The guy was nice and the installation was efficient and we have not had any trouble with the doors since.

Excellent crew and workmanship. Listened to what I wanted, and made it happen, even with weather delays. I highly recommend Wagner. I've gotten numerous compliments on their workmanship.

I ended up finding the work for a cheaper price. He?s a nice guy.

I have used Wagner in the past for gutters and windows, which is why I wanted them to do the doors. The entire experience was great. Jan was extremely helpful assisting me in the showroom to pick out the doors most appropriate for my application. When the doors were ready to be installed, they showed up on time. I went to work and when I came back the doors were installed and they left my house just as clean as I left it (maybe cleaner!). They respect the fact they are in your home and try to make as few disruptions as possible. I also appreciate that their company vehicles are clean and in good shape. I think it speaks to their overall work ethic and professionalism. I really enjoy working with a family run business and will use them for all future work.

The service has been excellent. They come when they say. They clean up after themselves and also efficiently work. There are two guys working, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and today. It is getting dark and they're still hammering away. They will be finishing the service on Monday. I feel like I could unlock the door and leave the house. Working on siding takes more space. It has been interesting to watch and I have no compaints. The sales representative, Randy, has been very straight forward and honest. They do not try to sell you things you don't need. They will refer you to another company for other services that need to be addressed before the Wagner crew can complete their job.

They were clean and professional. The charge was about $ 300.

We needed more attic ventilation, as well as new gutters. We also needed the house painted. Larry Wagner came out to give us an estimate on installing new vented soffit panels, and new gutters. We asked him about vinyl siding (instead of having the house painted) and were so impressed with his proposal that we decided to have the house re-sided. They even gave us the addresses of houses in the area which they had recently re-sided, so that we could go and look at their work. Larry provided detailed information and samples of the materials they would use, and we could tell that they would do a top notch job. The siding crew came out first, removed our old siding and installed 3/8" insulation board. Then they installed the vinyl siding and the vented vinyl soffit panels and baffles. They covered the window and door trim with vinyl-clad aluminum. Next, they replaced our gutters and downspouts with seamless, screened gutters. Later, they came back to install the new shutters and to re-hang my plant hooks, house numbers, etc. The Wagner crew did a great job. The house now looks great. The only thing we didn't like was the shutters...they were noticeably shorter than the old ones had been. We talked to Larry about it. He said that's how they usually do them, but since we were not happy, he would re-order and reinstall longer ones. Sure enough, he did. We feel that we got a quality job, and we would recommend Wagner Home Improvement to others.

The structure of our house is not able to accept the awnings and that?s why it?s not going to happen. Nobody will be able to get the work done just because of the structure of our house. They didn?t give us an estimate, but they looked at the house and told me what we needed. We didn?t have the clearance above our windows and doors. They also expressed their concern about the structure of the house in terms of adding the awnings in another spot. They informed us that they would not do it if they can?t do it in the right way. We finally ended up not doing the awnings at all. I appreciated their integrity, as I didn?t want anyone to do the job and I didn?t want the awnings to fall down because of the structure of the house. My overall experience with them was very good. I would have been comfortable working with them had the house been able to support the awnings. Their punctuality was probably okay, as they showed up on time.

Everything went well. Randy repaired the caulking around the chimneys. The main chimney leaked during the very heavy rain a couple weeks ago. He recaulked the other one as a precaution. They were out in less than a week after I called( had to wait for a dry day). There was no charge because they had replaced my roof 2 years ago. They do excellent work and back up their gurantees.

They were punctual and I thought they did a great job of repairing the roof exactly how they described it to me. They installed a couple of roof vents just as they said they would, too. The project was completed on time and in a very professional manner.

They did a very nice job on our siding and they've been responsive when we've called them. They put down new boards for the gutters to hold on to because the original wood was not in good shape.

Everyone associated with Wagner that I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. They were diligent workers and cleaned up so completely that no one would've even known they had been there! I was extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

After having Larry come out look over the project it took me sometime to decided on who and what I wanted. I went with them because they seem to most up front company I talk too and about everything. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to get them in. Which is not bad for this time of the year. It was a two man crew who came out and did the work. They work long and hard every minute they was there. They clean up everyday. The Patio door took a whole day to install and which I knew would be the case. The windows took another day. Then another day of caulking I think the crew was little surprise at how much work it would be. They did a real good job. Only one little thing after the first run of caulk was done. There was couple spots that need another run of caulk and I call Larry and within hour of my call they had someone over to do it. All and all everything went very well.

