FROM OUR FIRST CONTACT WITH THEM VIA THE INFO THEY PROVIDED FOR ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS ON THE INTERNET, TO THE INITIAL PHONE CALL, AND UP UNTIL THEY LEFT AFTER COMPLETING THEIR WORK, THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT--FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY. I DO NOT LIKE PAYING BILLS THAT COST ALMOST $600--BUT THIS IS ONE THAT I DO NOT REGRET GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
Description of Work: WATER HEATER EMERGENCY ON FRIDAY NIGHT--WATER EVERYWHERE--NO HOT WATER--NO COLD WATER INTERMITTENTLY. A MESS. WE CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY FIRST--THOUGH THEY ADVERTISED 24/7, THEY THOUGHT IT AMUSING THAT WE WERE CALLING EARLY ON A SATURDAY MORNING FOR WORK SOMETIME THAT DAY. THE PLUMBING SOURCE WAS THE NEXT ON OUR LIST--AND THEY DELIVERED!!! AFTER GIVING THE PERSON ON THE PHONE INFO ABOUT THE CURRENT WATER HEATER, WE WERE PROMISED AN ARRIVAL TIME BETWEEN 11A AND 1P. THEY SHOWED UP WITHIN THE PROMISED TIME, ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS (WANT TO UPGRADE TO 60GAL TANK, WANT TO MOVE THE UNIT TO A BETTER LOCATION SINCE THE PIPES HAVE TO BE REPLACED ANYWAY, ETC)--WE TOOK THEM UP ON THEIR ADDITIONAL WORK SUGGESTION OF MOVING THE UNIT--GLAD WE DID. THE TWO MEN WERE SUPER-COURTEOUS, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND WERE JUST OVERALL GREAT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL RE-HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE FOR A COUPLE OF OTHER THINGS WE NEED TO HAVE DONE!!!

THE COMPANY IS RUN POORLY AND SO I DIDN''T EVEN GET TO FIND OUT HOW THEIR PLUMBING SKILLS RATE.
Description of Work: I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE COMPANY TO COME TO ONE OF M YPROPERTIES TO HAVE WORK DONE. I TOLD THE COMPANY OFFICE WHAT I NEEDED DONE AND TO WHICH HOUSE. I HAD TO TAKE OFF AN HOUR FROM WORK TO BE THERE AND THEY WERE NOT THERE. AFTER 45 MINUTES I CALLED AND DISCOVERED THAT THEY WENT TO THE WRONG PLACE. THEY WERE DISPATCHED TO THE CORRECT HOUSE TO DO THE WORK AFTER I HAD WAITED AN HOUR. DUE TO THE TIME AND THE FACT THAT THE OFFICE TOLD THEM ONLY HALF OF WHAT I WANTED, THEY COULD NOT PERFORM THE WORK OR EVEN GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THE OFFICE CALLED NOT THE NEXT DAY BUT 2 DAYS LATER AND GAVE ME A QUOTE THAT I THOUGHT WAS HIGH. WHEN I ASKED FOR A BREAKDOWN OF LABOR AND PARTS, THE OFFICE COULD NOT PROVIDE SAME AND SAID THEY ESTIMATED IT AS A WHOLE JOB. I AM NOW LOOKING FOR A COMPANY MORE ACCOMMODATING TO DO THE WORK.
