Description of Work: I called Plumbing Source because the water softener was not working properly and the salts had turned to stone. I'm selling my house so the House Inspection person had, it turned out, shut off the bypass so the WS was not calling for water. The trusty tech, Brian, turned the bypass back on and broke up the salts that had turned to stone. There was no charge for this service, bless his heart.

Description of Work: Water in the shower would not turn off. Andy came the first time and fixed the problem but said, "Don't use the shower or it will happen again." April 16th he returned and fixed the problem permanently. He also repaired a down spout tie-in and replaced the gas valve above the hot water heater so that it did not leak gas and was fixed to code. These items were all problems identified when the house was inspected for sale. He was very thorough, explained all the work he did and did it efficiently and effectively.

Description of Work: They came out for a number of things. I needed some parts for 2 of my faucets. Also my toilet was running. Since I had them there, I also had them look at the drain in the garage and the pipes in the basement. It went very well. The pipes in the basement were fine; they did not need replaced and I appreciated their honesty. Same with the drain in the garage. The fixed the running toilet that several other plumbers could not repair. And the faucets work too. They are honest and do good work.
