A+ company!!!! I called them in a panic. The first person I spoke to was SO calming and kind. She was very helpful and we had someone out in 10 minutes to our home. We were impressed with the professionalism of the technician and his knowledge of the problem. The whole process took about 2 hours. The cost was not as horrifying as I was expecting and they did a nice job cleaning up downstairs. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends! Thank you Brian and Andy for coming to the rescue :-)

They are so great to work with, and honestly, we will never use any other company for this type of work. They are fair and don't take advantage and "price-gouge" you when you have an emergency situation. In addition, every technician/repairman that has been to our house has been courteous, respectful, and friendly. Seriously, I could go on and on. They are fantastic!

This was the second time we used the company, everything went well, on time, and with professional approach. Definitely recommend.

It was an excellent experience. They’re very professional. They know what they’re doing. We’ve used them before on several occasions and they’re good. The price wasn’t expensive for the amount of time that he was there.

When I called the office to schedule an appointment the person on the other line, sorry I have a horrible memory when it comes to names, was very pleasant and courteous. She immediately picked up with phone and greeted me with a happy voice :) Seems like a small thing but most of the contractors I've dealt with are simply lacking basic manners when it comes to communications. Anyhow, Scott B. the plumber, showed up on time. I thought we have a blocked air vent, which would be a much costly repair. He immediately diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain what's causing the blockage and went over repair options. The double sink in the kitchen now drains like never before. Thanks guys! I will definitely use you again.

We used them a couple months ago and were happy, so called again when the kitchen sink stopped draining and drano didn't help. They found the entire drain and the "baskets" on the sink were rusted out (they showed me the bad pipes). While they were replacing this, they noticed that the vertical pipe these connected to seemed loose. Investigating in the basement, they found it too had completely rusted away, and was no longer tied into the main house drain, but was just pouring into a funnel sort of thing in the basement floor, probably causing damage under the floor. They re-routed the whole thing, putting it up where it can be worked on, replacing some ancient pipes. They also noticed the faucet was leaking and were able to repair it. They were very personable and professional! And we got a senior discount.

I called on 1/22/14 pleading for someone to come out the next day. Debbie was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone and managed to get someone out to see me the following day, and even managed to arrange it after my work day ended so that I didn't have to take off. I can't thank Debbie enough for this! We were in the middle of a brutal snowstorm with the highways all jammed up, but Mario spent an hour and a half in transit to make it to my house, first starting the job at 6:30. What dedication! He worked with me to examine the problem from every angle, consistently updated me on what the service fee would be based upon decisions I made on how far to explore, and I'm reasonably confident he found the cause. Mario was exceptionally friendly and excellent at keeping in communication with me throughout the job, informing me of what was happening, what the options were, and what the costs would be. My only regret is that he could have shown a little more foresight in cutting into the wall. Dust flew everywhere, including into our adjacent bedroom. That aside, I was impressed with the service I received, and I'm extremely appreciative of how hard everyone worked to get my problem addressed within 24 hours of my calling!

There was a clog between the sink and the pipe that is connected to the tub. The clog was embedded, and the water would back-up. He was excellent. They let us know he was on the way, and was on time. He was extremely respectful, clean, neat, and organized. He wore booties in my house as well. He also gave us a quote on a water heate,r and is one of the best plumbers we ever had.

My plumber was Eric. He was on time and was very good with communicating with me throughout the process. He identified that the bathroom sinks were not draining properly due to a poorly designed drain assembly. He also suggested a course of action to remount the kitchen sink, which had failed under the previous homeowners. He installed new bathroom sink drains which I had provided, solving the draining issue. The kitchen sink work was quite involved and required removal of all plumbing, cleaning, remounting, and then reattachment of all plumbing, and required several appointments to allow for curing, etc. The first attempt was unsuccessful and the sink did not hold to the underside of the counter. Eric came back several more times, working around my schedule, to make sure I was completely satisfied. The second attempt involved some heavy duty epoxy to hold the sink, and it has held up so far! I was very pleased with the quality of work and dedication to finish the job to my total satisfaction. I am shocked that customer service this good still exists! I would recommend The Plumbing Source to everyone and will definitely save their number for any future work I might need. Thanks Eric!

They were out 1/2/14 to evaluate. Returned 1/8 to put in a regulator valve. Also replaced an 11 year old hot water tank and an expansion tank. I am pleased with the work and professional approach of Andy F and Andy.

We called them and they came out the next day. Brian had everything he needed on his truck. He was very prepared and is a good hard worker.

Brian came out and he was very sweet. I had water all over my basement floor and I haven't lived here very long so I was really worried. The source of the problem was a dishwasher valve that had cracked during the hard freeze last week. I've used The Plumbing Source for many plumbing issues because they're fair, professional and honest.

