A plumber became available and was at our home within an hour! Problem solved within the hour. I could not be happier.

They were great. I'd give them an "A" for overall service. I'd use them again. They were prompt and on time and did the job expediently. It was clean, they cleaned up after themselves, they did a good job.

Was here in half an hour from call. Quick and efficient.

Plumbing Source office contact and initial follow up was great and very professional. Plumbers came and snaked two clogged up or damaged waterspouts for about 1.5 to 2 hours. Used the camera to assess the issue as well but they were not successful. They told me that they can stay a few more hours and continue working but the charge would be between $800 and $1200. They also said that most likely clay pipes are damaged and excavation / replacement is needed. I have requested them to give me a quote on excavation/repair project and the senior plumber said that they will be back next week with the guy who can review the project and quote on excavation and drainage replacement. There was no response in 4 weeks now so clearly there is disconnect between field people and a very professional office. I don’t feel that I got the value for money vs the effort guys put in into the project and lack of follow up was really disappointing for perceived caliber of this company based on other reviews. Sad part, that they have left a lot of money on the table as bigger projects are a lot more lucrative and this was a perfect opportunity to do one. In addition, due to this unresolved drainage issue, water had been coming into the basement during the last two heavy rainfalls, all could be avoided if this issue would have been resolved on time. I typically do not write negative review but this is the only way Plumbing Source management would know and try to improve on their business processes.

The plumbers were on time since I was the first appointment of the day. They were professional, efficient and neat. This is the second time I've used this company.

I realized after he came out and did the laundry faucet that my bathroom faucet is leaking and getting worse. So he changed the seal on the faucet one of the valves in my basement was leaking because the outside front of the house where the house, we've never used it because I assumed it was split or something, but when they turned it on it was leaking from the valve. So they replaced that valve in the basement that goes to the outside and he changed the hose thing on the outside where you connect the hose cause that was all frozen up I guess. That must've been why they never used it is because it's like messed up. So they put a new hose faucet on the outside of the house. They did a ball valve in the basement and they changed the seal on the faucet in the bathroom. I have a good customer discount. Actually I think the water heater I got $50 off but I have a magnet on my refrigerator, so they give me the good customer discount. I've used them since probably 2005, maybe even before that.

I've used them for years. I just had one of those summers that was one thing after another. They have an East and West number. I have had several services this summer. june 26th, they came out and replaced my water heater. I would definitely recommend them. They get an A for everything because the reason I found out that my water heater should be replaced was, one of the other Angie's List providers had come out and did some work on my humidifier in my basement. When they were down there they went ahead and said, you see that brown marek on the side, that means that sometimes your water heater may be going. See those little marks at the top, like the copper. Then I looked at the sticker cause someone else had done the water work initially it said 2005 and the average life of a water heater is 12 years. So I thought I better go ahead and schedule this to switch out before it breaks and spills water all over my basement floor. Their price was better because I didn't realize my heating and air guys do plumbing too but, their price was 400$ lower than the heating and air guys. Plus I felt more comfortable using Plumbing source anyway because I've used them for a lot of work before. They came ou several times this summer. I had the water heater replacement Monday, Tuesday, I started doing laundry and I realized there was water on the floor, I have this little hose that's under my laundry tub and he had to replace that. When he came out and did my water heater my laundry faucet was leaking so he switched that out for me.

Removed laundry drain hose and piped in new laundry tub drain. Started doing a load of laundry with my new water heater and, what's that leak? There is just a piece of rubber hose under there and it's been there since I moved into the house which was 18 years ago or something so it's like well ya know, they're not psychic. All A's, these guys, I trust them, I like them. There have been times I've called for something really stupid in the past and they came out and didn't even charge me. I was digging in my backyard and I was like Oh my God, I think I got the pipe off a cap or something and there was water in there. Oh no I don't know what that is, so I put the cap back on and they came out, a guy who has been here a lot of times in the past, the guy who originally installed my water heater in 2005. He came out and he's digging and looks. It turns out there must have been a small cement pad or something out back that must have had a fence post on it and it was actually the cap or something from a fence post that water had collected in. I was like oh, but he didn't charge me for it which was nice because I felt stupid. It was under 6 or 8 inches of dirt so I'm thinking it's got to be a pipe.

