Randy Sindelar came to our house and gave us an estimate for a new roof on August 29, 2011. The estimate was competitive with the other two estimates we had received. Randy's knowledge and experience set him apart from the other contractors, and we chose Wagner Home Improvement. The work began on November 2, and was finished by the end of the day on November 3. The removal of the old shingles took most of the first day, and all the debris was gone. They did an outstanding job of cleaning up. They sent a large crew to install the shingles on the second day, and it went quickly. The new roof looks beautiful, and we are exceedingly pleased. We would not hesitate to recommend Wagner Home Improvement.

Wagner did very good job on all projects.

There was a hail storm and they were very honest about the damage being minor and did not see any reason to repair.

The problems are fixed. The roof does not leak, and the gutters do not overflow. Wagner was quick to respond to my phone call, provide a bid quickly, and arried as scheduled to fix the problems. We are very happy.

I couldn't say enough good things about them. They have done a lot of work in my house. I love them. Larry Wagner is the owner, and he is professional. I will rate him A+. I have spent a lot of money with Larry. He is wonderful, responsive, and professional. The guys have been with him for years and years. They know what they are doing. They don't do deck work. They are always on time. They are always responsive. They always return phone calls. We have no problem with Larry. We have a wonderful relationship with Larry.

It was very good. I was satisfied with the work. They responded quickly and diagnosed the problem. They fIxed the roof and had reasonable rates.

Price was true to the estimate. Dave and his crew were very courteous, professional and did a very good job. Answered any & all concerns immediately and with good information.

My husband removed some of rotten boards and assisted with the work throughout the process. This dropped our price from the estimated $1510 to $1150. They installed drip-edge flashing around all 4 edges of the roof. They also installed new ridge cap shingles along the hood that matched in color as closely as possible. Lastly, they installed a rubberized roof that is guaranteed for 10 years. They moved right along and did a good job.

The estimate was free. They had 3 stable crews and it is a family business. They are insured and bonded and had all the documentation behind that. We didn't give them the business because they were about $1,000 more than another quote we had. We would definitely consider getting another estimate from them.

They came out very fast and fixed it quickly. Courteous, nice and communicate very well.

They were punctual for the appointment to provide a quote. They were knowledgeable and professional. Quote took a little long to get. Workmen were on time. Quality of work looked very good.

He was punctual, professional and made an assessment and recommendation on my gutter system. He did not feel that work needed to be completed at this time so he made some recommendations of things to be done on our own that could help. Very nice and helpful!

The guy came out the first time but it was raining and unsafe. He came back another day and took measurements. He never called back with an estimate and I never heard from him.

The best from beginning to end - would use again in a second - highly recommend. A++++.

They came to look at the roof. My impression is good about them. Their price was expensive and the quote wasn’t a detailed one. I would not use them in the future because they were expensive and I want a detailed quote.

They were a few places I had contacted in the fall and they were one of the few who showed up and gave me a quote. About a year ago we had a storm and practically every roofing company had touched the limit. I was late in calling because I didn’t notice the damage. I noticed everybody in the neighborhood getting their roof done. By the time we looked into it, it would have been a spring job and so I waited. I talked to them and they came out and looked at it. The quote that I had was for 30 days and I called them up and there was a slight change because of the cost of material. Basically it was the same as what they gave me in the fall. I got it done over the phone because they had come out in the fall. I am certain I would go with them.

I've had Wagner's do work for me in the past. They inspected and measured my roof. As in the past, they seemed to be very thorough. They agreed that a new roof was not necessary at this time, but they were more hesitant than the first contractor to say so. They did give me some useful tips when it is time to get a new roof. I may have to get a new roof next year or it might last several more years yet.

We are not going to go with them. I thought they were very close. It was between them and another roofer. They were very comfortable to the other zone. When they both came out and presented, they were basically on the same page. I would not down grade them in any way or give any negative feedback because we really had a tough time to siding and I kind of left the decision to my husband. The quote was good, they came out and they gave good information. It was very close; it was almost twin class task. I would give them an “A” all across the board. I can’t rate them on coming out and doing the job but as far as their presentation goes, they were good. I would recommend them to somebody who is looking for quotes and wanted couple of people to look at I would definitely suggest that they look at them. I would absolutely use them to get another quote in the future.

They were a small outfit and he was very nice. I would not endorse his work. He was professional, prompt, neat and he gave me a written estimate. His estimate was based on what he had understood on what he had to do and not what it turned out to be. I think he was very fair in his prices.

We already had three layers. The code requires that they start from bare wood if they are replacing the roof again. They were all very professional and the quality of their work was very good. I liked the quality of their product. Their price was fair. They cleaned up every day after they were finished with their work for the day. My husband had more interaction with them than I did because he comes home for lunch. One of the workmen assisted my husband in helping them locate a spot where we wanted vents installed in the roof for our future bathroom remodeling. They found a couple of boards that were deteriorated, and they replaced that. I felt they were extremely helpful and cooperative. They really did a fantastic job. I also think they probably charged us much less than it was actually worth.

I was very pleased. I thought the price was right and they cleaned up very well after themselves.
