Experience went well, suggested ways to more efficiently manage network.

Everything went smoothly, he event got the computer back to me sooner than expected. He even stayed to make sure that I was able to use all of my applications.

He was quick and and competent. He also explained simple procedures that I could perform in the future to maintain the computer. I felt that his charges for the work were fair.

Jerry came out and after several attempts at getting my primary computer reset and on connected to the internet, he determined that there was too much malware on it, preventing him from correcting it without completely erasing and reloading all of my software. He also determined that the hard drive on the kids computer was almost full. He suggested that we get a new computer for business use and give the kids our old computer after he reloaded it. He also gave us a great price on a computer that he was able to get from CDW. He came back a few days later when the new computer arrived and installed it. He took the business computer home and worked on it on his own time and then returned it a few days later. After getting it set up in the kids room he set up our printer so both computers could share it, reconfigured the wireless router, and made sure my work laptop was configured for the new wireless signal. He also counseled the kids to stay away from "free" music and video downloads due to the garbage that is attached to some of it. He was very friendly and explained everything that he was doing.

We called and Jerry was very helpful in offering advice on possible free solutions to the problem. It was clear that more extensive work was required, and Jerry came to our house three times to pick up the computer and software and then to install it on the network. He was always very punctual, professional, and has extensive knowledge of computers. It was a pleasure to work with him, and the computer has been much improved.

Jerry was great. He got our internet and wireless working again and cleaned out all the unwanted items from our hard drive. He downloaded a program that will help keep the system clean and programs that will fix viruses for future use.

I called to schedule an appointment with Jerry and was pleased that he was able to stop to see me the same day. He arrived right on time and began to assess my entire system to quickly determine the actions required to resolve my concerns. I initially called Jerry because I was having some issues with the main computer that I use to run my business (it was running slow and not performing as it used to). I also had some concerns about the safety and integrity of the data as this computer is used on a daily basis to run my Point of Sale software and contains my inventory and customer databases. Jerry is a great teacher, he is patient and explained what he was doing every step of the way and why it was going to benefit me. Because Jerry had to order the memory and the R.A.I.D hardware he had to return to complete the entire body of work. He was always on time, worked quietly and quickly and was respectful of my customers as he was working during business hours on one occasion. Overall, Jerry did a wonderful job. I no longer worry about losing information from my computer and I am confident that my entire system is safe and secure after he worked on it.

Jerry is GREAT. I was a wreck over having my computer fail so suddenly. In addition to having computer knowledge, Jerry has a calming approach which was also what I needed to deal with this situation. He called me right away to schedule an appointment. When he arrived he was able to immediately diagnose the problem and offer solutions and a timetable in which to expect to be back up and running. He works weekends. His pricing is very reasonable and at my request he reinstalled my programs, etc at my home where I could get tips and pick his brain for additional computer knowledge. In addition, we discussed how to avoid having this same problem ever happen again. He was able to offer me solutions that fit into my budget and not overwhelm me with technology or hardware that was overkill. I am going to continue working with him to develop a computer network that will grow over time. Each piece of hardware that I add will be able to exist within a larger framework. I will not be duplicating any effort, nor will I be adding something that I won't need later. I couldn't be happier that I found him on "The List". I would encourage anyone who has a computer issue to call him. As usual, Angie's List didn't let me down.

Jerry returned my initial call within the hour and quickly got to work on researching my camera's problem. When he solved the problem he provided insight on how to avoid having the same trouble in the future. I would definitely recommend working with this company.

Jerry Jones had installed my computer previously. He had told me that if I had a problem in the future to call him on the phone to see if something could be done without a visit. Since I needed some vital information from the computer immediately, I called him on a holiday. He responded immediately, but he was out of town. He asked several questions and diagnosed the problem over the phone from the answers I provided. He came to the house when he returned to town and made the repairs and updated some security systems, all the while explaining what he was doing while he did it. Everything was done in an efficient and quick manner. I will call him again if I have a future problem.

His willingness to be of support to me was wonderful. He would come at any time to help me. I'd never done this before and he was so helpful. He was willing to share his skills, provide his time and help me make the presentation a big success. Everything went very smoothly. He even came during my presentation. Prior to this event my presentations had always been more verbal. This was my first big presentation with a computer and Jerry made that possible. I highly recommend Jerry if you need this kind of support.

It went well. I needed a new monitor. Mr Jones ordered a new one for me and it came in 2 days

I am a consultant that work mostly from my home office. I had just bought a new Laptop and I could not get it hooked up so that it would work via a wireless connection to the internet and my main computer. I usually accumulate other problems that I have tried but cannot fix, so I typed up a list of everything I wanted to fix and questions I had. One major point not to get lost in this is that when he came to advise me on features he recommended for a new Dell desktop I was ready to purchase online, I learned from him that I did not have to purchase new Microsoft Office 2007 for the new computer. That price was $350, and his total cost to me was $175. Therefore he saved me $175 and fixed all my problems. He worked for about 3 hours and 45 minutes non-stop. I did anything I could do to minimize how much time it was going to take him such as having everything ready and accessible before he came. I have four computers three of which are older models. He did something to each of them. Jerry did a great job. He knew what he was doing, very professional and the work was done for a good price. I could not have asked for anything better. When my new desktop arrives in a week, I will have him come over, transfer all my software and programs to the new machine. He did come back and did exactly what he said. He even offered at the end of the visit to help us with any further assistance we may need.

Jerry was conscientious throughout and I felt he really cared about meeting my needs as a computer user.

Jerry was on time coming to my home, very courteous, and friendly. The new memory he added is like having a new computer. He offered many tips on keeping my computer running smoothly. The company has a very helpful website with more information helpful to a computer user.

He was very responsive to my initial email contact and was very flexible in terms of different times that he was available to come out to help with the problems. The computer is working MUCH better now. It's amazing. He offered lots of suggestions on the best programs to keep the computer this way and how to keep it lean so that it works efficiently. If you can do some things yourself, he offered different websites where you could get the best supplies for the best dollar value. He was very patient and explained what he was doing, so that I understood what was taking place. Very impressive. I would definitely recommend Jerry and would definitely schedule him again.

After an over the phone cost estimate, Jerry stopped by the next day and repaired a home office computer. After Jerry had fixed the computer, he gave me several pointers of how to keep it running better and faster. His charges were less than he estimated them to be over the phone.

I called Techbachelors and explained my problem over the phone. He fit me into his schedule between other appointments. He was professional and a very clear teacher. I plan on obtaining the needed equipment and asking him to return to install it.

From start to finish the reload we well had the computer back in three days works fine know. Jerry got it back to where it was when it was new.

I looked at a few other places, and they either did not come to my area, were too busy for me, or were fairly expensive. I heard about TechBachelors through a friend, and gave them a call. Jerry called me back right away, understood my problems, and scheduled a time to come out. He did everything I asked for, and even described everything he was doing and why. He cleaned up some spyware and other files off of my PC and now it is running like new.
