional water damage that was not known at the start of the job and also due to weather. But the guys working were very efficient and kept me up to date with any changes along with the discussion on how to proceed with rain in the forecast. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would use Wagner Home Improvement again and recommend them to others.

Twice we contacted this provider to give us an estimate, once for a sliding glass door (really large) and once for a roof repair. In both cases someone came to assess the job from the exterior and they were able to provide a telephone estimate with appropriate details, sizes, pricing options, answer questions, give timeline for work start to finish. The first time we did not use them because we chose a different window system altogether that we found elsewhere, and the second time they gave us their repair suggestions, and actually referred us back to a previous provider for a simple fix that ended up costing us nothing. I was really pleased with the prompt, thorough, professional response and hope to give them another call the next time we need something so we can finally give them some business.
