They were wonderful. There was something wrong with the software since an update had wiped out everything. There were half the people who used to use the computer and there was no access to anything. So the technician came in and fixed it. The price that I paid was cheaper than anybody else. I would tell people to call the technician to let him come and fix the computer. It took him almost 2 hours because it ended up being very complicated and it is perfect now. He came early and was very professional too. If need be, then I would call him back and he is probably the only person that I would call anymore for computer stuff.

He was very reasonable and good. I would call them again. When my computer goes down I try to fix it myself, but I will call them if needed. He gave me good advice and good tips. He told me that if I got high speed Internet he could fix it remotely in the future.

He came out 2 weeks ago and he was great. He was very reasonable. We obviously didn't know him beforehand, but when he came in he was very thorough in his explanation. He talked to us about everything that he did as well as some things that we really didn't talk about like making sure my I-pod worked as well with the wireless. Even with our kids running around and driving us all crazy, he was calm, cool, and collected and talked to the kids. He was a very pleasant person and was very professional. We have had no problems whatsoever since it has been fixed. If we have any issues or requirements, we are definitely going to use him in the future.

Jerry did an excellent job. Within an hour of my e-mail request to him he responded and he set up an appointment for two days later (the virus problem was rather urgent). He was exactly on time, and though it took him 3 hours to get everything done, he got it all done and fixed all the problems.

The installations went fine and I am very happy with his work. I have recommended him to friends and family.

The guy came right away. He must have come out in February, but I don't remember now. The company is excellent. We have been looking for someone to use when we run into computer problems and they are our people. They are extremely reasonable. He had recommended a battery back-up and we put that in ourselves. He seems very knowledgeable and he seems very capable. He has got solutions that work. It has just been a very great experience. I would recommend him to anybody.

If you're like me, you dread calling in contractors, because who knows the degree of stress you'll have to endure before the project is over. Jerry is the exception to the rule. He contacted me promptly, gave me an appointment quickly, gave me an estimate, and showed up when he said he would. Already he sounds like a different breed, doesn't he? He asked questions to make sure he understood how I use my computers, and then he got to work. He quickly told me that what I wanted/needed would take longer than the original estimate and explained why. We went forward and I couldn't be happier with the results. He really did set the network up the way I want it to work. For example by setting up remote access for me I can now get to the most recent QBooks, Quicken and Outlook data from any computer. For those of you who have struggled with exporting/importing that type of data, you know what a boost easy access is. Jerry is polite, obviously well qualified, and very nice. He was even nice to all four of my cats, which isn't always easy when they're sitting in front of a monitor swatting at the moving pictures. I feel relieved to have found one person to work on my computers. I work out of my home, so computers in good repair are very important to me. I've used Geek Squad, and they're OK, but you never get the same person and eventually you start having problems just because so many people have worked on your computers. I'm going to stick with Jerry in the future. It was stress-free.

He was pretty confident in what he was doing. He was just here for about 15 minutes. He got it fixed up right away.

They are the best that I?ve ever dealt with as far as computer companies go. I believe his name was Jerry. He took care of everything and was really down-to-earth. He did an awesome job.

They were rated highly on Angie's List. I called and he was really nice on the phone. He came out either the day I called or the day right after. He is very nice and not irrogant at all. He has a bachelors degree in computer technology and he has contracts with companies doing computer support. He said he loves trouble shooting. I told my husband that we had to write down everything that was wrong with the computer because the reviews I read said he didn't rush people and he took care of all the problems. He came over and got on the computer and worked on each problem we had on our list and didn't stop until he fixed each problem. After each issue he solved he would ask us what was the next problem on the list. He went through the whole list and found viruses on our PC that we didn't even know we had. He informed us as to the effect of the viruses on the computer and installed some new programs, too. We thought he was amazing and everything everyone had said about him. To me he is a computer genius, he knows where to go to find the answers and he is not intimidated by the computer. He said if nothing else then he will take the computer home with him and take it apart to find the issue, but he didn't end up needing to do that. He is a one-man business and I can't recommend him enough.

I use Brian and he?s fabulous. My office pretty much runs the way it runs because of him; he?s very very good. His price is ridiculously low. He is very professional, is very helpful, and he is very knowledgeable.

