Jerry was on time. Everything was fixed within an hour and I can play movies and music on my TV! Also, my new printer was working great! He is very professional and an excellent technical problem solver. I would recommend him to everyone.

I would very strongly recommend Jerry Jones for any problems with a computer. The timing of Angie's list ad for his 1 hour tune-up couldn't have come at a better time. I was having intermittent problems with the computer's start up and thought that perhaps I had a spyware/malware problem. Like calling the dentist because of a tooth ache and then having it disappear when you get there, Jerry checked and tightened all connections and had no problem starting it. He cleaned a multitude of unnecessary files, checked and rechecked for any and all possible problems, explaining everything he was doing so hopefully I could repeat this myself....but warned me that the problem that I had described earlier could possibly be a bad power supply (box?) 4 days later, my earlier problem did come back and I could not start it.. After a phone call to him, the computer was at his place of business and back to me with a new upgraded power supply box in a few days. That definitely had been the problem and it and now (with the earlier cleanup he did) runs like it did when it was new. I really appreciated the fact that he worked on it so quickly!

It was an Angie's deal for computer cleanup. I'm completely impressed with Jerry. My Angie's List deal price was $69 and he had no additional charge. I most definitely will use him again and I even have some of his business cards. He gave a great computer cleanup program he used at no charge. He went through, got rid of the temporary files and things that kind of clogged up the machine. He went program by program to see which ones I use and he also had some recommendations on some security programs that he didn't think were necessary. He checked all my windows updates to make sure that I was fully updated and tested the unit to make sure it was running good. I did have a couple of issues like I said and I had tried various options but couldn't get them cleared but he had them done in no time. He fixed everything that I needed. He also took the computer up, made sure it was clean inside and that there was nothing clogging the air for ventilation. He was very accommodating. When I asked him what he was doing, he immediately explained everything. He really is very good and I think that if anyone has an issue with their computer he would definitely be the man who could go above and beyond helping with computer issues.

Jerry was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He not only tuned up my computer and got it running fast again, he even helped with a problem I was having with my wireless keyboard. Often in the middle of typing an email, if I hit the spacebar once it'd jump ahead a half dozen spaces. Or I'd hit a letter once and get ten of them. Worse yet, sometimes it would just stall out on me altogether - I'd be typing away and no words appeared on the screen, the cursor just sat there and blinked at me. The friend who'd put the computer together for me when I bought it last year thought the batteries in the keyboard might need replacing but they're relatively new. Jerry figured out right away what the problem was - the wireless antenna had been placed on a shelf on my computer desk that is lower than the keyboard tray, and the RG box (U-Verse's combination cable box/modem/router) was up on a dresser across the room. He moved the wireless antenna up next to the monitor just above the keyboard more in line with the modem on the other side of the room and I haven't had one problem since. Before he left, he even put a "cleaner" program on my computer that I can use myself to help keep my computer running as it should. He patiently answered all my dense low-tech questions and couldn't have been more helpful.

Jerry is very professional. He is punctual and gets right to work. The problem was corrected in less than 90 minutes. I highly recommend Jerry. He is terrific.

Called Jerry and in less than an hour he returned my call for help. I dropped the laptop at his business and in less than 24 hours it was repaired. He removed the virus, cleaned my laptop, and installed additional anit-virus software. Great work in a very timely manner. This is the 2nd time I have had him do related work and both times he was great.

Jerry was on time (actually early - after calling to verify that I would be home). He did the work needed, and gave some recommendations for some other issues we are experiencing.

I don't remember exactly when this service was performed. It was sometime during 2011. I took advantage of a Big Deal for this service. My computer was running slow, probably due to all of the items that my two sons added while they were living with me. Jerry came to my house and totally wiped out everything that my children had added to the computer and everything that I had added which I no longer needed. When he got done the computer was noticably faster. I have used him again when I developed. a bad disc problem whch kept the computer from working. On this second occasion he tried everything he could think of to fix the machine before finally determining that it had a bad disc that needed to be replaced. He purchased the needed disc and only charged me what he had paid for it plus the installation charge. I will always call Jerry if I have any computer related problems.

We found this company through Angie’s List, and we’re quite happy with them. We’ve used them many times. We’re a business, so they’re always able to resolve our computer issues quickly.

He was very professional and took the time to really look at the computer. He gave us recommendations on what should or shouldn’t be done. He couldn’t repair the computer to the degree that we wanted it to be repaired. He told us it’d needed other work done, which would cost about $250, and we’d have to bring the computer to him. We decided not to go with these repairs and we’re thinking about instead buying a new computer.