Given that I know they had over 40 service calls in the queue just for frozen pipes, I was very impressed that they even got to me on the day of my call. I have used them before and they're always prompt and courteous. On a day like today when everyone in the area is calling them, I was pleased that they made it to me. They called to make sure I was home and sent a technician as soon as one was available. I'll preface this review by saying we're in a new townhouse and still are learning the quirks of where things are. We had no water flow to our Kitchen faucet, the water line in the refrigerator, and only cold water flowing to the powder room sink nearby. The technician reviewed all the bathrooms and sinks to make sure the others were operating, and the layout of the house as well to try and determine where the frozen pipes in question might be. Since the kitchen was over the garage, it was logical to try looking in the soffit in the garage. He made two small holes to check for the pipes there and was unable to locate them; he expected that they were simply laying above the duct work in the soffit where he couldn't reach. He then called a general manager for a consult on next steps and tried thawing the pipes from inside. There was some temporary improvement but the frozen block was either too long, or too far away from his heating connections to have it work. After a thourough attempt his best recommendation was to try and rent a Tornado heater and place it in the garage and try to carefully thaw the pipes with ambient heat. He explained what he was doing and finding as he went and patiently answered my question. At the end of the day we found out that the pipes aren't in the soffit/ floor where we thought they were, but in my opinion that's not the technicians' fault. Eventually, we found out that several of our neighbors with the same floorplan had the same issue and it is something the builder is fixing for us. Price--since he wasn't able to resolve anything for me he simply charged me for the cost of a basic service call.

We explained we sometimes get water pipes banging and sound of air in line. So they took a look and determined the pressure regulator was the issue and replaced it. lThen they went the extra mile and found other issues to resolve, like putting air pressure in water heater expansion tank and fixing two loose faucet handles and our outside water spigot. No charge for these little extras either. Definitely use them again.

The Plumbing Source was timely with regards to our request for service and for our appointment. Scott B. was professional, knowledgeable, and credible. Using a color camera, he reviewed every inch of pipe with me to show me that there were no cracks or gaps in the pipe seams. He also answered all of my questions thoroughly. Additionally, when it was determined that our problem was not being caused by pipes leaving our house, he gave me advice on how to request inspection by our city (they refused to come out previously).

I worked with Scott on the project design. He was prompt, answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the products. I also worked with Dan. They both were always on time and the job site was cleaned up each evening. The project started and was completed as promised. The workmanship was excellent and both Scott and Dan worked very hard to make sure that I was pleased with what was done each day. I would use them again on a bathroom or kitchen remodel. They made the project as stress free as possible and I am thrilled with my new bathroom. I could always get a hold of Scott if I had any questions.

Went totally great. they came soon and on time, did everything, cleaned everything up, were personable and totally professional, showed me what they did, warned about sitting on toilet before seal had set.

$244.00 dollars just to fix the toilet including trip fee. What is interesting it is in the area of service when I asked. It is $110.00 when he arrived just to show up. disappointed if we had a smaller house it would be cheaper. When asked for itemized bill he said everything is included. Was not itemized. Called the office same day and they said "We will send it out to explaining all the details". Have not received it yet. I do not recommend them. It is unfortunate we have a business/cost/service. You pay through the nose just to get the service done. Please do not use these this company you will be sorry. What ever the owner says, please do not listen. I have several others I will recommend after doing business with Plumbing Source, I guess being an Angie's List business does not count for these guys. Sorry I used them! Update: My response to the owner's comment is that: You have no professionalism with your untruthful comments. To the potential new customers out there it is up to you to take a chance or not with this company. GOOD LUCK!

Plumbing source did a fabulous and professional job. I have used them many times in the past.

I contacted them by phone and was asked several questions about my plumbing problem. I was told they opened at 7:30 the following morning and that I would be called around that time. They never contacted me. Surprising that a company with such good reviews would be so unresponsive. Frustrating part is I assumed they would get back to me (given their good reviews) and didn't contact any other plumbers. This wound up costing me a day of my search because I didn't have time to research and contact a plumber during my work day.

Came out within 24 hours of the call. Replaced faucet cartridge with one in the truck. Cartridge was very expensive.

They had to research a lot to find one because it was an older model. They did a good job with that. They were fine and they were really good. The toilet is now flushing well. They did something minimal rather than trying to rip out the whole toilet. They were very honest. I would use them again if I needed to.

Eric came out & snaked the sanitary sewer from the basement cleanout. Ran cable with large blade into the septic tank to clear problem roots. Using the sewer camera he attempted to verify exact cause of blockage. Due to roots the line was holding water in the last 3'. He opened the tank lid & found roots growing into the tank inlet. The next week Eric came back out with Toaz construction dug up 6" clay sanitary sewer line from septic tank up about 8' towards the house and installed a 6'clean out, packed around with stone and buried the line with minimal disturbance to the landscaping. Also installed a 3/4" pressure regulator valve near meter.

I called Plumbing Source at 6 pm b/c I was having a new washer and dryer installed. The techs informed me that they couldn't. Complete the installation b/c there was a gas leak. I called the Plumbing Source and even though it was after hours they had a plumber at my home in 30 minutes. The plumber fixed the gas leak in a few minutes and completed the installation for my dryer as well.
