Jerry was on time and ready to analyze the problems with my PC. He was very professional and did not waste my time or money. He determined several problems which we discussed and the possible resolutions. We agreed on the actions to take and he proceeded to rectify the problems and he showed me how to monitor and fix several possible problems that might come up in the future.

Jerry came to my home office and quickly assessed the situation. The printer needs a new head, which should be covered under warranty since it was less than a year old. I have to return it to the store. And while he was not able to access the data on the camera memory card by cleaning it, he did refer to another local vendor who are data recovery experts, and told me to reference his name to get a discount. Certainly great to find a professional computer support rep so close to home. I will certainly contact him again with any future needs.

The overall process went smoothly, and we are really happy with the new computer.

Jerry adressed every issue I had written down and corrected them all He also left me with some programs that will help to keep my computer running well! He was polite and fun to talk with.

Went very well, Jerry is well versed in computer equipment and technology. He was able to install my wireless printer to both my laptop and my desktop. I'm not completely computer illiterate, but I was not able to figure out the sequence of connections, (cable modem, router, phone, answering machine), to get everything working properly. (I was able to get things working on my own EXCEPT for the fax feature which required a higher level of knowledge than I have.) Jerry did find that my brand new printer had a defective print head. I was able to get the printhead replaced by the store where I purchased the printer so that it would print properly. Hopefully, I will not have any more computer type problems BUT if I do, I will definitely call Jerry back to help me solve them. He was very good, very quick and very accommodating!

I purchased a Great Deal from Angie's List and Jerry called the next day to set an appointment. I had to cancel that appoinment but Jerry came at my earliest convience. He did a great job and gave me some good advice.

Speedy return of call; friendly, cooperative and generous with extending 'Big Deal' deadline. Called from the road when he was detained and still arrived within 10 minutes of the appointment time. Friendly, courteous, VERY PROFESSIONAL! I am recommending Jerry Jones and TechBachelors to family and friends sincerely and eagerly!!!!

Jerry Jones did a fantastic job. He is well versed in computer networking. He brought with him his software tools to diagnose the problem. My wireless connections were dropping every few minutes. Even my wired connections (not the gateway) weren't working. He brought with him a new router and switch that has improved my connection speeds. My wireless connection is no longer dropping. He also saw that the neighborhood has a large number of wireless networks, most using the same channel. He determined which little used channel would be best. He offered lots of advice on better ways to maintain my system.

Jerry was very prompt and went immediately to work cleaning out the computer after allowing me to tell him what I was expecting. He was very professional and not "techie-stuffy", meaning he explained things to me in layman's terms and listened to my concerns. He offered solutions and recommendations. He spent way more time than I purchased in the Big Deal and did not rush away before he was satisfied he had done what I had asked him to do. It was an excellent experience all around. As far as I'm concerned, he is my tech guy!

It was an excellent experience. Jerry was ontime, and very respectful in my home. He spent as much time as needed, which actually ran over the promised hour of service for the special. He instilled a sense of trust, that is necessary when giving your computer over to someone. He had my computer back to me in less than the estimated week (actually in four days, over the weekend). He then worked with me to assure that my program for work would function correctly. I am very pleased with how my computer is functioning, and would recommend TechBachelor to everyone. I also am comfortable knowing that I can call him with any problems, and he will be as punctual and competent as he was on my housecall.

Their service was great. I sent him an email on Sunday because my computer was frozen up and he was here yesterday and fixed it; and it was wonderful. I will use them again in the future.

He offered us a special. He was very busy. He was still able to do some good work for us. He was very personable. I would use him again in the future if needed.

I sent an e-mail message to Techbachelor on Saturday night at 9:50pm. Mr. Jones sent a reply the same evening less than 1 hour later. We set up an appointment for the following morning. Mr. Jones called to let me know he was on his way, arrived at my house when he said he would; then immediately began to diagnose the problem my computer was experiencing. He explained what he was doing, in laymen's terms -- which was very appreciated.

Jerry is very professional, and really knows what he’s doing. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and I will continue to call on him whenever his service is needed.

Jerry came to my place of work to look at it, took it with him and quoted me within a few hours. He offered to get us a new computer if that one was unsalvageable. We went ahead with the repair and he returned it the next day. He also explained what the problem was and how to make the computer operate more efficiently.

His service was very good. He worked very hard to locate the virus, and I really appreciate his effort. In fact, I plan on hiring him again here in the near future.