Everything went just fine. They picked up the computer, did the work requested and delivered it in a timely fashion. It has been working fine ever since.

Jerry did everything necessary to restore our old computer to functionality and correct problems we had caused trying to free memory. He also advised us on both hardware and software replacement options. Because our computer came with key programs installed and an incomplete set of disks for re-installation, he provided alternate software enabling us to access key files until we obtain newer versions of essential programs. This meant his work took more time than first estimated, pushing our cost beyond what we expected. However, the expense was justified and we hope to squeeze more use out of our tired equipment with this investment. We also have the reassurance that all files are now properly backed up so we can safely remove pictures and music that tie up memory on the hard drive.

It went great - I would recommend Jerry in a second. Jerry is extremely professional, and a pleasure to work with. We've had a few questions along the way and he couldn't have been more helpful and quick to respond. Unfortunately, these days guys like this are hard to find. And, if it wasn't for Angie's List, we would not have found him.

Excellent experience, being I run a business and understand the importance of customer service Jerry went above and beyond the norm. He arrived early, did everything I asked and more.

This is the second time that I've used Jerry. The first time was to clean up an old computer that was slow and had some issues. This time, he helped me set up two new computers and helped transfer all of my old files, pictures, etc to the new computers. While setting up the new computers, he actually ended up working on three of my computers at once...obviously trying to be as efficient as possible since he charges by the hour. He works hard to solve any issues and ensures everything is done the correct way. He also spent time walking me through everything I needed to know about various applications. He's very patient and explains exactly what he's doing. I highly recommned Jerry.

First, Jerry gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. This was much appreciated, as I don't like surprises! Jerry performed an extensive analysis of our set up, found several problems that he was able to correct, and made detailed recommendations for improvements. We have to run cable, so we have not made the changes yet, but plan to in the near future. Jerry answered all my questions (I have a lot of questions!) and solved many of the mysteries of our wireless network! Many of us have experience with computer "experts" who provided advice that was either incomplete or completely inaccurate. I highly recommend Jerry as reliable, extremely knowledgeable and most helpful.

Jerry responded to an initial call via email and voicemail within the hour. He suggested a very reasonable option for us to replace our PC with a laptop, and handled every aspect of transferring data. He was also extremely responsive to a follow-up call when we had some initial questions about the new system. He's knowledgeable, professional, responsive and personable. I called Jerry at 8:45 am on a Saturday morning, and he called me back with one hour and was here within three hours at my home. He came in and got to work with great confidence, and competence. In addition to making sure that when he left all was working perfectly, he also fixed lots of annoying popups and other hassles that had developed over the past year. Found Jerry/TechBachelors through Angie's List. Jerry spent time on the phone and via email to better understand what I wanted to accomplish. He gave me some suggestions about potential network storage solutions and recommended some products to research before he came out. Jerry evaluated my network and got two older computers running more efficiently. We discussed the options for network storage and I have ordered some equipment and will have Jerry come out to install and configure a network storage device that should address my back-up and file sharing needs. I would highly recommend TechBachelors.

There were some unexpected technical glitches,outside of Jerry's control, so the process took longer than any of us planned. Jerry was very professional and worked hard to overcome the problems - and was able to get the job done. Thanks Jerry.

Jerry arrived at the agreed time and immediately started to fix the issues. He was very helpful by explaining what he was doing and why; he provided tips on continued maintainence and for security, memory, back-up drives. He listened to each problem I was having, fixed them and made sure that they were fixed by retesting each concern. If (when) I have other computer problems, I know to call Jerry.

Jerry showed up promptly. He quickly assessed the situation and got right to work. Apparenlty, our office computer set-up had some very unusual aspects which made our situation challenging. This did not slow Jerry down, as he systematically went through each and every aspect until he was able to find a relatively obscure problem that was keeping the system from working properly. He kept us informed every step of the way and answered every question in a very informative way, no matter how basic. He was a delightful contrast to our previous experience with computer consultants. His price was more than fair for the work he did. His knowledge base is exceptional for both basic home and more sophiticated business settings. I recommend him highly and without reservation.