Plumber came snaked for less than 2 hours. Was unable to get anything out of the drain. Told me the charge would be 350 dollars. Then said that he would give me a quote to replace the entire system (which might or not be necessary). It has been two weeks I have never heard back from them. On top of that, they overcharged me by 65 dollars for no reason. I will follow up on this review to update on how this issue gets resolved. I hired them due to their reviews, I hope I am the unlucky person who got bad service, however, if that is not the case maybe Angie's list could revise the rating system to give more weight to recent reviews (if that is not done yet).

I called these guys to install a water heater. They weren't as cheap as some but they were available the next day. Craig and Jon arrived early for the job. They were respectable and very nice. They got right to work and finished the job quickly and cleaned up. I will definitely use again!

They have done a ton of stuff for us. We have a long history with these people. We have been very pleased with their work. The office staff is very accommodating. They are very professional. It is the same way with the people they send. A lot of times it's the same person, so there is a certain familiarity. I would absolutely use them again.

They came, pulled out the fridge, found a pile of water, then concluded it was the ceiling. Given that they were "experts", we called the ceiling guy. He came, saw no leaks, pulled the fridge out again and a huge pile of water and a leak in our water line to the fridge. So now we wasted a week, had a leaking pipe and paid 2 people to come out. Called them on Friday, to see if they wanted to make it right. Was told that someone would call me that day or Monday. Well, Monday comes around, we have our fridge pulled out, a bucket that I have empty every several hours, and no call. So I called them, they put me to the operations manager's VM. So after missing an obvious leak and charging us money, they look to have nearly no motivation to talk to me, let alone make it right.

Horrible. Called them and explained my situation. Also told them that another plumber snaked the drain and was unable to open it. So, I asked them what would you do different, so that I have an understanding. The person on the phone replies, "I am not a plumber so I can't answer that." Bad attitude. No professionalism. Just trying to charge me for a service call. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

There were two people to do the job. They left the area clean and they were very good. They were very thorough and did the job that needed to be done.

It went very well. They had the required part on the truck and the work was done in less than an hour.

I called in a couple of plumbers for quotes. The plumber sent by The Plumbing Source was either a very dishonest man or truly imcompetent and should go back to journeymen school. The water heater needed a new pressure valve. That was what I ultimately replaced. Instead, The Plumbing Source man said it needed a new pressure regulator from the outside, and on down to a several other things totaling over $900. I ended up paying $130 for ONE PART and labor with another company. When I spoke to The Plumbing Source man, I felt he was trying to up charge me, and either new he was doing it or just could not figure out a very simple, common problem. Thank God, I got another quote from another company.

Went Well. No problems in the installation. Only problem was cost. I had checked with other plumber and cost was $500 for removal of old unit and replacement with new equivalent. Then I decided that I might be better off relying on Angie's List. This company had very good references, and so I hired them, without asking for cost. I figured they would be close to the other company. When they arrived at my home they called me and informed me that the cost would be $700. They were there and i was out of town, and so I told them to go ahead. Good work and good service at a ripoff price.

Went great. More work that we could handle.

The plumbers came out found the issue and provide a quote. Asked for them to schedule with tenants which they did. Fixed issue repaired drywall and painted. Great job would use again.

Dennis fixed a leaking water line to my new refrigerator. He also installed a new complicated shower head and replaced a triple ball seal on a toilet.

Al was good enough to check if it just needed a flush, and cleared the drain with a garbage can and a hose. Additionally, he only charged their assessment fee (normally only charged for large assessments, and rolled into the work). Personable, professional, didn't try to oversell. Actual Drain flush quoted at $330

Showed up on time, used runners to protect flooring, wore protective covers on shoes, very courteous, Was in and out in short order. My drain clogs up about once a year and I will call them again next time I have any plumbing needs.
