I think a better company can be found with a tech who is better informed. Repairs do not go well when being billed by the hour.

It is a pleasure to report on my experience with Techbachelor Computer Services. I had purchased the Angie's List special but before I could schedule an appointment I had somehow messed up the computer so thoroughly that I could not access sites that i used on a regular basis. Because of his increased business from the Special, he was not able to come out for about four days, so I had an opportunity to make a list of the many things that were going wrong. Mr. Jones arrived precisely on time, read my list and went right to work. I knew the repair was more than just a tune up, and told him I would pay for a full repair. I was recovering from an illness, so I left him with the computer. He checked with me only twice about my preferences and then called me in to explain the changes. My computer now performs perfectly (and fast) and he accepted the Special certificate as full payment. (And I promised never to click the install button again.)

TechBachelors again exceeded my expectations on several fronts. He was able to squeeze me in on very short notice. He brought equipment that he thought we may need to get my computer and internet working again. He was very professional, prompt, cost effective and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. Just in case something similar happened again he showed me how I could do some troubleshooting on my own.

It went very well. He was very professsional as well as helpful answering our questions. He did everything we requested plus checked on our service and told us to call him with any questions or problems in the future.

I called Jerry about 2:30PM and he was at my home about 4:30PM, the power supply went out on my computer, he had one in his car. It took him less than 30 minutes to get me back up and running. Jerry was very professional and competent, I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Jerry was great -- he was prompt, professional, explained what he was doing and checked to make sure that the problem was fixed. He also fixed some other problems we were having with an old laptop, and did it quickly. His rate was very reasonable, and he had the part I needed with him, so everything was fixed in an hour. I have never had anyone to our house to help us with computer issues -- I should have called Jerry years ago!

Nice person but not worth the money...problem was NOT fixed.

The tech was prompt, efficient and pleasant. He performed his services according to the contract and I was happy with the outcome.

It all went very well, both computers completed and ready for use. Jerry is very professional and accurate.Obviously knows computers very well!

Jerry Jones is one of a kind. He knows what he is doing and does it quickly and it's right the first time. i can not recommend him highly enough.

Jerry was wonderful! He purchased the new PC for me, installed it and gave me instruction in its' use. He first came expecting to be able to fix the old PC. When that wasn't possible he set a new date and time, purchased the new PC and brought it with him on the second visit. He was very punctual (even a little early with a phone call). I am not very computer literate and he was very patient and explained many of the basic functions of the new computer. I had to call him with additional questions when he left and he was very helpful. He then called me later that evening to see how everything was working for me. I feel very comfortable that he would be helpful if I had any other questions in the future.

Jerry was very responsive to my needs. He returned all calls promptly, showed up on time, performed all work necessary to get me up and running again, answered all questions to my satisfaction and set me up with a new system that provides me with more than enough computing power to handle my needs at a good price.

It turned out ok; he was polite, professional and took his time to answer my questions. He wasn't in a rush and the price was reasonable.

They did a nice job and charged a very reasonable price.

It turned out very well. He was very prompt and very business-like. He seemed to have a strong knowledge base on computers.

He was on time. Called before he came. He put two programs on my computer that will help my computer cleaned. He answer a lot of questions and I felt good with him being here.

Jerry Jones arrived promptly, and efficiently evaluated and solved each problem. He answered my questions and helped me to understand new programs. He made sure PC security and memory were OK. He didn't try to sell me anything, and advised me that there was no need for upgrading at present because my (ancient) computer system could still perform the tasks I required. He gave full attention during appointment despite messages piling up on his phone. I highly recommend him.

Jerry was extremely helpful. I'm working more efficiently now. Well worth the money spent.

Very quick response and prompt attention to my request for assistance without charging me after making a previous visit to my home to diagnose a problem with my desktop.

Wonderful! I've used him before to deal with my electronic and computer problems and need to set things up. He's great; patient, explains things, teaches, respectful, professional. I've recommended him to friends who have also used him for home and office computer issues and they have also been very satisfied. Don't hesitate; he always follows-through; communicates well; does an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Jerry helped me diagnose my ailing laptop, and was realistic with us about our options. He procured and configured a new machine, and external hard drive backup solution, for us at a good price. He also helped us evaluate whether a solid state hard drive was a good option, something I don't expect big box retailers to ever do. I would highly recommend Jerry and will plan on using him again for future computer needs.

Jerry had helped me a few months ago when my drive crashed so I asked for his help purchasing a new laptop. It is terrific and I wouldn't have been able to get this one on my own. He went over it thoroughly and updated everything before he brought it to my home.Within minutes it was part of my home network. He is wonderful to work with and explains things clearly..is patient, honest and an expert. Who needs iyogi when you have the Tech Bachelors? My new guru.

When I contacted Jerry on Thursday July 12th, we agreed he would come to our home at 4:30 on Tuesday July 24th.On July 24th he called to say he was running 10 minutes late and he arrived then within the 10 minutes. He was extremely professional, and answered our questions/concerns with a great deal of knowledge but not so theinformation was over my head ! He worked on the our laptop first - resolved the issues and th en moved to our desktop. He spent approximately 2 hours working on both systems. We took our desktop to see what could be replaced and advised it would take a day or so. Within an hour of leaving, he called to advise he had what was needed and would bring the system back the next day.He arrived promptly the next day, again working quickly and efficiently while responding to questions. When he left we felt like we had found somebody to trust our business to for years to come.....W

Jerry was very responsive to phone calls to set the appointment. He was also on time for the appointment. He showed up with a branded shirt so you knew him right away. He was professional in his demeanor, spending time asking me questions about how the PC had been used and would be used, told me what he was doing and answering any of my questions. He was personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend working with him.

It went very well. I now have a fully functioning computer.
