My youngest son put a ball that was just smaller than the diameter of the toilet hole in the toilet. They were on-time, professional and got it out fast. It was cheaper than expected too.

FANTASTIC. Dennis and Danny were fantastic. They were there on time (early) and stayed until the job was complete and I was satisfied. I will only use these guys for all my future plumbing needs. However, based upon the job they did, I should never need plumbing done again. They called and followed up to see how everything was going. They even helped me out with a small project unrelated to the task. Very knowledgeable. They had a great sense of humor (which helps). Definitely got my $$$ worth. They explained to me what they were doing and why they were doing it. I can go on and on about these guys and this company. Again, If I ever have any plumbing needs I will only call The Plumbing Source (ask for Dennis)!!!!!

Best plumbing service I've experienced in years

They were very quick on responding on a Saturday afternoon. The employees were very professional and kept me informed along the way. They had to pull the toilet off the floor and they put in a flange expander due to my flange being defective. They job was done quickly and clen up was great! I have found a new plumbing company!!!!

They did the job quickly and for a reasonable price. I am very happy with their work and would hire again. Can't think of anything bad to say.

The people at the Plumbing Source were very responsive and helpful. They quoted us everything up front, and gave us a number of options. They worked around our schedule, and were very courteous and clean. While I wasn't happy that so much of my plumbing needed repair, I was very happy with their work and will call them again if ever needed.

The plumbers responded quickly and installed heat tape to the pipes in an unfinished crawlspace. It was a dirty job and I appreciated their work. I was charged a hefty fee for the work.

The Plumbing Source really helped me out of a jam. My house is 90 years old and I developed a leak in my shower faucets. 2 other plumbers wouldn’t even touch the job... the Plumbing Source not only fixed the issue but was able to do a repair on the original stems - preventing me having to do an extremely expensive unplanned replacement! I would highly recommend The Plumbing Source.

The kitchen drain for this 78 year old home was probably never cleaned out. After little success snaking it at the kitchen level, the plumber quoted a price to replace the drain pipe in the basement. Not to be gross, but it was packed solid. snaking at the basement floor level seemed successful. Another plumber from the firm came by before the job was completed. We weren't sure whether this was to assist or for quality control. The cost was exactly as quoted by the plumber on-site. Given the time involved, the extent of work and the additional staffing, we are very satisfied.

They determined that I needed to replace my water heater. They installed it for me at a very good price and I was very happy with them.

It was great. They came and fixed it. So far its working well. They were professional, courteous and on-time. I've used them before. They have a catalog with listings of prices for a variety of jobs so they're not going to change prices on you or other customers which makes them very trustworthy.

My first experience with Plumbing Source. Will definitely have them back for any further plumbing work I need doing. Received a call from the office about 30 minutes ahead of my, between 10:00-1:00 scheduled time, to say they were on their way. Dennis ( friendly and professional ) arrived and took a look at the job. He gave me an estimate and I said fine lets get it fixed. In about 20 minutes he had the job done, and charged me $50 below what he said it might cost to fix.

These are my go to plumbers. I had frozen pipes in my master bathroom. They were prompt and got out to my home asap. They were able to correct the issue, thankfully!

Saturday night, the Mrs and I were looking forward to a lovely romantic evening without the children. Our evening was ruined by a surprise mess of waste overflowing from our toilet, quickly killing the romance. By morning, it was clear this situation was an emergency. We called several plumbers, only one replied as it was Sunday morning. Within an hour of calling, Gibbs was here to save the day. A half hour later our toilet was prim and proper once more. Gibbs charged us a very reasonable price, definitely less than he deserved for coming out on a Sunday morning. Regardless, everything is flowing well, so much so that we feel comfortable getting Mexican takeout tonight - it will definitely be needed.

Simple fix that took only about 5-10 minutes. I wasn't sure if there was a deeper issue, so glad to have the pros check it out for me. Charged the minimum service fee. Thanks!

Best price, and installation was done well. Workman was late and off on estimate, but only by a little. Scheduling the extended day was not smooth, and we had to call to make sure it got done. They never left our heating system in a bad state, however, and did not try to charge us for the extra time needed to fill up and re-drain the system so that work could happen a second time. Overall would recommend anytime. Price was 795 includes $280 for time and general boiler service, $95 to install a control valve on the boiler, and $105 each for 4 radiator valve replacements.

My experience with the Plumbing Source has been awful. The first time Plumbing Source came out, they were fine. They found a leak and repaired it in my bathroom. The second time they came out, they did a pull and reset on my toilet. They also suggested getting caulk put in around bathroom fixtures. I said I would like to know how much that would cost. For two lines of caulk - one around the bathtub faucet and one around the handle - I was charged $70 plus tax. For work I did not authorize but had to pay for anyway. On top of that, it was done sloppily and quickly. Photo of the work taken right after the plumber left is below. The green arrow shows where the original work was to take place. The orange arrow shows a long caulk smear left uncleaned. The pink arrow shows a caulk finger print left uncleaned. The two photos show the only caulking they did that day for which I was charged $70. To pay too much for two lines of caulking is bad enough but to have it be done so sloppily is terrible. Sadly, that is not the worst of my experience. I called and spoke to Terri and Tony at Plumbing Source. Terri, who I was told would "make the situation right," extended her apologies and assured me I would be getting a refund for the caulking portion of the work. I was satisfied with that and waited for the check. I called her two weeks ago because it had not yet come. She apologized again and said it was going in the mail that day. Still nothing. Now I can't even get her to return my calls. I also spoke to Tony who profusely apologized for my experience. He said he would send someone out to look at the work and correct it. He too has not returned my calls in weeks. I am deeply disappointed in The Plumbing Source. I feel like I have been deceived with false reassurances and the promise of a refund to make it right. If you have the good fortune of reading this review, I urge you to find someone else for your plumbing work. My recent experiences, as well as those of my relatives who recommended them, demonstrate that customer service with the Plumbing Source has disappointingly deteriorated.

Very well. They showed up on time and completed the work promptly.

They charged me $212 for a fix that took less than 10 minutes. The plumber literally spent more time in his truck writing up my bill than he spent fixing the problem. What a joke! He couldn't really explain how he arrived at the price he was charging me except to say that it was flat fee pricing.

All work has been done excellently and with expertise. Provided plumbing advice and input as well as general good cheer with each job. Appointments are well managed and verified on the day of service.

It went wonderful! Drains are now free and clear of years worth of built up hair.
