Albert came out to do the work. He was very good and professional. He was very knowledgable about the project. The pipes in my house are pretty old and he was very cautious with the pipes. He cleaned everything out good and they have been working good every since he left. He also gave good recommendations on how the clean them in the future.

I was very satisfied with the service. Levi arrived on time, provided brief history about the company (because I asked) and explained what he would need to do to fix the problem,and reviewed the cost with me before getting started. I felt comfortable and confident that he would do a good job and he did. I would use this company again.

I called the company in the morning and as always, the person who answered the phone was kind and extremely professional. She apologized that I would have to wait a couple of hours for someone to get to my house. The plumber was there by 1pm. I was unable to leave my office so my adult daughter was there to let him in to the house. He was very good about calling me at work and explaining the situation and giving my my options. I chose to replace the toilet since it was extremely old, and the work was completed quickly that day.I have used this company many times in the past and find them to be very honest. One time I had a leaking water heater and they encouraged me to call to see if it was still under warranty from the previous homeowner, which it was. They could have easily just installed a replacement, but I appreciated their honesty.

Everything was fine. They completed all the work.

They have people that come out when scheduled and the work was fine. I have no complaints with them. I was happy with service I received. He actually had a water heater in his truck so it made the experience even better. And they didn't leave any messes.

I called in with a severe leak under my water heater. In addition the burner wouldn't light. I called yesterday around 4pm and they scheduled a service for this morning at 8am. After calling with a reminder, Mike arrive promptly at 8am and verified that the unit needed to be replaced. We talked through options and elected to replace the unit, as well as the gas supply valve. Mike and his assistant worked for around four hours, during which they kept me updated on progress and answered a number of questions I had about other plumbing issues around the house. He was very thorough in his overview of what he did and proscribed maintenance for the unit.

The experience was great overall....from scheduling the appt, to the arrival of the plumber. He was courteous and didn't seem like he was out to make as much money as possible. He actually mentioned that I could likely install the sump pump myself and showed me how to do it. However, I still elected to have him do it. In and out in about 15 minutes. The price was competitive with other plumbers, so that's why I rated them an "B". However, it's more cost effective to order the sump pump they use online and install it yourself(if you have the skills). It will save you almost $150. Ofcourse, I didn't realize that until after I looked to see how much the model they installed would cost me online. Nonetheless, great service and I would use them again in heartbeat.

Good they did what I expected.

Everyone we dealt with was very courteous and helpful. Mike and Eli arrived promptly, they were both very engaging, and assured us that they would resolve the problem before our guests arrived - which they did.

Everyone I dealt with from the company was friendly and professional. They explained everything thoroughly. On the day of the excavation, they arrived on time and did the work required. They found the leak right away and replaced the line. I have zero complaints about the people or service but still cringe that a half a day of work cost $1500. But at least I have the confidence that it was done right and believe they will back up their work in case of any problems.

Tim was alittle late from the estimated time given over the phone both times, but I've dealt with this company several times in the past and it wasn't an issue previously. I'm assuming that something unexpected came up on a previous job that slowed him down. He was polite, professional and I appreciated his temporary toilet fix to tide me over!

They were on time, and Craig was tremendously great. He went though everything he did and gave me tips on how to keep my products working well for a long time. I appreciate that they were able to come out the same day I called them. The lady that answers the office phone was very pleasant and made me feel like I was a part of their family.

We had a water leak from a toilet tank overflowing. The Plumbing Source was able to make it out there within hours of our calling to assess the water damage (and that on a Friday afternoon). They quickly repaired the problem.

The technician(Brian) diagnosed the issue and quoted the repair service. He stated that is the job takes less time than quoted he would adjust the price. They scheduled the job only 5 days after the initial visit. The day of the service repair, Brian and crew arrived on time. They were all very courteous and professional. The repair service went well and in less time than quoted, which Brian was true to his word and reduced the quote accordingly. I'm very pleased with the repair work and will use their services again. I highly recommend this company.

