Jerry was very punctual, both with his return call and with his setting up of an appointment.When we decided to order a new computer, he took care of all the details and ordered it for us. He also ordered a new printer. It arrived within ten days, at which time he called to set up an appointment to install the system. He came out at our earliest convience and did the installation. He transferred all of our files/documents/pictures and set up the printer. We were very happy with his service.

I chose Jerry from Angie's List because he had so many "A" ratings from other posters. He responded quickly to my initial call, showed up on schedule, and completed the work at hand way quicker than I thought possible. He has a calm manner which helped me relax, as I always get a bit frazzled by things I don't understand or know how to fix (meaning anything computer related)! I would definitely hire him again.

I choose them because I think they are particularly competent and I think they have a fair price. They does do a good job. I think they are very good at problem solving. I would recommend them. My experience with them has been very good. I would use them again.

Since my internet and network was down and Time Warner Cable could not fix the problem and also were not able to come out til next week I called TechBachelors and Jerry Jones. I called him around 5pm on Wednesday and he was able to squeeze me in the following day at 8am so I did not lose any work time. He also upgraded several of my components free of charge and also informed how to fix the problem should it occur again. He was very prompt actually a few minutes early and really saved my entire work week.

My hard drive had stopped several days ago.....began smelling like smoke. I turned the power off and figured I would have to get a new computer. I had started researching new computers, but I thought first I'd have Jerry check to see what was wrong and perhaps see if I could save some of the things on the drive. When I called on Monday , he apologized for not being able to get over that day, but could come Tuesday evening after I got home from work. We set 6:30 pm as the ETA. Promptly at 6:30pm, Jerry arrived. He had found the problem, ruined power unit, replaced it and cleaned up the insides, all within 30 minutes. I was so happy!!! He had been here last year afer I found a virus on the computer and had fixed it. He remembered that I had been diagnosed with cancer when he was here previously and asked about my health. Not only is he an exceptional computer specialist, he is a very caring individual. I found him trustworthy and reliable. I cannot say enough good about Jerry and his company.

I spoke with Jerry on the phone and emailed to him the report I got from the other company as to what the issues were. Jerry came to my home, took the drive and was able to recover everything at a fraction of the cost and time that the other company quoted.The stress I initially felt when the drive crashed completely disappeared as soon as I spoke with Jerry who was confident he could help and not "break the bank"!

My husband was so happy about the work that he did. He in fact told me to make sure that I go back on Angie's List and give this guy a good review. He just really hit every problem that my husband was having.

I contacted Jerry via phone and he had me walk through the problems that I was having and and the goals that I would like to accomplish. He asked for the models of systems that I wanted him to work on. He then set up a time to meet (he was 5 minutes early btw). He was extremely polite and even provided some humor because he could tell that I was stressed and reassured me that he would take care of everything and he sure did! I will not use anyone ever again but Jerry Jones & TechBachelors for several reasons: his pricing, his overall knowledge, his customer service, his follow up, his professional manner and the fact that he thought ahead to bring various sizes just in case so a second trip was not needed.

Very well. He gave us a lot of information up front on the phone. He was on time (actually apologized for being two minutes late!). He installed and configured the hardware and explained how the system worked.

Jerry Jones provided a very professional service, not only in my home, but at my business and at the home of another friend of mine. I will never call anyone else. And the frosting on the cake, he returns phone calls and shows up when he says he is going to.

Jerry was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. It took him 2 hours to set up my new laptop. In addition, he removed my hard drive from my old laptop and was able to retrieve files I thought were lost forever. I am a consultant that writes reports for various companies. I needed this done, and Jerry did it quickly and efficiently.

Very well--I learned a great deal more about ppt and was able to complete a project for work as a result. It's been a while and I'm continuing to use what I learned and build on it. Jerry was very helpful and easy to learn from. I'd recommend him for this kind of help if you're learning to use software or devices. I learn best when someone shows me how to do something. Working with Jerry was much better that figuring it out myself.

Jerry called me back about 20 minutes after leaving a voicemaiil and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He came out as scheduled and repaired 2 of my computer Internet connections at my home office, without much difficulty. Ive used Techbachelors several times now and he has always provided me and my office staff with great service and prompt timing. I wouldn't use any other company.

It has been nearly one year since Jerry installed our new networked computers and peripherals, and he continues to be a valued partner for our home office. We have had many questions and the occasional issue pop up, and he responds quickly to calls and e-mails with accurate answers and helpful information. Called Jerry on Monday, he determined over the phone that our power supply was shot. He said he would be out either Wed. (if all went well or Thurs. for sure) Wed. about noon he was here, Cleaned our machine all up and replaced the power supply. After determining all else was in good shape, he left us with a very good experience.

Jerry has been our "computer guy" for several years now. When we notified Jerry of our latest problem, he quickly diagnosed and fixed it, without any disruption to our business. Many folks at our office have also used Jerry for help with their in-home computer systems, and we have given his name to many of our clients. Without fail, everyone has been absolutely thrilled with his professionalism, knowledge and quality of service, all at a very fair price.

Things went smoothly. Jim arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got right to work. I never would have been able to fix my system on my own. Since I use my computer for part-time self-employment his service was critical to my work and prevented the loss of hundred of dollars.

I called the company, left a message, and Jerry called back promptly. We scheduled a time for the upcoming week and he arrived on schedule. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My computer and printer are now working flawlessly and quickly! I will call him anytime I need tech help and have recommended him to friends and colleagues.

Called Jerry on a Fri afternoon. He happened to be in our area and had a cancellation. He arrived as stated and spent an hour asking what was needed to perform and what items could be deleted. He added extra protection in aiding to clean up our computer on a weekly and monthly basis. It now works like a dream and his pricing was reasonable.
