Description of Work: Called him to fix a printer. He was very honest, and told me it would be cheaper to just buy a new one. I appreciated this!

Description of Work: Jerry responded almost immediately to my voicemail, scheduled a site visit the next day, appeared on time, diagnosed three computers, retrieved data from a hard drive; then recommended, ordered, and set up a new laptop for my practice with external hard drive. Along the way, gave excellent 'do and don't' advice. He was courteous and responsive in every way.

He cleaned up my computers, connected my wireless printer, connected my Apple TV and projector and most important of all boosted my internet connection from one bar to five bars, even in the basement. He resolved all my issues fast and efficiently. He was polite, on time, and entertaining.

Description of Work: I needed an antivirus program installed; Jerry completed the task very quickly, did some clean-up on my computer. He is so pleasant and efficient.

Description of Work: The work was performed in May, 2012 in a timely manner. Mr. Jones did excellent work which encompassed a computer tune up. I give the company an overall rating of an A. As a matter of fact, Mr. Jones just left my house today as I had another computer problem and utilized his services again. The price , quality and professionalism was excellent in both situations and I will recommend him to others that need work done on their computer. The only reason I can answer this e-mail is becasue he patched things up enough for me to be able to use the computer. I am getting a new one, on his advice, which should eliminate any future problems. He will be assisting in setting up the new computer next week.

Description of Work: Since I had used TechBachelors before with success, I decided to call them again. My monitor had gone black and I wasn't sure what the problem was. It turned out the I needed a new monitor. Jerry came promptly and was very professional. He was very patient with us since we needed to get an old monitor from the basement so he could be sure that there wasn't anything else wrong. He also recommended what kind of monitor to purchase and encouraged me to connect it myself which I have recently done. He also connected my new laptop to the wireless printer we have. The two times I have had Jerry come, he has been very professional and reasonable in his services.

Description of Work: Jerry was on time, as always; we talked about what I needed a few weeks ago; he extensively researched same for me and came up with a much less expensive and easier solution for what I wanted. He installed an internet radio for me and hooked everything up; also installed a new and faster internet router; he instructed me in how to use everything and made some suggestions to make my "electronic/internet life" easier. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used him and have always found him to know what he's doing, to be a patient teacher when he installs something new and to be very professional. Highly recommend!
