+ -1 moreYou can find somebody cheaper, but you will NEVER find somebody better. We paid the price for having cheapo construction work on our porch 10-12 years ago.
Description of Work: Brian did the brickwork of our front porch and created new front steps. He is a wonderful craftsman, does not cut corners, does extraordinary work. He's actually a pleasurte to watch work, he is that skillful.

HOWEVER, when I recently tried to contact them to do another job, I only got voice mail and after leaving messages repeatedly with no call back, I gave up and actually did the job myself. Maybe they are out of business?

+ -1 moreHe came highly recommended, he has been in business for over 25 years and seems to get better over time. He is a superb craftsman. I have an historic home and went through the restoration society. I have a big double porch and it was important to me that the steps look nice, he did a beautiful job.
Description of Work: He was wonderful he totally rebuilt the sandstone steps in front of my house. He did a wonderful job. There was one step on the back porch that he evened up for me. He was excellent.

+ -1 moreI WAS INITIALLY IRRITATED THAT THE OWNER TO DISLIKE TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION, BUT I LIKED THE CLARITY OF HIS ESTIMATE UNPAID TO THAT OF ANOTHER CONTRACTORS WALKED. I WAS ALSO IRRITATED THAT IT WAS 2 1/2 MONTHS BEFORE HE DID THE WORK, BUT ONCE HERE, THE WORKMAN DID A GOOD JOB.