They were fantastic. I called and they came out the same day. The guys were fantastic and explained everything to us. They were clean and efficient. I can't say enough about them. I would recommend them and would absolutely use them again if needed.

Craig got to the house exactly on time. He explained my options before starting. It was nice to find someone so knowledgeable. As things seem to always happen in my house, Craig found some new problems that needed to be addressed and was able to complete all the work. I was extremely impressed with both gentlemen as they kept working without taking a break, not even for lunch! I also was impressed that they had everything on the truck that was needed so there were no delays. The person who answered the phone to set up the appointment was extremely polite and very helpful. I found The Plumbing Source on Angie's list after I spent hours trying to fix a clogged toilet and tub. I was just about ready to go rent a snake myself when I decided to call a plumber instead. I checked Angie's list (which I was just about to cancel because who needs it all of the time) and picked the Plumbing Source because of their positive reviews and emergency service. I called them around 6 p.m. and by 6:20 p.m. the same day, there was a plumber in my house. He checked out the situation and provided me with a quote. I was told ahead of time that it would be a minimum charge to come out because it was an emergency so I was prepared for the actual quote to do the work. Yeah, it's a lot of money to pay to unclog a drain but when it's the drain that allows you to use the bathroom and shower, and you have already tried everything you know, it was well worth it. Craig was very professional and noticed a couple other items in the house that needed serviced and he provided me with a quote before he left. All in all, from the time I called to the time I am writing this review was 90 minutes. He left the bathroom looking better than it did when he got here, and didn't even make fun of me for the mess I had already made trying to do it myself. I would definitely use them again and I would have no problem recommending them to someone else.

They fix the problem and their price is reasonable.

Actually had to come to my brother's house a couple of times - due to OTHER issues. Very professional, knowledgeable and patient when explaining the work. WONDERFUL SERVICE. I hope they do as well with my NEW issues. THANKS!

Came same day, in and out in less than one hour. Fantastic service!

This company was very pleasant to work with. The lady who took my call was very polite and scheduled my work right away. She even called me twice to let me know where the plumber was in his route on the day the work was to be done. The plumber showed up when expected and got right to work. Fortunately, the leak appeared to be caused by missing silicone around the faucet or on the floor next to the tub instead of the pipes inside the walls. He was very efficient and polite. I will certainly call this company again should we need further plumbing work.

The first time they came out we needed someone to check on our water backup. They were very good and explained everything thoroughly. They didn't rush through and they checked everything and they were reasonably priced. They also left us with a coupon for $25 if we needed them again. We had them out a second time because our garbage disposal went out. They installed a new one with a 10 year warranty. We plan to continue using them in the future and I would recommend them to anybody. They were were wonderful. They are very prompt and they responded quickly to our phone calls.

Our kitchen sink drainpipe burst over the weekend leaving quite a mess and a pretty tough situation to deal with. The pipe was so corroded that it was almost impossible to remove. So much for the do it yourself fix. We were able to get by with pails through the weekend but needed a pretty quick fix to this problem. I called The Plumbing Source at 8:00 Monday morning and Tim arrived by 10:30 AM as promised. He thoroughly assessed the situation and very carefully and accurately laid out my options (there were several at varying prices) and what the costs and concerns were. There were several different approaches to fixing the problem and he told me the pluses and minuses of each. Tim made it easy for me to make an informed decision on which way to go. He had everything he needed on the truck and did the job professionally and excellently. The same was true for the laundry room sink faucets. Due to their age, Tim was unsure whether or not they could be fixed but was able to replace the cartridges which saved me a large expense, since we most likely would have had to replace the sink if the fix didn't work. We also discussed some other maintenance type jobs that I will likely consider in the future and gave me estimates on those. When the time comes, I will most likely go with this company again and really felt the overall experience was excellent.

They are good. I've been with them for a very long time. They are expensive but they are worth it. They are honest and fair. The men that come don't try to flirt with me. I've been using them for about 10 years. They are prompt and the job is always done correctly. I am satisfied with their work. I haven't compared their prices.

I really liked them and I will call them back again. I would highly recommend them and I am really pleased with the work he did.
