Tech Bachelors is a great provider. I needed help with computers and also some set up. Very polite and super work!!

They did a great job. He came to my house and worked on three or four of my computers.

We were satisfied with the results and with their responsiveness. We did not have them do anything and we didn’t pay anything the second time we used them. We wound up replacing the computer the first time we used them, it was more price-efficient than having them repair it. As far as I know, it’s a one-guy operation and I had no problem with him. He’s nice and competent and he did what we needed done. He diagnosed the problem and he came up with a solution which was to replace the computer.

I would highly recommend Jerry Jones of TechBachelors. I hired him to configure/fix our surround system. I will be the first to admit I am not a techy type, but nonetheless wanted to surprise my husband with this as a Christmas gift. The first thing that impressed me is that he answered the phone. This was after spending 45 min on the phone with Best Buy's Geek Squad simply to set up an appointment for an estimate. While I held, I began to search Angie's List. That is when I discovered TechBachelors. Jerry answered the phone. I honestly did not get his voicemail. I described what I was looking for, and then he came out to give me an estimate. The day he arrived to perform the work, he was running late due to the weather, but called ahead of time to let me know. The installation took about 5 hrs. Jerry was very good at explaining things to me as he went along. He was even good with my dog! A day or two after the installation, my husband had some questions so he called Jerry, who provided the answers. All in all, I am so glad the Geek Squad took so long on the phone. It gave me time to remember I am an Angie's List member, search the sight & find just what I was looking for!! P.S. Cost of $780 was for equipment purchased and labor

Was unable to solve my computer problem, but still charged me full price. Had he done what he set out to do, it wouldn't have been worth the money anyway.

He was able to get it running, deleted alot of useless files, checked for updates and checked the anti virus. He also looked at my sons laptop and did some clean up. He was able to set up the lap top to print on a shared printer. I have been looking at scanners and he gave me some suggestions for that. He did not mind me looking over his shoulder and answering my questions along the way. He really seemed to know his way around the computer. He was able to come over within a few days of my initial call even though it was around the Holidays and his busy time of year. I am up and running better than ever. I would call / recommend him again. It is also nice that he makes house calls, it saves me from lugging the computer in some where and also he can see all the other equipment ( printer, rounter, other pc ect...)

We contacted Jerry to extend our network and wire up the office space we were expanding into. Due to another contractor not following up, the project had an extremely aggressive timeline and was right around the holidays. Jerry was extremely responsive and pulling in additional contractors to help with the wiring while helping us find the right solution for our long-term needs. After the initial visit to assess the project, Jerry coordinated the wiring install, purchased the networking equipment, configured the network and followed up with a thorough test of the new setup. Throughout the process Jerry was extremely professional and responsive. We couldn't have chosen a better company for the job. We would recommend Jerry and his team without any reservations. He corrected some problems I had been having with my computer system. He cleaned up my files. Very effective, efficient, prompts. He knows his business.

I’m not sure he solved all the issues. However he was very polite and punctual.

He was very good and I plan on using him again. I was very pleased with him. I plan on having Gary come back and give me some one on one lessons, that is how pleased I was. I have had him come back again since. He did not talk down to me and he explained everything that he was doing in a way that I could understand it. To me he is priceless and his price was fair. He was on time, professional and knew what he was talking about.

Jerry showed up as scheduled and got right to work. He knew what to look for me ran several I agnostic programs to see what was going on. He asked if he could delete my current anti virus program because, based on his experience, it seems to cause problems. My permission was given and voila, problem solved. He proceeded to download a no cost anti virus program on to my PC. He also added several icons onto my screen and instructed me when the programs should be run to keep my PC free of virus' etc. PC is running fine.

This is the third or fourth time I have used this provider. Jerry spent two hours in trying to repair my old computer but it was too old. So together we chose a new computer which he picked up for me and brought to my house. He loaded all my software and ran diagnostics it ensure it was running well. I HIGHLY recommend this provider; he is very professional, he listens to the customers' needs and he responds accordingly. I recommend him without any qualifications.

The technician got onto my computer and was able to get everything working properly. He was very professional and the experience was excellent.

Jerry Jones was on time and got right down to business. He cleaned up my computer completely and even cleaned up my work area for me. He answered (with extreme patience) all my "stupid" questions. I am very happy with Jerry's work and will highly recommend him to all my friends. I will absolutely call Jerry for any of my computer needs in the future. I would give him a A+.

I have had Jerry work on my computer several times over the last few years. I also bought a new computer from him. He has always been very responsive, getting back to me right away and talking me through the problem, rather than making a house call and charging me.

I called Jerry in a panic and he graciously (and immediately) fit me into his busy schedule. As always, his service was exemplary. He is extremely thorough and professional. I am so relieved and grateful that he was able to recover all my data and restore my computer to its un-crashed state!

We found Jerry to be prompt. He called us initially to tell us he would be a half an hour late for our first visit. He arrived, quickly analyzed the problem and took the computer tower with him to fix. Within a few days our problem was handled, and a new computer installed. He was fair and definitely knows his business. He even remarked that we could call if we had any questions about the new computer! We will definitely use and recommend him to our friends!

After Windows sent me nine updates, I had to restart my computer for them to take effect. It would not restart. I received a black screen indicating that something wasn't working and had to be reinstalled. I had no idea what to do so I called TechBachelors, talked with Jerry Jones and made an appointment for his help. When he worked on my computer (which is approximately 10 years+ old) he had difficulty getting it booted up but eventually was able to do so. He also had difficulty in opening AOL but that is now working. He indicated that my problems were due to the age of my computer (and when I had him once before, about two years ago, he also warned me about this). He called yesterday to make sure everything was still working okay. We discussed my getting a new computer and I indicated I intend to do so but cannot until early next year. I will definitely call him again at that time and hopefully will not need help until then. If so, he will be my contact.

I really like them! They did a great job! I am getting ready to use their services again! I highly recommend them!

Mr. Jones promptly returned my initial call and scheduled a midweek appointment as that was the soonest he could confirm. He followed up with a call re: a cancellation that happily fit my availability. He arrived punctually, listened to what I thought was the problem and began to diagnose what was really going on. FWIW, what I thought was the source of the problem was not the problem at all. It was one of the coincidences where event A happened and I decided it must be the source of my internet/wireless failure. Event A was a coincidental occurrence as it turns out.Jerry updated firmware for my router, got the modem and router talking nicely with each other. He also explained what was going on with my system, how it might be stabilized and then got all the printers properly connected with all computers. I will definitely call on him in the future and I will recommend him to others.

Mr. Jones was completely professional, prompt, and honest. I am very appreciative of his wonderful service.