Wagner Home Improvment was terrific. We received a quote from Wagner to replace two kitchen windows in our home. My wife and I were under pressure to have the new windows installed as soon as possible because she was over eight months pregnant and we were trying to complete a kitchen remodel before the baby was due. Not only did they squeeze our small project in during their busiest time of the year, but they did more work than what was in the original scope of the project, helped to replace some siding they had to take from another part of the house to fill in around a smaller window. The crew was courteous and professional and one of the owners who originally quoted us was one of the workers who helped on the project all day. I felt completely comfortable with my pregnant wife being at home with them since we had met them several times at their showroom and during the quoting process.

From start to finish, a very professional experience. I have since and will use them again in the future.

They had supposedly fixed the problem, but after the recent rain, I can tell I am going to have the same problems that I had before. My ceiling is starting to feel slightly damp and the repair on my porch has not prevented the water from coming through. For what I paid, the problem should have been done right, and evidently it was not done right. You should not have the same problem after it has been repaired. I will never call them back, and would not recommend them to anybody.

Price was right on the estimate. Everything looks great. Especially impressed with the cleanup. Our attic was full of mold due to multiple ice damns. Wagner looked at problem and was able to offer a venting solution since our house does not have soffit vents. Also recommended and installed power attic vent in our upper attic. It has already made a large difference in the temperature on our second floor!

Wagner's does an excellent job. They explain their products thoroughly beforehand and begin work promptly as scheduled. The work is done in a professional manner with as little disruption to the home owner as possible. They are responsive to questions and concerns, attentive to detail and clean up as they go.

Everything went very well. They actually called me about 2 weeks sooner than I expected to schedule the work. On the start day, the two men arrived on time to do the soffits. Twere very nice and were especially cooperative about making sure my gate was kept closed to keep the pets in the yard. they worked quietly (no loud music blaring all over the neighborhood) and I felt comfortable having them around. They completed the job in two days (as planned). They cleaned up the site very well (didn't leave a lot of nails laying around or scraps of metal) They day after they finished, the gutter installers came and put on the new gutters. They were also very nice and very professional. All in all, I was impressed with the politeness and friendliness of the workers. The job was completed on time and the improvements are wonderful. Larry Wagner and his wife run the business and they are both very nice. They have a nice showroom on Lorain Road in Fairview Park where you can go and see all of the products they have to offer. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recomment this company.

They called before coming out. Arrived when promised. Finished the job with no problems. Service person was neat and professional.

We called Wagner's after experiencing some leaks in our landry room and kitchen following the conditions this winter. They had installed the roof on the main part of the house 11 years ago and had also installed the gutters on the entire house including an addition 9 years ago. They did an excellent job at that time. Randy came out to check out the problem within a few days of our original call. He explained what needed to be done, explained why he felt the leaks had occurred and recommended the jobs that he could complete and those he could not. He explained everything that would be involved and stated they were scheduling work about 3 weeks out. He provided an estimate for the work he could do and recommended contractors for the other work. He called in approximately 2 weeks and scheduled the work for that week working around our schedule. Two men came to do the job which took about 11/2 hours. They were so efficient that I hardly knew they were in the house. One man worked on the roof area and the other installed the dampered roof vents. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves.

They were excellent and did a good job. They were very careful, punctual and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything after the work was done.

My experience with them was good. They cleaned up everyday; it looked like they were never here. They were the only ones that actually went up and did a hands-on service in order to find out an estimate. The price was good. Their work was good, as well.

After a very hard winter and having 8-14 inchs of snow on my roof for more then a month which cause ice dams to form. Had another roofing company come out to break up the ice dam, because I was not able to get hold of Larry & Randy before I set the appointment with other company. It was mistake, but being a new home owner you learn from it. After my Handyman found a problem with valley they came out look at it and seal it for me until the weather was better to come out replace it. They did a very good job.
