As always I appreciate the feed back. I did look into the pricing to make sure there wasn't a mistake. The pricing was accurate but we also included replacing supply line to dishwasher. Description of Work: Replaced defective exterior faucet and associated copper pipe. Snaked all gutter drains. First crew had issues with snaking gutter drains but Plumbing Source sent out second 4 man 2 truck team and was successful at snaking drains. Also gave several suggestions for improved water management around the house. Completely satisfied and would use again. Very professional.

I'm sorry you had that experience. I don't know when this issue was but recently we upgraded our system with the phone company and they took over 6 days to get the problem rectified. We have lost countless calls and apparently you were one of them. It was out of my control. I still struggle with someone who has never used our service would be so quick to slam us and of course make sure you share it with band of neighbors. I have such great customers from Angies List that give me awesome reviews and don't share it with Band of Neighbors. Human nature I guess. Greg

It went 100% well!
