Jerry got us a great price on a couple of excellent laptops, set them up for me and had them ready to go within a couple days of contacting him. He is an exceptionally professional, competent and nice person who takes the hassle and aggravation out of all my computer interactions. I recommend him highly and without reservation.

I used to work for a technology company and relied on colleagues to keep my home office computers running smoothly. But once I left and began managing multiple freelance and home-based businesses, my IT no longer kept up with my needs. Enter Jerry and his many talents. He knew exactly what I needed to safely network three computers, arranged for all equipment purchases at competitive prices, and eliminated workarounds I had been suffering with for several years. Most importantly, his persistance and experience succeeded in troubleshooting some compatibility issues with a Mac mixed in with two PCs... a configuration I don't recommend but one that will be with me for a while longer. As much as I would like to keep Jerry all to myself, I can't help but recommend his excellent services to anyone who needs a knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, persistent, professional and caring technology partner.

He was punctual and thorough; asked if there were other questions; never made me feel as undereducated as I know that I am when it comes to computers.

Jerry is amazing. He found time in his busy schedule to come out and fix our problem. He could have charged us a lot more for such an urgent house call, but did not. After the installation of a new router/modem by our internet service provider, all our wireless connections needed re-adjustment. Tech Bachelors had sold us our equipment and did the initial set-up, and re-configuring settings is not something I do easily. The laptop and a radio were fairly straight-forward, but my best efforts to locate network settings for the wireless printer were futile. The manual and on-line troubleshooting only confused me further. I e-mailed Jerry and he replied within 36 hours with accurate information about the location and sequence for re-configuring the printer. With that little push, I was able to re-establish communication between the printer and our laptop. Jerry not only capably sells and services technology, he takes the time to keep his customers operational and explains technical processes in an understandable way.

We took advantage of The Angie's List Big Deal offered by Jerry to do a complete computer tune-up at a discount. While here, we decided to have our wireless router replaced with a better one. Both jobs were done efficiently and professionally. We were very pleased with the outcome for both jobs and would definitely recommend him.

I had been looking for a tune up for my PC and didn't find one I thought was reasonably prices. I purchased the Angie's List deal and it was exactly what I was looking for. I sent a diagnostic report from the computer to Jerry in advance to help focus his time onsite. Jerry reviewed the diagnostic prior to coming out and suggested that I purchase some memory and that he would install it when he came to the house for the tune up. Jerry was very knowledgeable and efficient, answering all my questions and making sure to tell me to call if I had any questions. He arrived at exactly the scheduled time and the tune up took approximately 1 hr (which was his original estimate).

As usual Mr Jones responded to my call with in the hour, set up an appointment and arrived on time for the appointment. Mr Jones had selected the appropriate back-up device for my needs, purchased it and installed the device. Everything went very well and I am quite satisfied with the work

Jerry came to my home to perform a tune-up of my laptop, which had been running slowly and having difficulty updating and installing software. He was right on time (something I greatly appreciate) and stayed past the allotted time for the tune-up to make sure things were working properly. His follow-up was excellent as he responded the same day via email to some questions I had, provided an additional fix for one issue and remotely added some other software for me. Should I ever have any computer problems in the future, he'll be the first person I call.

Jerry was prompt, took care of what needed to be taken care of. Took the computer into the garage to clean it. He was courteous and did all he needed to do.

Jerry Jones was prompt and profession. He did a great job of tuning up my laptop computer and fixing many of the problems I was having with pop-ups, virus protection problem , and typical annoying computer quirks. He also helped by organizing my out of control desktop. I was 100% satisfied and will recommend him to my friends and family. Such a relief to now have a 'computer person' I trust.

The old computer was about 10 years old and the data had to be updated and some of the software had to be transferred over and some of the software was so out of date that new software had to be installed. There was a great amount of data and work to be done. Not only was this done, but better file protection was installed as well as malware software and cleaner software for cookies, etc. I was completely satisfied with the work done. I had a question after everything had been transfered to the new computer and e-mailed Jerry, the owner, with my question and he promptly responded with an answer. I would have no problem calling him again or recommending him to someone else.

I sent Jerry an email note on a Saturday afternoon describing a problem with my laptop, he called me on my cell phone within 30 minutes and provided a diagnosis of what he thought was wrong. He then made an appointment to come to my house on a Sunday afternoon (at my convenience) to work on the computer. He spent about 90 minutes working on the computer, making other adjustments to the functionality of my computer while he was waiting for the Anti-malware scan to run (which took almost two hours). He called me three more times that day to check how the scan went (my computer froze two times, and he walked me through what to do over the phone), until everything was working well. It has been running smoothly since. I had a presentation to finish for that following morning, and Jerry saved the day! I have used Jerry several times over the past three years, and have always been very satisfied with his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him.

I called Tech Bachelors after returning from a work event with my newly tuned up computer having been taken over by a virus/malware. Getting it taken care of would entail sending it out of town. I had been thinking about calling this company based on Angie's List ratings for my home computer. After contacting Jerry I dropped my computer off in the evening and had it delivered back to me the following morning. I decided to take the calculated risk since the List reports were so good. It was a good gamble. My computer is doing great several months later. I would (have) scheduled service again for a different machine.

I called him on a Sunday, he returned my call on Sunday and was able to come the next day to install. He came a did a good job. He was very patient with my questions. He called later to make sure everyt5hing was working correctly.

This is not the first time I have used Jerry. He is great to work with and gives you an honest opinion on hardware and software needs. He is always happy to help improve your current computer and office systems. I will continue to use him as the need arises. I know when I call he will get right back to me, and his customer service is second to none. When you have a computer problem it can be a very difficult situation, knowing that I can call Jerry makes the situation that much easier to tackle. The pricing is very fair for his service and knowledge.

I found him on Angie's List. He did an excellent job. When I move again, he will come to set it up again. I had a computer, but it wasn't fast. It wasn't doing much of anything. He went through the entire thing deleting and installing programs. He is going to bring over a printer. He really took that thing apart. He got rid of a lot of stuff I don't need. I think everybody's price is too high. He knew exactly what he was doing.
