+ -1 moreTHE WORK WAS WELL DONE, BUT MEMBER WAS UPSET WHEN THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE ORIGINAL APPT, AND CALLED TO POSTPONE UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY. (THEY DID SHOW UP AS SCHEDULED ON THE SECOND DAY.) MEMBER WISHES THEY WERE INFORMED OF THE BACKLOG SO THEY COULD HAVE CONTACTED ANOTHER COMPANY TO HAVE WORK DONE ON THE SAME DAY.
Description of Work: CENTRAL AIR STOPPED WORKING. THE TECHNICIAN EXPLAINED I WAS LOW ON FREON, AND HE USED GAUGES TO CONFIRM THIS. HE ADDED FREON, AND NOW THE AIR WORKS FINE.
