I'm too slow with these reviews so I don't remember the details other than they didn't actually do any work but rather guided me in the right direction to get my issue fixed.

They had to rebuild the drain by pulling out basement floor. They put a new pipe in after pulling up the flooring. They honored my Angie's list discount. They were very polite and responsive. The job was done, and it was done right. Very honest company, they had a book of prices so I knew what I was exactly paying for. I did not have to worry about a big cleanup job as the company cleaned all messes after the job was done.

I was very pleased with their service. I would definitely refer them.

Scott did a great job. When removing the old toilet, he discovered the drain line needed to be snaked, too. The vanity cabinet didn't sit evenly on the floor, so he took the time to stabilize it and then put molding around the bottom to cover it so it looked good. Because of the extra work involved, he came back on Saturday to complete the job. Scott was very conscientious about his work and did the little extra things that went above and beyond the job requirements. We have always had good experiences with The Plumbing Source and will continue to use them in the future.

As of current everything is working well. There was a major problem found, which I can't afford to fix right now.

My experience overall has went very well. They are great at what they do and provide quality work. They are very punctual and efficient. They are also knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company to others.

They put on shoe covers as they came in the home. They were conscious of my cats too! They were very professional and courteous! They even brought in a sub-contractor who replaced the drywall and plastering work from the big hole in the ceiling for an excellent price! The repair work was very impressive! I highly recommend their services.

It went fine. Craig originally estimated cost at $200, but after digging deeper found additional damage. He raised the estimate to $400-$500. Final cost was $475. I consider this OK because considerable additional labor and time were needed, plus additional parts. Craig stayed here until the parts were delivered, and used the time prepare the site for the installation. The whole job took only a few hours. Craig is very professional and courteous. He cleaned up thoroughly - even took away a big old plant he had to dig up (after asking permission) to get to the trouble.

Serviceman, Mario was fantastic...very knowledgeable, professional and very helpful...they could not assist us overall due to timing issues, but they gave us some recommendations for a later date.

I called because I had needed a drain cleared between my bathtub/slop sink. I had tenants just moving in and they weren't able to shower until the drain was cleared. I attempted several times to snake it myself with various sized snakes and was unsuccessful. I didn't have any more time to try and fix the problem myself so I called a professional. I made several phone calls to get someone out ASAP and The Plumbing Source was the first to respond. I explained to them the situation and told them what I already attempted to do. I knew some excavation work may be required in the slab because I was not able to make it more than 2 feet with a snake. I didn't want to pay someone to come out if they were going to only try the same thing I tried and not be able to completely fix the problem regardless of what was required. They assured me they would be able to take care of it no matter what. They promptly came out on a Friday, snaked the drain with no luck. Told me I needed to excavate part of the slab to replace what was thought to be a broken pipe underneath the slab. He went back and called his boss to get some prices and told me the soonest they could come out was the follow Wednesday (which wasn't soon enough for me but I was understanding). I explained to the tenant that someone would be out Wednesday at the latest to fix the problem no matter what. I was waiting for a call back late afternoon Friday to work out the details. No call back. I left a VM Friday evening. Nothing. I called Monday morning, no call. I called Tuesday morning and again later Tuesday afternoon essentially telling them to not bother coming out at this point because no one bothered to return any of my calls. I called at least 3 times hoping to get a call back but only spoke to the receptionist taking a message saying someone would call me back later that day. I ended up having to call another plumber who came out the same day, successfully snaked the drain, without digging up any concrete and I was in business. I was unhappy that I had to pay someone to come out from the Plumbing Source and they left me hanging, still with the blocked drain. If they were too busy to get the job done or didn't have the right equipment/licenses to do the work, that was okay with me, but they shouldn't have wasted my time in the first place or at the bare minimum called to explain the situation.

The plumber was very professional and adept at installing this unit. I have been using the Plumbing Source for 25 years and have always had a very positive experience. Their employees have tremendous customer service skills and take the time to answer all of your questions and explain the repair they are completing. I also had them out just a week ago for several drain issues. The appointment was scheduled for the very next day and repairs were completed to my total satisfaction. Keep up the good work Plumbing Source!

Instead of relocating my faucet, they ended up closing it off. They were very friendly. They called ahead and came early which was good.

I had a very bad experience with them. Their prices were very high.

The service went fine, and I am dealing with them right now because we had flooding in Euclid and the water heater was damaged.

They were fine. They weren't a problem. They came over and they did what they needed to do. The guy was helpful. He said that the metal is better because the plastic has a tendency of giving away, which was what happened that's why my bah has flooded. He was very courteous. He cleaned up after himself. He was timely. Everything was good. They were a little bit on the pricey side but overall, it's still holding up to this day. Obviously, he did a decent job. The experience overall is very good.

Faucet was leaking in bathroom sink, It took plumbing source about 15 min to replace a washer stuck inside he asked was there anything else to do, I said no and wrote up a bill for $ 200.00 dollars.

I have a drain in my basement that was no longer operating properly. I contacted The Plumbing Source to schedule an appointment for service. My scheduled time was set for 2:00pm on Monday, July 15th 2013. I received a call on Monday that the scheduled time would not be possible because the gentleman who was scheduled to do the job had just started breaking the concrete in the basement floor on the previous job. I received no further contact and found another company to service my drain issue.

The two plumbers snaked the drain of the bathroom sink so that it was no longer clogged. They were scheduled to come between 12:00-2:00. I hurried home so that I would be here by 11:30 for them. However, at 2:00 someone from their office called to say they wouldn't be here until 3:00 because we were having a lot of flash flooding in the city (after 15 days of rain). I'm glad they called. I just wished at the time that they had called earlier. But I understood that it was probably a crazy day for them.

The work was done in a very professional manner. This was more than simply clearing a clogged drain pipe. The problem was identified in the sanitary sewer about 75 feet from the house Craig gave a thorough description of the problem and solution, and provided suggestions for possible future maintenance and repair.

They were very nice and honest. They came on time. I had no problem with them. I would use them again.

It took time because the plumber didn't have the pipe he needed to replace our existing one. He was able to contact his employer who ran to a plumbing supply store and brought the part to our home. We were lucky he was able to fix it that afternoon instead of having to wait for him to come back the next day. He did a good job and we were very satisfied. Would use them again.

Prpompt, professional. We've used them before and they always do a nice job.

The appointment was easy to set up, and the work was done promptly and efficiently.
