Plumber was neat, prompt, courteous and pleasant. Brian made the whole thing an easy experience. Probably not the cheapest price, but reliable and will return to fix it if needed. That's worth something to me as well.

The job went very smoothly. Mike came exactly on time. He looked at the two things that needed to be done, gave us an estimate, warned us that there was a danger that the toilet pipe was old and might break under the floor and could be more serious if it did. We told him to go ahead. He turned off the water to the whole house. He replaced the faucet in the sink first, laying down sheets on the floor before he got under the sink, which we had cleared out. It took him about 1 1/2 hours to finish it, but it went smoothly. He went upstairs, took about 15 minutes fixing the toilet, turned the water back on, checked everything twice. The actual bill came in at the estimate. Everything is working fine.

I was noticing a "gurgling" noise coming from my garage floor drain every time I ran the kitchen water. Both drain lines tie together in my crawl space so I knew one of them was starting to back up. I ran the dishwasher in the morning and found water coming out of my garage floor drain after it had completed its cycle. I went under my crawl space and found standing water on the floor...apparently I had more than one problem...the garage floor drain AND a leaking drain line from the kitchen. Apparently when I ran the dishwasher it blew out one of the connectors under the crawl space and leaked water everywhere. I hadn't used my normal plumber for awhile and when I called I found out via their answering machine that he was now retired. So I opened up the phone book and didn't know who to call. I joined Angie's List right away so I could find a reputable plumber. The Plumbing Source had the highest rating with the most positive comments (and rightly so) so I called them right away. The customer service rep was very nice as she documented my problem and told me that they could have someone there between 3-5 that same day. She called later in the day to confirm their arrival time and they arrived early which was great! I went under the crawl space with Mario & Levi to show them the problems and they quickly identified what needed to be done. They were very courteous and professional and gave me an estimate up front of the job cost. The estimate was right on target and the job was done to my complete satisfaction.They did an EXCELLENT job and I will definitely use this company again.

Called for estimate. I got a good price and scheduled installation for a few days later. They were prompt and highly proffessional. My plumber even asked if I needed help moving anything heavy from a moving container I was unloading. He did an excellent job and even fixed some code problems with the tank piping. Couldn't have been nicer or more professional!!

We use them all the time. They are fine. Everything about them is good.

The plumber was pleasant and professional. The total bill came pretty close to his estimate, which I thought was a little high, but not unreasonably so. He did good work and did it within a reasonable amount of time. I would go with them again. I'm willing to pay a little more for quality, and that's what I felt I got.

Everything went great! He was done within an hour and when he left, the area was so clean I would have never known he was there. He also changed the configuration of the pipes so there are now fewer pipes than there were before, meaning less joints that could potentially leak in the future.

They came today, and said it was going to be more work then they thought/ Rather then come back another day, they were able to bring another person in, with the needed stuff and get the job done TODAY, which was amazing. It means neither my husband or I have to take more time off work to deal with this, and it is just finished, which is a big deal to us. They also snaked a drain in our powder room. They did the work, and made sure the gas was working and that the hot water heater was lit, and the dryer. They managed to fit the oven in, which was a very tight fit, but they managed to do it. Very good work, very efficient, and very professional. I was very very very very happy with them and their work. The fact that we were able to get it all done today was amazing and rare these days it seems from companies.

Tim called to let us know he was on his way and he arrived in less than 5 minutes. Later, he told us he was right around the corner when he called. Tim was very friendly and informative. He answered a question for my husband about a toilet in the laundry room. Tim was a true professional and knew how to get the job done efficiently. He was so neat and when the job was finished all I had to do when he left was to place my items back under the sink. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned this company is located in the city where we live because I didn't ask for their location when I made the appointment, I just knew they were on Angie's List. By the way, I received a free "The Plumbing Source" gift bag with a pizza cutter, pen and pad, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely call this company again.

They came out and did a free estimate for us on some carbon monoxide problems with the water heater. They were very good, kept their appointment time and were very professional.

Every thing went ok. Craig was the plumber. He was on time and did a very good job.

They did a great job. They are always very prompt and I never have any problems with getting into contact with them. I have used them for any plumbinbg that I need done.

I've had good experiences with this company in the past. I don't know what happened this time, but I think my project fell through the cracks. They told me they would have an estimate to me within a week, and I didn't hear a thing. I emailed them, but got no response. So I chose someone else to do the job......

He ended up telling me that basically my entire plumbing system needed to be replaced. Another technician had to come out prior to then and didn’t mention anything about these supposed needed repairs. I had never had any problem before and have used them several times. The work that they did do was first rate. They were on time and I have had no troubles with the toilet since. I will continue to use them.

They dressed very professionally. They didn't have to dig up my whole yard. They were very personable. They do an excellent job. They are very considerate of my property and they know what they are doing.

They were very good. The first gentleman who came out to see the project recommended someone else from his company to do the repair since he would do a better job. I appreciated that consideration. They're accountable when it comes to their work and I really trust them. They made sure that it would pass the inspection and I would highly recommend them.

They were sensitive to the fact that I had recently lost my husband and that having a plumbing problem was bad timing! Tim explained the situation to me and gave me options. They were efficient and effective.

We are very happy with the service, starting from making an appointment to having the job done. Will definitely use this company again.

Found that part of our water problem was due to too-small piping, which they replaced. The workers and the dispatcher were very nice. We will call them again when we need plumbing work done.

He installed the shut off valve and gave an estimate of the cost to fix the slow running water in a sink.

They recommended the proper size disposal, went over all the options from repairing old one, cost of two they carry etc... The models they carrry are highly rated on consumer websites. Their staff is professional and knowledgeable.

This last time the job went fine and I was satisfied with their work.

The service was excellent! The plumbers were very professional tidy. They were not at all demeaning or condescending as other plumbing "professioinals" were that i've dealt with in the past.
