Professional, friendly, prompt - from the first phone call to the technicians who did the work.

They were really excellent. I used them over and over again. Prices are reasonable, friendly and good people. They were honest and consistent. They do what they said.

One of the best contractors we have ever worked with. The scheduling and communication were superb, as was the work performed.

I believe the company to be a honest company because, they offer to repair things first, before replace thing when possible.

They don't do what they say. They sneak in extra charges. They never resolved our problem

It took awhile because they had to go back to their shop to get a round toilet. They only carry the long ones on the truck, Once they had the toilet the installation of a new shutoff valve and toilet took about an hour.

Called to get an estimate on cleaning a clogged kitchen sink/drain. Scheduled appointment for next day. Plumber called and showed up on time. He listened to my complaint and inspected issue. He gave me a quote and I had him do the work immediately. Professional and knowledgeable. Would hire again.

Service was great. Had a weekend plumbing emergency and The Plumbing Source had a service person out to our house within an hour and got us back up and running. This was important because of the disabled person in the house who relies on the bathroom that had the plumbing issue. I plan on hiring them again for some future work.

They did a great job. He estimated an hour and a half time but only took him half that time. I'll give him an A+ and the price was reasonable. Plus, they gave me a 20% discount since I used them a couple years ago.

They are reliable, reasonable with their pricing, and very pleasant to deal with as well. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.

It went very well. A little pricy for the drum trap, I thought. They're reliable, dependable, and competent. I would highly recommend them. I plan on using them again, if and when needed.

The personnel, everyone, from the phone receptionist to the very last tech were professional, personable and punctual. The guys came in on time and actually left ahead of schedule. There was a small problem from the original crews install. The company immediately dispatched another crew to correct problem and mind you, at 4pm on a Friday. Loved every. Service is exceptional.

The plumbers were very professional. Did a good job and cleaned up after themselves, I am very satisfied.

I scheduled service to change the kitchen sink fawcett with the exact new same fawcett and bathroom sink cartridge for a slow drip. The very young man arrived, a few minutes late, and I showed him the kitchen fawcett. He opened his book and quoted a price of $240. I was ok with the price as it included the fee for the appointment. We proceeded to the bathroom to look at the bathroom fawcett. Once again he opened his book and quoted a price of $220. I told him to forget about the bathroom fawcett. I felt $460 was a bit much for about an hour, hour and a half of work. The kitchen sink fawcett was changed in about a half hour and he was on his way.

Spout with diverter replaced. Associate tried to adjust drain stopper linkage but still allowed water out. Too expensive to replace, so just utilized rubber stopper.

Very efficient and professional service. Clearly explained the problems and costs for different types of repairs or replacements.

My husband fell, had surgery for a badly injured knee and was required to wear a full-length metal brace for several months. Even with a bench, getting in and out of the tub/shower was an ordeal for him. I asked Angie for a list of contractors who might replace the tub/shower with a full-length shower stall with a low lip. I got 4 names, called the first one on the list, The Plumbing Source, and got Scott at their Remodeling Source. He came the next day to look at the job, and I was very impressed with his professionalism, description of the work and the fact that he could squeeze in our job within 7 days. I hired him, he went back to the office and sent me a bid via email. All our conversations were then over the phone or email. Scott's estimate seemed fair, and he sent me a picture of the trim that would be installed. The next week, Dan and Peter came on a Tuesday to take apart the existing bathtub/shower and rework the plumbing, especially the drain. They set up shop in my garage and kept it clean the entire time they were working at my house. Dan told me he had taken a week's course in Chicago on how to do just this type of installation. They found that there was no insulation behind part of the bath surround, on an outside wall of the house, and went back to their warehouse to get it so that the new shower would be warm. The second day, Dan came alone, installed the new shower surround and trim, plus 3 grab bars and backing for them and a future shower bench. At my request, he added a corner shelf unit. He used the existing shower handle and shower head on a bar screwed into the wall, so I avoided the expense of a new one. He took down the existing expansion shower curtain rod and installed a permanent one into the studs behind the walls. He sealed all the corners and edges so that there would be no water leaks. He removed all the debris and swept my garage before leaving. He asked that we not use the shower for 24 hours, for everything to dry. The new shower works perfectly, there are no leaks into the bathroom or the basement, and my husband is able to bathe comfortably during his recovery from the accident. As we are not getting any younger, this will be a welcome addition for many years into the future.
