The Plumbing Source

I had six companies tell me that they could not come out until the following Monday which was unacceptable. I contacted the plumbing source which I had used one time before. They told me they were also booked but would try to get a plumber there today. When Mike showed up he reviewed the problem and said it was going to take multiple visits. While he was there he was able to find and temporarily repair several leaks in the copper pipes in the basement. We scheduled an appointment when he will come back and make permanent repairs. This company deserves a slap on the back. While these other companies falsely say emergency repairs the plumbing source came through for my 92 year old mother.

My water heater went out, and I was on a wait list for service. I was concerned I would be without hot water over the weekend, but The Plumbing Source was able to get someone out to see me and they replaced my water heater. I was very pleased with their professionalism and I appreciated the time they took with me to show me how to maintain the water heater. I will definitely use them in the future.

Company called to schedule a quote but the representative sounded really unfriendly and made sure to say first thing that a $55 fee is collected to do a quote whether work is done or not. I might have scheduled and paid the fee anyways but she did not in any way sound interested in my business. I told her thank you have a nice day. Not interested in this company.

Andrew is very calm and professional. He did a fantastic job repairing and explaining the problem with my kitchen faucet. He was also willing to add on a last minute job to fix my bathroom shower faucet. He is my hero!

They have done work for me before, that is why I called them. They told me how I could save money. They have 24 hour service. I thought it was nice how they told me I could save some money if I waited till Monday for them to come do the work. They are very quite while working. They are very professional and explained everything to me. When my main shut off value was stuck and I couldnt open them, they were able to open them up. And they told me how to keep them flexible by shutting them off and then opening them again at least once a year.

Service was done efficiently. Explained options that we had- Minimal work or complete fix. We had all the work done that was needed.

Aaron did a fantastic job for us. He was very good and diagnosed our problem in a professional manner. He kept us informed of the situation with the blockage in our drain. The cost was very reasonable considering the amount of time Aaron spent resolving the issue.

They replaced the kitchen sink faucet and did a good job, but (despite their ads saying they had replacement parts and my call telling them what fixtures I had), they lacked a replacement for the shower knob that fell apart because they had to force it to fix it. So we went out ourselves to Home Depot, which we could have done before hand if we'd known their truck didn't have the supplies. I thought overall they were all right (wore masks and shoe covers, which I appreciated), but this is the second time we've called them for service that seems less top-notch than the service we've had since we started calling them twenty years ago.

Mike was the technician that came out to check the hot water tank out. He was very courteous and very honest on what needed to be done. We had a disconnected thermocouple and the shut off to the unit. He had to reconnect it and we were good to go. He also stayed around for a bit to make sure the hot water tank stayed lit and that is was working correctly. His honesty was very much appreciated!

Always great. I have had them for all plumbing issues for decades.

Dan and Brian showed on time and were very helpful in discussing origin of a leak in an upstairs bathroom. In addition, I ask for an estimate on replacing 2/50 gal, 20 year old hot water tanks including possibly replacing with tankless heater. The estimates were excellent compared to others I have seen. All I paid for today was the service call $55 and that is deductible if they do the work.

Repaired better than the original. You have a customer for life!

After the cabinet installation was completed for my kitchen remodel, I was left with "stubbed out" supply/drain pipes in my sink cabinet. After waiting until my countertops and undermount sink were installed, I needed to have the supply/drain lines re-established with new shutoffs, etc; as well as having my faucet, disposer, dishwasher, and drain lines connected. I was able to get an appointment on the second business day with a 3 hour time frame. The young gentleman arrived promptly (after calling first), assessed the job, quoted me a very reasonable price, and started the job. In a little more than an hour, the job was completed and exceeded my expectations. The work was exceptional and I will use The Plumbing Source for any future plumbing/HVAC/whatever work I need to have done. BTW I had called my long time HVAC contractor (who also does plumbing). The best they could do was 8 days out with no idea of ETA for about $300 more. They will now be my "former" HVAC contractor. Because of the COVID pandemic, this kitchen remodel has been going on for most of 2020 YTD. Washing dishes on the back deck in the rain was starting to get really old.

After reviewing the work that needed to be done Aaron S did a great job of explaining different options and kept me appraised as the work progressed. As the work went on he explained that one toilet was cracked and needed to be replaced and the kitchen faucet could not be repaired but rather needed to be replaced. He then went over options so he didn't automatically present just the most expensive one. I appreciated his willingness to work with me given the circumstances. In my opinion he treats people the way I would and not simply make a sale. He even gave me some tips and suggestions that would help to avoid some plumbing issues in the future.

Aaron S was very knowledgeable and personable. He needed to snake the kitchen sink drain all the way back to the water main. He also provided tips on preventing future clogs, assisted with a small water leak on a toilet water line at no charge and gave advice on how to best clear a clogged tub drain.

They came out the next day after calling them. They replace the whole drain pipe. They very knowledgeable. Working with them for years. He was very, very good.

The plumber was licensed and experienced which gave me a high confidence level. My problems were fixed as well as "other things I wanted him to look at." I highly recommend this service.

It went well. I was told the plumber would arrive between 8 and 9 am. He pulled in my driveway at 9AM. He had all the needed supplies in his truck. He replaced everything in the tank and also replaced the water line. It took about 30-45 minutes for him to finish. I was a shocked when he told me that the bill was over $200.00 as I wasn't thinking it would be so expensive but I basically have a new toilet so I paid the bill. It has been working fine. The service was great.

They did a good job. They had to replace the kit in the toilet tank and in my case they did not charge me. I would definitely recommend them as they stand behind their work. They are very polite and do the job very quickly. Even their prices are reasonable and I will hire them again.
