The Plumbing Source

Plumber snaked line on a Sunday afternoon. Plumber was courteous and prompt. We were very pleased to have the problem resolved, especially since it was Thanksgiving week.

I've called twice to get a quote for the work. Both times they take my information and day they'll call back. It's been a week and I haven't received a call.

They do good work and they're reasonably priced. We use them all the time.

after the massive effort, everything turned out great. i think it was nearly eight in the evening when the job was finally done. i couldn't be happier, and they took care to clean up after themselves. there is no other plumbing company for me.

It was easy and they were very nice. However they forgot to plug my freezer back in and I never went in the basement to check. Two days later I saw water under the freezer and saw the plug just hanging there. I called and told the company what happened and they made it right. I'm satisfied with how they responded and very happy my toilet is flushing like it should.

Dino and Brian S. from The Plumbing Source are the best plumbers I have ever had. I had a few things done today however I am very happy with these two guys because for years I had ignored a leaking bathtub faucet because every time I had a plumber over they told me since my Shower Wall Kit was built over the faucet It would be $1,600 to change the faucet as they had to rip the whole wall out. Dino and Brian S. were the first to ever say to me "they built cabinets over the water cut off switch - why don't we just drill a hole to access it". Then, with the water off they repaired my leaking faucet rather tan try to get me to replace it with all the extra work that involved. They fixed that drip for 10% of the cost the other plumbers always tell me and now I have full access to that cut off switch as well. They also were able to snake my Condo units main drain and rebuild my toilet in about an hour and for all they did I think I only paid about $550.00. From now on I will only use this company.

Andrew listened to my description, checked the drains, snaked the heck out of the toilet and solved it - no up-sell, very honest, professional & quick. He even took 2 min to fix a tripped garbage disposal.

Service was clean, quick, and thorough. Plumbers made sure the job was done right and explained why the drain was clogged in the first place and how to avoid it in the future. They came out on a Saturday emergency visit. While they were running behind from their first job, office called us to keep us up to date on when they would be here.

Every part of the process of working with The Plumbing Source was outstanding. They answered my cal right away, worked with me over the phone, and arranged an appointment that met my schedule. Their technician (Mario) was outstanding. He was very courteous and professional. They were clean and conscious of not making a mess (or leaving one behind). I would work again with this company without hesitation.

I have used the Plumbing Source on two different occasions at two different rental properties. The crews that they sent out to each job were professional and courteous. They communicated well about the issues we were dealing with and about pricing, and they cleaned up after themselves. Their pricing might be a touch more than some competitors, but you pay a flat rate for each service instead of an hourly rate that can be milked if business is slow--plus, you are paying for quality and professionalism.

They were affordable not the cheapest not the most expensive just that I remember they seem to be price right they are very responsive they come out under short notice they will try to make you, make you work in their schedule so even the tags that they put on our lines they had an apprentice with them it wasn't apart of the service they just had an apprentice and they just kind of had him do that to keep him busy where there is obviously had to go to other houses, you know just good honest people they just kind of do good work and they seem to be reasonable.

It cost a lot, probably over $1000. They do a good job. They clean up after themselves. They wear little booties and are careful with the house.

We have used them most times. They have done a lot of plumbing work for us. They even installed a disposal unit. They put in new faucets in the laundry room. They have installed a new garden hose faucet in the garage and new shut off valves in some other places in the house. They have done a lot of work for us.

This phone number was one of the few that was actually answered on a Saturday morning. I had to leave messages for other plumbing companies who didn't all call me back. Brian and Dan came out within a few hours of scheduling the service Saturday afternoon. They were very professional and courteous. Our blockage gave them some trouble, but they kept at it until it was cleared. I would definitely recommend them.

Eric and Brian arrived when promised. They were extremely pleasant and professional. I received an estimate for both jobs and agreed to the work. I wish all contractors were this professional, pleasant and reasonable. They did a great job on both tasks. I wish I would have found this company years ago! When they said they had to make a hole in my basement ceiling, I envisioned a large hole and a huge mess but was pleasantly surprised to see a modest hole. Everything is working properly now. Thank you so very much. These are GREAT plumbers!!

The service was awesome. The guys that worked on it were very professional and respectful of my yard and my house.

I called The Plumbing Source to have our kitchen sink drain unclogged. The provider sent Brian S. to do the work within two hours of the call. He assessed the situation, gave us an estimate on the appropriate cost and got to work. Brian was personable and professional while in our home and took the time to explain how the clog probably happened. This was an overall good experience and we will use The Plumbing Source in the future. After exhaustive plunging, homemade concoctions and Drano applications, it was worth having a professional fix the problem.

Excellent job! Very informative and they went above and beyond. They called the faucet company and set up an account for me so that the deficient part will be shipped directly to me. They saved me so much money and I just love it!

We had a problem there. The guy ran of water line. He had to move the washer. The discharge hose from the washer that goes in the laundry tub -- he didn't put it back. My wife went there to use the washing machine and she didn't realize that so it discharged on the laundry room floor. It messed up a couple of rugs and waterlogged them. We just threw them out. I called them back and they were really good about getting back. The work that he did was an A. He made it right for me.

Craig arrived at the appointed time. I reviewed the issues and he started to work on the problem. He had to try several approaches and successfully unblocked the drain. He was professional, personable, cleaned up after his work. He represented the company very well. We have contracted with them on previous occasions at our daughter's house and they performed the same quality service there. I would highly recommend this company.

Phone contact was quick and efficient. Jeff arrived shortly thereafter, diagnosed the need for a new faucet. He was polite and professional, making the experience a great representation of the company. I will gladly contact this business again!

Dennis came out about 45 minutes after I called the office first thing in the morning. We had a burst ceiling pipe in our basement the night before. Dennis had to work in a very small access panel and replace pipes and valves. It was very difficult to reach. He also replaced valve outside. He showed me and explained everything to me in advance. He answered all my questions and spoke to my husband on the phone . He was wonderful! Provided a very fair quote and that is what I was charged. Fantastic service. I was referred to them and would definitely recommend them to others.

From start to finish service was outstanding. Based on my initial call they came out early enough in the day to give me a solid estimate and, if I chose, to go ahead with the work. They got everything done in one day including work such as the PRV and expansion tank that had not been planned but was clearly needed. They identified some leaks and problems I had not noticed and fixed several at no additional charge. The plumbers were totally professional and personable, as were the people I talked to on the phone, including the one who called me afterwards to make sure everything had been done well.

I was able to get service the same day. They were very professional and it didn't take them very long to do the replacement. We have used them multiple times in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
