The service was performed quickly and professionally.

They've done all right for me. I think their service and professionalism were fine, but their price was on the high-end.

I have been trying to figure out why water is recirculating back into the house once it leaves from the sump pump. Dennis from the Plumbing Source came out and showed me that I have a few cracks in the drain tiles, but nothing major. However, when he attempted to snake one of my downspouts he mentioned that it was too clogged and he was not able to do it. He recommended replace the particular down spout which is something that I have been planning to do. Talking with Dennis he was also able to give me a temporary (hopeful) fix for some of the water going into my basement until the down spout is fixed.

I was at my Mother's house and they came within ten minutes. It was such a help because it wasn't my house and it saved me from having to go and wait another day. They told me up front what the cost would be and asked if I approved for them to go ahead with the job. Very friendly and quick.

The Plumbing Source was good. They did a good job. There were no troubles. They were professional.

There was a leak in the basement when the shower was used and we called The Plumbing Source to come look at it based on recommendations on this site. They examined the shower and determined that it wasn't a problem with the drain or even the pipe in the wall (except that the pipe is apparently PVC), but rather that the fitting for the showerhead into the pipe had cracked. They replaced the fitting, which fixed the leak.

They were on time. They did a nice job. The was friendly a polite.

As usual, the guys did great work. A few years ago we had roots clogging the drain to the septic tank & the Plumbing Source snaked them out. They suggested calling them in about a year or two to clean them out as preventive maintenance. They called before coming out & it took about an hour & they cleaned up afterward.

The main drain to the street somehow collapsed and they had to dig out and repair it with new PVC piping. They did a full clean out for both downspouts occupying the the same line all the way to the street. They also connected my sump pump to the drain as well. They had to come back to finish the next day.

Called to get a rough estimate on using a camera to inspect a drain. Was told that all the person I was speaking with could do was schedule service. I told her I would like a rough idea before scheduling. I was told that someone would call me later that day to give me a quote. No one ever called.

I called on a Monday morning because the water heater was leaking and not providing hot water. The tech arrived at around 2:30 in the afternoon, called the warehouse, and got the type of water heater I wanted (a 50 gallon quick recovery model), and it was installed by 5:30 pm. He also installed an expansion tank (whatever that is) which he said was required by code. The techs were very nice and informative, and attentive to not making a mess.

We had two toilets that had problems with running. The rebuild of the first was fine, all problems resolved. The second one, which ran intermittently due to a slow leak, still ran when they were done, only at more frequent intervals. I called and they sent a plumber back again to work on the toilet again. After the second visit all was well.

Our water heater began leaking and the basement floor was flooding! We called The Plumbing Source as we have used them before. They were here within an hour and gave us an evaluation and offered an estimate for a new water heater. They had the water turned off and the flooding stopped right away. A new water heater was available at their stores and they ran off and picked it up, installed it and we had hot water that day! We were very happy with the timeliness, the quality of service and the price! The water heater is working great! The work was done very professionally, the old water heater was removed and the area was left clean and dry. Both the plumbers were friendly, courteous and very professional!

Dennis B was my plumber. He was neat, knowledgeable and very nice. He made good suggestions and worked with us since we own an old house. He even stayed late one night to finish before my tile man arrived. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

I called Plumbing Source, described the problem and told them it wasn't an emergency. They scheduled an appointment within a several days. I called on a Friday and waiting a few days was no problem. They showed up promptly when they said they would, inspected the problem and gave me an estimate before the work was started. The work was completed promptly and to my satisfaction. Instead of using pipe clamps and a coupler to join two pipes, the plumber used a compression fitting so the connection would never be able to work loose on its own. He had to do some cutting of the pipe to make everything fit. The plumber spent less than an hour at my house and his work was highly satisfactory. There wasn't much of a mess, but he did clean up after himself. I have used Plumbing Source several times in the past and have always been happy with their work. Plumbers in general are expensive, that why I gave "price" a B, not because they're any more expensive than any other plumber. I will use Plumbing Source again if I need a plumber.

Showed up on time, worked efficiently and did not leave a mess. Excellent service, would use again.

It went perfect. They were done in less than an hour, cleaned up and on his way. They did a really nice job. The price was right as well.

They were more professional than a small operation. They were very good.

He look at it said it would be $125 to fix plus Service fee of $75 for coming out and also there was a charge for parts. I think regardless of what I wanted him to do he was going to charge at least $200. It took him less than 1/2 hour.

We had ordered the toilets on our own because the company had given a quote for $600 and we ended up spending a little less than $300 on each one. He gave us a quote for just under $1400 and zeroed to $259 per toilet with possible additional expenses if anything was wrong with the flinch once the toilet was removed. The secretary on the phone said there is discount on this toilet plus installation of $100. The total package was $300 and we didn’t want it and didn’t go with that package. I asked her what the typical installation price is and she said it should not be more than $100. When he came out he gave us a flat price and I asked him why it is so expensive and is it because of the house or the system. So he said the toilet is a difficult toilet and the drake is a completely difficult toilet to put in and it is nothing about the house or nothing about the system. I said I will shop around and I spoke to Andrew and he said something is wrong with it so we went with some other company which was cheaper. They said there is nothing wrong with the toilets going in and nothing wrong with toilets coming out and the type of the toilet that he was claiming was too difficult there was nothing wrong with it. I felt he was a complete rip off. He walked in the house and saw the house and saw a woman by myself here and thought I am going to jump up the price. He had his price book open and he had it higher than his price book which I wasn’t supposed to see. He was still polite and professional. When he said we were not going with him he got very cold and very quickly scooted off the door. I don’t recommend them

All, in all, it went well. My only complaint would be that they ended up being 30-45 minutes late for the appointment, after having rescheduled me once. That said, once I made it clear that I couldn't take the entire day off to wait, they were able to rearrange things on their end so that I didn't have to wait too long.
