They scheduled me for a 12-2 time slot. When no one had called by 2, I called and they said they were running behind. They said they'd call again when the plumber was on his way. At 3, I received another phonecall, and he arrived close to 3:30. For the inconvenience, they offered me a $20 discount in addition to the 5% Angie's List coupon. Brian arrived, covered his shoes, took a look at the faucet, and knew how to fix it right away. He finished within 20 minutes. He was very professional. I would call them again in the future over other plumbing services I've used in the past.

The toilet would suddenly make a sound like water running and then shut off. Actually it sounded like someone was turning water on in another part of the house. We consulted Angie's list, got the number of Plumbing Source. I called on Monday, they came out on Tuesday, looked at the toilet and came back later with a part. The toilet is fine. He was very courteous and professional. Will definitely use this service agina.

They quoted $3000 and thought it would take more than one day, how much more was dependent on what they found when they started the repairs. Happily, the job went more smoothly than expected and they were done in 1 day. I was surprised at how clean the house was and how fast the job was completed. They followed up the next day to be sure all was acceptable--it was, no more leaks. They explained they had reviewed the job and since it had gone so smoothly the original quote was a little high so THEY WERE SENDING ME A REFUND. I received a check in the mail a few days later.

They are very reliable, they come quick and they do a good job. I have referred them to others.

I emailed the company last night from Angie's list. Mike called me this morning first thing and got someone to come out the same day after I got off of work. Everything was explained to me. The technician, Eric, was great. I'll never go to another plumber again. This company is the only one to do business with. Trust me.

They came out on time, very professional, and did a great job. I have grandchildren so I am always calling. I felt their price was reasonable.

The two plumbers wasted no time in getting all the work completed to our satisfaction in less than a day. We will continue to rely on the Plumbing Source for our plumbing needs. They responded quyickly and with quality service men. While I think their prices may be a bit high, I believe you get what you pay for and the Plumbing Source delivers!

I made an appointment for a plumber to look at the leaking kitchen faucet on April 1. He arrived promptly and discovered the problem which required replacement of the Moen faucet. He contacted Moen about getting the warranty replacment, but they didn't have anything in stock, so he arranged to have the faucet sent overnight by FedEx. He told me to call when the part was delivered and someone would come out to install it. I told him he could leave the faucet disconnected, that I could live without the kitchen sink for one night. When the part was delivered the folowing day, I called but was told that no one was available to come out that day, everyone was booked. I could schedule an emergency visit, but there would be an extra charge. I explained to Linda what had happened and that I had chosen to leave the faucet disconnected to save the plumber time, with the expectation that it would be repaired the next day. She was very understanding and told me she would see what she could do. A little while later she called me back and said she'd have someone come out around 4:00 pm to finish the work. I've used this company before, and I think they went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their work and that I didn't have to pay the additional emergency charges. They clearly understand the value of customer loyalty. Linda is my new best friend. And the plumber did a nice job too!

I called Plumbing Source made the appointment for 04-21-2010. They called that day to let us know the plumber was on his way. When we ran the water in the bathroom sink and turned off the water black sludgy water came up the bathtub drain. He checked out the problem gave us an estimate of $144.00. Snaked one drain, problem resolved.

On Saturday morning, I noticed that our water heater was leaking water. I checked Angie's List, and noted that most of the plumbers did not work on weekends/emergencies. I called The Plumbing Source, and the associate on the phone was extremely nice. He took all of my information, and indicated that a plumber would arrive within 60 minutes, and notifed me that the base price for emergency service was 185 dollars. A plumber came to our door in less than hour, assessed the issue, provided a quote, and then went to work. He indicated that we needed a new T&P valve, and that our expansion tank was too small for our tank- borderline with code requirements. He replaced both quickly and cleaned up everything. Within probably two hours from start to finish, our problem was solved. He was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and honest. We also asked him a few other plumbing questions and he was very forthcoming with suggestions/advice.

