Description of Work: Drain of our second floor bathtub and sink clogged. Our usual plumber stopped by this morning and tried to snake it using a hand-held snake without success. I called this company at about 2:30PM, discussed problem, and was promised that someone would show up between 3:30pm-5:30pm. I got a call saying plumber was on his way. Tim H arrived at about 4:30PM. I was impressed by how responsive they were. Plumber was pleasent, professional, used shoe covers. He tried several types of snakes until figured out what worked. The process took a very long time and the price ended up being twice what was initially suggested. The case wasn't straight forward which I fully recognize. The price was more expensive than what I was expecting but I feel that the job was done well. I would call them again if I needed in future.

Description of Work: Replaced a leaky gas valve that feed the fireplace and fixed the key so it is easier to turn. They aso fixed a small water line leak. The job was difficult because the lines were in the basement at the ceiling level and above the main duct coming from the furnance.
