Very responsive and reasonable. I had several leaks during the busy season and they came and fixed it right away. They also repaired our chimmney leak. Very professional and punctual

It went very well. From our initial contact with Randy Sindelar through the completion of the job, everyone at Wagner was thoroughly professional, honest, and courteous. Randy scheduled the job to begin late in June, and the workers began on the day he had scheduled, even though we had had considerable rain prior to that. The work area was kept neat through the entire project. There were no delays; in fact, the crew worked through an entire weekend to complete the job. We are very well pleased with Wagner and will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing contractor. As a matter of fact, our roof looks so good from the street that Wagner has had several inquiries about new roofs from our neighbors.

Had leak in kitchen ceiling. AC technician blew out condensation tube, thought may be gutter packing up, Wagner fix gutter but didn't think cause of leak, found crack in condensation tube that AC person missed. Wagner went above and beyond call of duty.

They were close by, the owner came out and checked out the work himself. If there was a problem, they came out right away, no questions. They stuck to the schedule very well.

Mr. Larry Wagner was at my house the day after I had called. The job was completed on a very timely basis. They were very accommodating as we needed the siding done before we painted our house. They gave a great service.

I don’t recall how much we spent for their service. Overall the job was very good. We were pleased. They were efficient. They came fast. They finished it quickly. I would use their services again in the future.

They were very polite, they were very professional. They took their time in explaining things to me. Whatever was involved in an estimate they did.

Within a few days Randy was over to look at the problem, and we got on the list to get the work done. I think we had to wait a few weeks before the repair was performed but the place was clean when we arrived home. They were very professional.

He installed windows and siding, my windows starting leaking really bad and had a lot of water damage under the windows on the wallpaper and I actually had a lot of black mold underneath. They installed a bay window in the kitchen and the window fell forward out of the wall. Another companythat came out to look at the problem discovered it wasn't attached at the top so it wasn't attached to the house. I had to have all the windows replaced. I bought an extra lot of siding when Wagners installed the windows and when the new company came to install the new windows, they found that the siding boxes were filled with mostly trash, plastic, metal pieces and a few pieces of the siding they placed it up in my garage where I did not find it for several years. The siding was discontinued when I bought it and that is why I bought the extra lot. I called Wagners at the time this happened in 2008 or 2009 and told them of all the problems and he said "that was 17 years ago, what do you want me to do." and hung up on me. I felt like they were taking advantage of me because I was a woman. They replaced two doors and said the doors were $1000 and I didn't know it at the time but I couldv'e actually bought a door for $200.

We were very pleased with their work. We recommended them to a neighbor. Wagner came out before they started any work for free and patched up our roof and kept it from leaking. They then redid it when they began all the work. In 2009 they came out again and completed work at no charge. The winters are hard on my flat work and Wagner has handled everything very well. Price is one thing. Getting to know the people who are going to do the work makes a difference. I am not sure if it was the best price or not. We certainly liked the guys that worked here. The quality of work and responsiveness was very good. We went to Paris while they were here. We had a sewer backup, which stopped their work and made it drag on a bit. But they took care of get plumbers here to help them with the work and kept things rolling.

I have no complaints about their service; I think they did really well. They were prompt, they got the work don?t quickly, and I haven?t had a leak since then. I didn?t get any other estimates because my brother-in-law had used them, but I think they charged a reasonable amount. They were very responsive and professional.

I called this company for a consultation and estimate regarding roofing and insulation and never got a call back. I was told on the phone they were very busy, it's late in the season, etc. However, a simple call back is always in order, even if it's to say: "Sorry, we can't help you."

I found him on Angie?s list. He was pleasant and friendly. I have no question about his competence. I had no complaints with him at all.

Several months ago Wagner Home Improvement replaced the roof on my home. Being a person who does a lot of research before making a significant investment, I decided to hire Wagner after reading several reviews on Angie?s List and meeting Randy from Wagner. Randy did a very good job explaining the process and our options. He even made multiple attempts to fix a leak in our roof at no cost before I decided to hire Wagner. The roof crew was great and they did an excellent job. The work was completed quickly and with no mess. I would definitely hire Wagner again and I will recommend them to my relatives. In my opinion, you won?t go wrong with Wagner Home Improvement.

Three different crews (siding, gutters, garage) were prompt, professional and a pleasure to have around. Larry Wagner is a man of his word, honorable and trustworthy-I will look forward to dealing with him again!

Overall the experience was good. The estimate was provided on August 12th. Mr. Wagner informed us his crew would likely start work within six weeks, e.g., the end of September. When his crew did not arrive at the end of September we called Wagner Home Improvement and left a message asking when the work would begin. Mr. Wagner returned our call within a day and indicated that due to weather delays the work on our property would begin in about two weeks. Two weeks later the work did begin. The vast majority of the work was completed within about six days not including a weekend. A small portion at the top and in the back corner our house was not completed and several cable television wires were left dangling. We called Wagner Home Improvement and left a message about this situation and Mr. Wagner returned our telephone call within about 24 hours. He indicated that his firm lacked sufficient materials to complete the siding job but that these materials would arrive from his supplier shortly. He indicated that his crew would address this issue - the unfinished siding - and and the dangling cable television wires when the new materials arrived and his crew returned to install it. It took about a week for the materials to arrive and for his firm's crew to return to complete the work. As noted above, the overall experience was good. We believe it would have been helpful had Wagner Home Improvement been more proactive in informing us about issues related to this job (scheduling and unfinished work). We believe email notification, which was neither attempted nor requested, would have been a beneficial tool in this case. His crew left most of the raw materials for the work in our garage. While we did not object to this we were also not informed ahead of time that the installation crew would be doing this. We found out when we opened the garage to retrieve something only to see our way blocked by the work materials. We did not complain, but being informed of our garage's usage would have been appreciated. Some of the dangling cable wires remain problematic, but they are adequate. While the contract indicated Wagner Home Improvement would "Remove (exterior) kitchen exhaust vent" it did not do so. We were not informed of this deviation from the contract. It simply did not happen. While the majority of the debris was removed from the property we continue to find nails and bits of foam backing from the installation. We expected this. The good news is the house looks much better. We have few qualms about the quality of the work in the aftermath of this expensive home improvement, particularly the vinyl shake on the top portion of the house. When we arrived home while the crew was working they were very polite and very professional. We would have no reservations about recommending Wagner Home Improvement to friends and family to do work on their properties.

Larry arrived on time for estimate meeting. Started the job when promised. Work crews showed up on time and were polite, clean, and very skilled. This is the second job Wagner did for me. (A roof two years ago). I will use them again and recommend them VERY highly. All home improvement providers should be this good.