I called them a week ago or so and scheduled for today, no problems there. I received a call yesterday saying they needed to push back the appointment from 9:30 to 10:30. That's no problem either. However, the guy showed up at the original 9:30 appointment time. He was very polite, and didn't waste any time getting my description of the problems in various rooms. After that, he gave me a quote on the kitchen faucet at $358. Not knowing the specific model and knowing that faucets can be sometimes expensive, I felt forced to decide on the spot. Later, I found out the faucet (this one: only costs $135 retail!). $223 just to install a new faucet? That makes me feel disgusted that I didn't just take an hour or two to do it myself (it took him 45 minutes at a rate of $297/hr at this cost). He installed the other parts, which were similarly overcharged - $48 for a J-bend trap that I had one we bought from a garage sale at $0.75, $83 for the toilet parts (at Lowes for $30)... the 5% discount coupon on this site brought the price down from $520 to $494 total, but if they're upcharging by 50-60%, 5% doesn't matter much. Stay away from this company - they're nice and smiling and seemed to do decent work, but gave me the cheapest products they could find at outrageous prices. Go elsewhere.

Called The Plumbing Source on 3/8 and scheduled work for 3/11. Al was by. Al was professonal, helpful, and courteous. What he worked on has worked perfectly since then. Also we discussed the tub with its old pipes and options for the future. Price I paid includes $20 coupon.

I left a message with the answering service on 3/31 expressing my displeasure in their still not completing the work as promised. I have used this company not only for large plumming problems but for smaller concerns. I was informed this morning by the office manager that they did not do landscaping of yards. I am not asking to have my yard landscaped, I am seeking to have the work completed as promised which entails filling in the excuvation and leveling the whole that was made. I can plant my own grass. This work costed $2300, they have been paid, I have been patient it's time for them to complete the work as promised

It went very well. It was a Saturday but a crew was there about 2 hours after I called. They removed the toilet and snaked the sewer line. They replaced the toilet and had everything back to normal in an hour or so. They cleaned up after themselves and left our house in as good a condition as when they arrived.

A very professional company with excellent fielding of our call. Scheduling was very easy and the call before the arrival of the plumber was courteous. Services performed were quick and explanation of work done was very clear. Our needs were simple for this visit, but I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I actually only have two small complaints to make. First that the company was 30 minutes late and second that there was no follow up in regards to another potential job that I was considering for the future. Other than these two complaints the company arrived and worked quickly, quietly, cleaned up after themselves and explained exactly what was done. I was actually quite impressed with the work that was done. I will use them again.

Employee was very courteous and on time. The work was performed well and quickly. The cost is my only major concern. The price does not match the time and materials used. I needed it done so I didnt have time to haggle, but for the work the cost is very high. Otherwise it was a good experience.

They were very professional. I called them late morning and they came the very next day. They came out on time. They cleaned up after themselves which was great. They were wonderful! I will definitely call them again if I have any more plumbing problems. I thought the price was fabulous!

We called and scheduled the work about 3-4 days in advance. They came on time and did the work without any additional issues. Gave me the estimate, talked to the warranty company and performed the work quickly and cleanly in one go. I paid them and then submitted the bill to warranty company for getting the reimbursement. They would not bill the warranty company directly.

Prompt service, very knowledgeable about problem, offered more than one solution to problem, completed job in a professional manner.

They are very professional and responsive. I thought their prices were a little high. There was a leak, but they came right back out to fix it.

We had sudden water leakage with visible flow around two valves on the external siding of the house that connect to garden hose. The short plastic pipe that runs between the valves also appeared split and leaking water. When it looked like it would be impossible to find a plumber to come right away, Plumbing Source was able to send a technician within the hour (which we appreciated). The technician said repairing the leak outside will have to wait till Spring since the area would need to be dug up to figure out how much plastic piping exists before the water reaches the external valves (since all those will have to be replaced/repaired). So he offered to simply install a shut-off valved inside the crawl as a temporary fix. We agreed, and he installed the valve. However, after the work was done he said that the repair outside won't involve any digging after all, since the plastic pipe was simply carrying water over to some sprinkler system or something. So basically, I got the sense that we could have simply had the external valves repaired in the first place. Instead, now, we have to spend probably another $250 to have that done. If the Technician had correctly determined the plumbing layout before doing the repairs, we would not have been stuck with the need for two different repairs. While having a shut-off valve inside is definitely a good thing, I can't use the garden hose now until I spend more money to repair the outside valves. While Plumbing Source was prompt and friendly and solved the leakage problem temporarily, we are not sure what we got was the cost-effective solution.

I had an urgent problem and they were so nice, efficient and professional. I called first thing in the morning and they sent out a great person who took care of my problem immediately. I have used many different plumbing services and this company was so superior to all of them.

We have been very happy with them. They do a good job for the money we pay. Overall, we have had very good experience with them. We will use them again, if needed.

The price was good and they provided quick service.
