The Plumbing Source

On Christmas Eve, my lower level bathroom toilet became clogged which led to sewage water backing up into the shower. It was awful! The Plumbing source arrived as agreed to and worked diligently to resolve the problem. The toilet had to be removed. Once that was done, the clog required quite a bit of snaking to break it up and their machine broke during the first attempt. The company soon sent a replacement and the plumbers were eventually able to break up the clog. They cleaned up the entire mess that had been made and kept me informed throughout the process. Their price was more than fair considering the amount of time and effort it took.

I called the Plumbing Source at 1pm and they arrived at my home about 4pm the same day.. The plumber "Dennis" introduced himself and I showed him the problem. He was very polite and courteous, he also was very neat and cleaned up after himself. He gave me the estimate and asked if I was a Angie's list member. The Plumbing Source's prices seemed about average for a plumber. I would hire them again!

Arrived on time. Friendly, efficient and neat. Probably not the cheapest, but repairs were done properly the first time. A real plus!

We rate The Plumbing Source as an A! We have used them prior for some other plumbing work and were pleased both times with the fast response in getting an appointment, their knowledge, professionalism at a fair price. We will would highly recommend them and will continue to use them as our only plumber.

This is an annual service job performed by Brian who knows the house and what needs to be done.

I called the company because we had no hot water. They were quick to come out and I found out that my water softner had a leak. They were able to install the softner the next day. I would definitely recommend them. The team is professional and prompt to make sure the work gets completed quickly.

We called someone else for an estimate first, they quoted us $800 to replace the disposal. The Plumbing Source got here and his prices were basically the same, but he suggested that we just take the non functional one out instead of fixing it. That saved us over $300. He was on time, polite and professional. He cleaned up after himself and did great work!

They were very professional and the gentleman who did it made sure everything was fine. he was polite, prompt, and good at his job. They solved the problem and were neat and clean. They went above and beyond what they had to do.

This is our first experience with the company. After reading through Angie's List reviews, we decided to call The Plumbing Source. Our experience was exactly as described here by many. Very courteous lady answered the phone and provided all the details including the name of the plumber (Mario) and the description of his truck and clothing! She gave us a 4 hours window during which we were to expect Mario. We then received the call from Mario which was within the specified time window. Mario informed us that he could be at our place in 5 minutes and he was. The work was done cleanly and with great quality. There was no need to go to any store to pick up missing parts. As indicated in other reviews, all the parts were in the truck. I graded the experience as "A" across the board, but I would like to explain my grade for pricing. It is not cheap, but neither is the quality of services. It is similar to willing to pay extra money for a show to be seated in front row. If you are not after front row seating, you may find a better price with another company, but I am not sure it would be a better value. I wish there were more companies like The Plumbing Source around, companies which do not take customers for granted and actually respect and service these customers. Our country and market would be so much better off! Thank you, Mario! Thank you, The Plumbing Source! We will be back when it comes to plumbing issues.

Our regular plumber retired. We called the plumbing source and he came out and fixed it right away. And we have not had any issues since then. I am very pleased with the service. It was a young man who was very nice. He also was prompt in his arrival.

I had smelled a sewage smell in my home and called Plumbing Source to locate the problem. Al came out and knew exactly where to start checking for the problem. He discovered the problem in my crawl space. Al really put my mind at ease explaining in detail what neded to be done. Al and his helper did a fantastic job fixing everything. Both worked very hard and never even took a lunch. Also both very clean, well organized and professional. I will definately call Plumbing Source again. Keep up the good work. Thanks Again

We wanted a high recover Rheem 50 gallon water heater. They cratered out the old water heater. We were having trouble finding a high recovery heater, they had one in stock. They did an excellent job and we love our new hot water.

They did an excellent job and were professional. The pipe ended up not needing to be snaked. They fixed the bath tub and sink. They needed a part to fix the spigot which they had delivered and are coming back. Absolutely no complaints.

