They installed a small part, and it has been running fine ever since. Their response time is amazing as they were able to come-out very quickly from our initial call. They are pleasant, clean, don't make a mess, have great credibility, and do as they say they will do. They are wonderful! I would highly recommend them.

I was happy with the results. The technician, Mario, came out on a Saturday due to an emergency and was at my home within a half hour of my calling. I appreciated that he explained what he was doing, he was neat, and even my dog liked him. He advised me to use a special solvent for the tank, which was very helpful and saved me money as I thought I would need to buy an entire new toilet.

They were very professional, personable, and accommodating. They worked with me on the cost as well, which was much appreciated. I?m a senior on a fixed income and it?s nice to extend a discount. I plan to use them again in the future when necessary.

I had a huge plumbing problem that was never fixed by my handyman. I called the Plumbing Source and they fixed the problem the first time and with a reasonable price. One of the drains clogged again and most likely not the Plumbing Sources fault but they came out and fixed it no problem under the warranty. The plumber even completed a walk through with me looking for obvious problems or additional issues.

I had a slow leak on my shower faucet and used this time to have a professional install some needed shutoff valves on the supply lines where I felt they were needed. The work was performed well and the price was proper for the skill sets that were needed to do the job. This firm will be my plumber of choice from now on

We've used them a few times. We've always been very pleased with their services. They work quickly and take care of our plumbing needs without any problems. After they left, I was very relieved to have the plumbing problems solved. They are well worth the money for their services.

My only gripe is that my kitchen is located in the back of my house, right at my back door. The serviceman came to the front door and proceeded to haul his equipment through the living room over my just steam cleaned white area rug. He did pick up the drain snake instead of dragging it, but he had to make about 4-5 trips back and forth. I just thought it was odd and inconvenient. Other than appliance delivery, I have never had a repairman track through the front door with equipment.

We are completely satisfied with the job Mario performed. First, the company called to let us know what time to expect him. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He didn't have the replacement equipment on the truck and had to go and get it, but he let us know up front what he had to do and how long it would take. It was a pleasure to work with Mario and we would highly recommend this company.

We've had no problems since. They were out the same day, they cleaned up the mess the sewer had backed up, they both were courteous and they did an excellent job. The price was reasonable as well.

It went very well, and they did an exceptional job. They came out about 30 minutes earlier than quoted. The gentleman who came out had great manors; got the work done and their prices were fair. I would recommend them.

This company is very professional and their service went well. I have used them many times prior. I really love their prices. They are from a catalog. They look the price up, tell you the exact price, and then you determine if you want the work to be completed. They alerted me on a previous visit the water valve needed to be repaired.

They were fantastic and excellent. They were responsive, prompt and did the work very well. Their price was reasonable. They did the work very quickly as it seemed like an easy job for them. It was easy to work out a schedule with them. They were able to come on the same day that I had called them, although the crew was a bit late. Moreover, there was no four hour window given to me to stay at home which was very convenient. At first, they did not have all the materials that were required to do the work but they had a co-worker deliver the materials to our home. I did not have any issues with them. I referred them to a friend of mine as well. They even surprised me by sending a $20 gas card for the referral which was totally unexpected. Overall, they had a good business model.

I had a toilet that kept backing up and overflowing and a bath tub that would not drain. I called a week ago and spoke with Linda to understand the charges and when I was ready to schedule, someone was able to come out the same day I called. He arrived on time and was clean and professional. He first checked the bath tub drain and noted that it did not need to be snaked. He showed me how to clean it myself - this was no charge. He then augerred the toilet. There seemed to be no stoppage so instead of pulling out the toilet we decided to hold off and see if the problem persists. He gave me tips on how to prevent overflows.

Overall it was excellent. He re-arranged his schedule to get the job done quickly for me. he was there early and finished within the time frame he promised.

I called them and Brian who came out was excellent. He cleaned up and was very nice. He explained everything and even checked another drain for me. I was very impressed with him and I really encourage people to use them. I just can't say enough nice things about them as he was very professional, nice and I appreciated the fact that he wore shoe covers while in my home.

we moved in to our residence recently and i forgot to winterize the sprinkler system. as a consequence both the PVB unit and the PVC pipe that connects to it cracked/broke during the winter. i called Mike at the plumbing source to replace the PVB unit on the sprinkler system and the broken PVC pipe. he came and finished the job as we discussed. the price was very reasonable. now my sprinklers are working fine. mike was very friendly and helpful and professional, and i would highly recommend them.

It went very well, a guy by the name of Ben did the work. He was prompt, polite and professional and got the job done quickly. I used this company because of the good ratings and it is a month later and I have not had any problems with the work that was done. I feel they did a good job and I would use them again.

Brian arrived on time. His work was neat. He even cut down a cleanout left over from a previous project.

The experience was terrific! They gave me a real break on the price and did great work. I received free entertainment as the two individuals were hysterical that came out. They just did a really good job both times they came to do the work. They are the only plumbers I know that clean up after themselves and you would never know they were out.

This job was done very efficiently and they are a very clean group of people to work with. The company has many nice employees who do great work.

They were very prompt and professional, right from start to the completion of the work. They scheduled the date for the estimate the same week I called; provided a clear and thorough appraisal of the work and a complete written estimate; did everything quickly and neatly; and cleaned up after themselves. I've had several other plumbing jobs done in the last few years (old house), and Tim, who did this job, was by far the best and most professional.

Linda was just great on the phone helping me to sort out what could possibly be the problem and explained their pricing model and options and got us set up with an appointment right away. Mike came out and thoroughly went through the house - checking the toilet seat connections and all of the drains and the hot water heater. He gave me a complete rundown of what the problem could be and recommended that I call the city to come snake the connection from the house to the street since most cities will cover that work for free. He could have easily charged me for unnecessary work but recommended that we try this route first before going through any other steps to find the problem within the house. He also fixed a leaky faucet that I had in my utility room and discovered a leak/broken ring in my one bathroom tub faucet that another plumber had installed. He gave me what seemed to be reasonable quotes for any of the additional options that we may have to go through - and if I do, I will DEFINITELY have Mike back to do the work. Very professional. Cognizant of my time and my need to be on conference calls for work. And didn't even charge me (!!) for the diagnosis / service call even though that is general practice for any plumber I have ever worked with. He also discovered chips of plastic in the utility room water line and explained what that could mean later down the road for me with a pipe in my water heater. Gave me great advice on what to watch for and what safe alternatives to use to keep the lines clear in the future. Stop searching Angie's list now and call these guys.

Pluming Source showed up on time (two minutes early, actually), and were very friendly. They quickly located and diagnosed exactly where the leak was and had it completely repaired in less than two hours. Their bill was far less than I had been fearing, especially since they had to punch two holes in my drywall to get at the source of the leak.

The company worked to me to get to my house on time. They called me in advance. This gave me plenty of time to leave work and meet them at my house. Dennis and Craig were punctual and professional. They were considerate and very meticulous with their repairs. They answered all my questions. I will use this company again in the future for all my plumbing needs.
