Superior Carpet and Tile Care

The job went very well. They have a great process and the carpets looked great after they were done. Jed and team were also were fast, courtious and efficient. They made sure they didn't scratch any of the walls and were flexible as I added a flight of stairs to be cleaned the same day. This is a top notch company who does great work and provides great service. You can't go wrong.

This was the second time we used them and they did a great job. They were on time. The carpets were dry and clean when they left. The price was good.

Called & spoke with a very friendly knowledgeable salesperson who gave me a ballpark estimate & scheduled the cleaning. I was the second cleaning of the day and was told they would arrive around 10:00. When 10:45 rolled around I grew concerned so I phoned again and was assured that they were coming today and the second appointment is usually a window between 10:00 & 12:00 and the crew would call when they are on the way. About 15 minutes later the crew called and gave me an ETA. A two person crew showed up and surveyed the job then wrote up a formal estimate. They performed the work quickly and effectively. I was very impressed by the professionalism these two gentlemen displayed. They were well dressed, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Superior is very much oriented to quality improvement so much so that they gave me a confidential survey to complete & seal before leaving. They clearly value their customers opinions! I've worked with a lot of companies & work crews while preparing to sell my home and Superior has by far been the most professional and easiest to work with.

When they leave, the carpet looks very clean and they are very responsive to the spots that we have due to our dog.

They were good. They were eager to get any stains that I noticed after the original cleaning.

Superior Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning all our carpets! They were friendly, punctual, reliable and our carpets looked great when they were finished. We have used other companies in the past and none have compared to the high quality and care of Superior Carpet Cleaning. The carpets looked cleaner than they had been done in the past and they dried quicker too. We were very pleased!

I liked all of the positive comments on Angie's List. I thought that he did as good of a job that you can on a sculpted carpet. He was nice and he worked quickly. He let know that he was going to be late and let us know when he would be there.

They were very prompt in returning my initial phone call and gave me a verbal estimate over the phone based on the square footage that I thought my house was. They were right on time on the day I had scheduled for the carpet cleaning and measured the entire house. When the technician came in with the written estimate, it was even lower than I expected, which was a nice surprise. They pre-treated, cleaned and scotch-guarded all of my wall to wall carpeting. I will definitely hire this company again. A pleasure to do business with.

Well I was a little disappointed with Superior Carpet as they only sent out one service guy which I have mixed feelings about, I realize I live in a condo, however if Superior Carpet & Tile Care is going to measure & charge by the sq/ft. So they measure wall to wall but work around the furniture and make no attempt to move dressers or couches unless prompted. This was not explained to me and that is what irked me.

When I called Superior Carpet and Tile Care, I was given an appointment for the following week. When I asked Jed if there was anything sooner, he actually tried to give me an appointment for 10:00pm. It would have worked but there was no electricity at the time. So, I kept the original appointment and they showed on time and immediately went to work. Jed and his assistant were very polite and informative as to how soils and stains were being treated for removal. After the job was completed, I was very pleased with the result. Even the stairs were well cleaned.

Our dog had been sick and had made some messes in a few rooms. They came out when scheduled. They were professional and friendly. The owner came out with the crew. He warned us that a couple of pet stains and odors might not come out (most did, a couple did not). They moved some big furniture, like our large sectional. However, I was a little annoyed that they didn't move some smaller dressers in the bedrooms. Overall, we were happy with the work for the money.

Jed is extremely responsive. Returned my call quickly and always called back when he said he would. Even apologized for being late when his poor technician fell and broke his arm on the way to my house. (Hope he's okay!) Rather than cancel my appt., Jed personally stepped in and assisted Jon, the other tech, to do the job, who is also wonderful. My kitchen tile was beyond filthy (understatement) and now it sparkles. Superior had to use extra solution on it, but did not charge me for that or the additional time spent cleaning it. My carpets also look like new. Superior did an awesome job and I highly recommend them.

Superior arrived on time on a Saturday appointment which was very convenient for me. They took a look at the carpet and took measurements. They provided a total price for me on the spot and worked for one hour on the carpet. They took a before and after picture that showed a tremendous improvement on the carpet. They did spot cleaning and left the carpet looking 100% better. I left them in the apartment while I went to run errands and I returned within 1 hour. They were done and did a great job.

Great experience. I called for a quote and set up an appointment. Jed arrived promptly with a crew of two. Everyone was extremely professional and respectful of our home. The job took about 45 min, maybe an hour. The furniture looks fantastic. We will definitely hire Superior Carpet again for future upholstery cleanings and plan to use the company for tile cleaning.

On Sunday evening my son vomited on my living room carpet. I cleaned it up the best I could and called Superior immediately (I have been a customer for 2 years). I spoke with Jed on Monday morning and told him my problem. I also explained that I was due to have all of the carpets cleaned. He told me that he could schedule it for Friday but if something became available sooner he'd call right away. SOMEHOW HE WORKED IT OUT TO COME AT 6PM ON MONDAY EVENING, NOT EVEN 24 HOURS AFTER THE ACCIDENT! Wow was I happy since my house smelled like vomit! The guys called 30 minutes before their arrival and were even a little early. They cleaned all of the carpets in my home and took extra care to remove the stain. They were professional and pleasant! They did a great job.Thanks.

Both technicians arrived on time & telephone 1/2 hr prior to arrival. They were courteous & helpful, offering tips spot removal. Our white carpeting had looked awful & I can't believe how great it looks!

Estimate was given over the phone based on approximate measurements of the area to be cleaned. Jeb and his team arrived on time. Opted to have them use a deodorizer and protectant. Carpets looked great when they were done - and they hadn't been cleaned in over 6 years, and Superior did a much better job for almost the same price. The Angie's List discount was a very nice bonus. Jeb and his team were polite, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had.

Initially, the cleaners and I had difficulty connecting, because they could not reach me by phone the morning of the job. However, Melissa, the young lady in the office, resolved the problem and instead of the 8 am appointment, I was assured that the carpet would be cleaned that day sometime in the afternoon. Superior kept their promise and the carpet was cleaned around 2:30 pm. When Jed and his co-worker arrived, they walked through the house (the house was empty of furniture) assessing any special attention that was needed. Jed explained their cleaning process, pointed out the difficult areas to me and went to work. When the job was completed, the carpet looked beautiful. The stained/hard to clean areas were almost unnoticeable unless they were pointed out. Due to the morning mix-up, I was also given a discount on the cleaning.

The owner, Jeb Schriebman, was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable about the process. He came on the second day of the downpour to begin the work. (I waited the first day for a no-show carpet co.). He had all the necessary machines and parts to do a thorough job each time he came (twice). The only thing I can't comment on is the price since I had no other quotes for comparison.

Excellent! They arrived on time, and did an excellent job. Jim and Brian were courteous and informative. The tile under one of our mats had become discolored from condensation-Jim recommended we reseal the color grout in this area.
