They were very good and they very professional as well. They even called after the job was completed to see if there were any problems and to make sure if the quality of work was done well and there were no problems. The minute that you call them, their reception to you is very pleasant and very professional. They will come out and service you with quality equipment and the men that do come know their business and are qualified. It's important to them that they do a good job. So they are professionalism all the way around.

We called Plumbing Source to repair, they quoted us $55 for estimate. When the plumber, Mario, arrived, he looked at pipes and quoted $370 for pressure test and repair of leak as described by Enbridge. The plumber spent 2 hours doing pressure test, then came back to give me another quote of $900, saying there were other leaks detected in basement. I said to him that I just want the pipe Enbridge said was leaking fixed, he said he already did the pressure test and would have to pay him $900 to fix the pipe now. I was confused, and asked why he didn't repair the pipe originally quoted...he didn't have a reasonable explanation. I felt exploited. I said I had to speak to my husband before we agree to do work for $900 and asked if he could return to complete it. He said if he had to leave, I had to pay him the original quote of $370, then we would have to pay extra when he returns above the $900 - because he has to leave and return (gas/mileage). I called the office of Plumbing Source, but all they said was that "the pressure test price should include 2 repairs - but they are not at my home and whatever the plumber charges is correct because he's there doing the work. They don't really have a standard price and don't charge by the hour. Price is based on the job." End of story. And we had to deal with their plumber...He ended up charging us $1200 when he was done - saying that he had to do extra work. We were rushed, we were frustrated - now feel robbed. Why did he just not fix the leak he quoted us for first? Why did he charge us so much...I don't even know. His invoice has no details. We don't have a lot of money, so this $1200 is all we had in savings. So afraid of these contractors...is there any honest ones out there? The company seemed to not want to step in and help us, they cared more about their plumber than us as a customer.

Went very well. It took the gentleman a while to get the clog out, but he kept at it. I really appreciated that he put so much effort into working it out that way instead of going straight to removing the toilet.

The tech was very nice but the job was done poorly. The spout still leaked as much as it was before the tech arrived and they charged me 280 dollars. The tech came back the next day and replaced the spout. 2 months later, the leak is back.

I contacted The Plumbing Source 5 years ago when I needed a new hot water tank so I called them about this issue. Dennis checked everything to diagnose the problem and I did not have a broken pipe. The source of the wet carpet was my washing machine. It had a leak. I needed a new washing machine and Dennis replaced something causing the other source of the leak. The floor in the laundry room wasn't wet when I ran the washing machine, so the water ran down along the wall separating the laundry room and living room and pooled in the area where I thought I had a pipe leak. I purchased a new washing machine (old machine was over 20 years old) and I ran a couple loads of laundry and no wet carpet!! Very professional, knowledegable and prompt service, I will use them for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company.

We actually had to call the company back out for an unrealted issue the next day and the experience was not as good as we had with DAN but still A service. Would always recommend. -- --***Negative about the on call plumber on the weekend***--- The only concern I had was when we called on Saturday the on call plumber was so terrible and rude to us. I was so surprised since we had just had them out the previous day and everything was greatt-- he was the only person in the company I spoke to that I had any complaints about--- Someone was supposed to call me back on this issue but never did. Also the 2nd plumber to come out on Monday ended up charging us more than the original quoted price over the phone.

went great. one of the valves leaked, gave Plumbing Source a call and they sent someone out the same day to fix.

They sent a subcontractor and he kicked my dog. Our dog doesn't bite but does bark a lot to be protective. He was a very unpleasant man. He chipped the paint around our toilet and they didn't offer to fix it. The company did discount our bill for that. He said that he thought that issue was the base of the toilet moving around. Which wasn't a problem when we called him out. It seemed as though he broke the base of the toilet and placed it on us. The person who called back from the company pretty much dismissed the issue. He acted like it was my fault and he took the techs word on what had happened. It doesn't matter who broke it, it got fixed and at a good quality of work. He just never even mentioned scraping the wall. I don't feel like the tech was honest.

So great. We were told that sometimes with water inside it might not make the move. That was the risk we were willing to make and proceeded. They were beyond careful and everything went as planned. Being able to move the system saved us thousands and their price was very reasonable for the job. Second time we have had them now and I will hire them as many times as I need them. They were on time, probably a few minutes early, did not stand around, worked hard and efficiently. Super great guys!! Job price is total of both times they were out.

It was a very pleasant experience. They called to let me know that they would be there within an hour, which was helpful. I was able to call them and get them the same day. I called them this morning and they came. Drew and his helper put on covers over their shoes to protect the flooring in my home, which I appreciated. They worked quickly but efficiently. I feel that the price was fair.

The workers were always professional and kept an eye on the potential cost/risk of the project. Never felt that we were misled or misinformed. Each step was explained thoroughly and options presented clearly. They were clean and careful with our property and left no mess whatsoever.
