Description of Work: Excellent person to deal with. Came on time and correctly set up my new desktop computer as well as transferring all the programs and information from my old computer.

Description of Work: Jerry came on time as scheduled; hooked up new DVD player; installed new wi-fi router; enabled services on new TV; etc...also installed software on netbook. He explained everything he was doing; made sure everything worked well; was respectful; most of all, explained things in ways that I could understand so that I could use what he did. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

Description of Work: My 6 year old desktop computer suddenly died. It wouldn't turn on at all. I called TechBachelors (Jerry Jones). Although he was busy, he agreed to look at it if I could bring it over to him. I dropped it off at 2 pm. He called me at 7:30 pm. He had diagnosed the problem (a burnt out power supply) had put another in and was ready to be picked up! I took it home and it immediately worked perfectly. This was fantastic. I was back fully functional within 6 hours of calling him! He was very professional, very accomodating, and the charge was very reasonable (it included his going out, getting the new power supply unit (which was part of the overall cost of $200.00) and installing it. He had also told me that if the repairs were too much he would tell me and advise me to get a new computer. As it turned out, he fixed it at a fair price and I was back in business the same day. I cannot recommend him highly enough! I am certain that if I have any other computer issues I will call him again as well as recommend him to my friends!

Description of Work: Great follow through! Jerry called the day after the deal was done to schedule; prompt scheduling; good communication; very professional. He fixed the problem with the computer, installed a printer, and cleaned up the netbook. I was also offered good advice about managing software. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Very professional!

Description of Work: Jerry Jones took my call late in the evening when I thought that I would have to leave a message and wait until the next day for an answer. He remembered me from the last time he worked on my computer and gave me advice about how to overcome a problem that, to me, was quite serious (computer not working!). His advice was right on the mark and he took extra time to fill me in on some background for the problem. He was very professional.

Description of Work: Have used Jerry in the past. The computer picked up something I couldn't remove which turned out to be Malware. Jerry reformatted and reloaded the software and everything is working again.

Description of Work: Jerry came to my residence and worked on my computer for about an hour. I was satisfied with the results even though I still have some problems with my computer. I called Jerry and told him, and he suggested some solutions. I am satisfied with his work and his professionalism.