I am in a home service business so I respect when a company is doing the right things to keep their customers satisfied, and these guys did it right. We have the main sewer line cleaned of roots every six months to prevent grey water from backing into the basement. The last company we used lost our main guy and the replacement was less than ideal. So, shopping by Angie's list rating I settled on The Plumbing Source. The young woman (let's hope she's reading this...) who set up the appointment was thorough and friendly. We had a little fun with her canned "these are the costs" speech. Eric and Biondo were on time, thorough and respectful. They covered our stuff, cleaned up afterward, and used their own rags even though there was a pile of ours right next to where they were working. Our dogs liked them...always a good sign for me. Good experience. I asked Eric to make sure that he sent a reminder every 6 months. I hope they have a system for that.

They are very good and timely. They can be a little expensive, but their work is excellent. When they fix something it tends to stay fixed. They are nice and polite and I think they are great.

The plumber came, inspected the problem, found out where the water was coming from, and told me my options. The water was actally dripping from the sprayer hose everytime we turned the faucet on. He told me we could just replace the hose, or the whole faucet unit which would give me a new hose all in a single unit. I went with the replacement. He actually showed me different models of faucets he had with him, and I chose the least expensive that would do the job I wanted. He worked quickly and efficiently. He also reported a leak that I was having from a shutoff valve, and that was replaced also.

They are efficient and are reasonably priced. They listened to my input and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I am very happy with their service.

We had experienced off-and-on rank smells in our basement, and I figured it was the tree roots in the front yard causing a backup. The county came out and cleared the 'public' portion of the sewer, but they said we had an obstruction and should call a plumber. Our regular plumber was unable to respond to our call, so I searched on Angie's list and decided on this company. The Plumbing Source rearranged the schedule so they could get someone out the same day. Good thing! We were on the verge of raw sewage in the basement, as soon as the 1st plumber walked in he knew we were in trouble. The two gentleman who responded to the service call were great, service was thorough, pricing was more reasonable than I expected. I would call this company again.

It was a huge under taking, he worked very efficiently. He worked for 5 hours continuously. Tim S did a great job. He was very sweet and polite. He also gave us a Senior Citizen discount. He saved us some money from the original quote, he fixed only the necessities. He cleaned up very well.

I noticed the hot water was inconsistent, and went down to discover that the old water heater (14 years old) was leaking. We called the Plumbing Source who came out within 72 hours and told us we needed a new one (which I suspected), and replaced it the same day. It works great. We did not compare prices and it was expensive although in the range of what I expected to pay.

Overall, both jobs were done well and I have absolutely no complaints. I would hire The Plumbing Source for any of my plumbing needs. The toilet replacement job that took place today was installed neatly and cleaned up beautifully. Unfortunately, the toilet didn't seem level with the rest of the room once installed and Levi and Andrew were wonderful in discussing this with me. Levi let me know that he had noticed himself that it was a little off but overall wanted to ensure a proper seal for the toilet. We discussed the pros and cons of re-installing the toilet with some shims to level it. Although Levi cautioned against it, he was willing to do the work over again to please me. Levi and Andrew did fabulous work and cleaned up after themselves completely. They were pleasant yet professional. They engaged with my children when my children asked questions and even asked about my dog and gave her some attention when I was paying the bill. I highly recommend The Plumbing Source!

Ohio Plumbers in general seem not to be able to coordinate and arrive at customer's residence on time or not the correct day of the appointment. The feedback on Angie's list has become diluted so it is difficult to ascertain by the feedback who are or are not good service providers. Really degrades the usefullness of Angieslist.

They came out same day, fixed the problem, and it now works like new. They were very professional and did a great job. I will certainly use them again.

I needed a new faucet and a water line repair and called The Plumbing Source after reading many complimentary reports on Angies List. Tim provided a list of various faucets with their costs and I made a selection. He explained that it would be cost effective to completely remove the previous piping under the sink and replace it with two new shut-offs. Both Tim and Andrew (who was helping on the call) were very polite and their work was completed in a neat and orderly manner. I would not hesitate to call The Plumbing Source again for plumbing work.
