Superior Carpet and Tile Care

The crew was really friendly and polite, but we had the feeling they completed the service too fast, a little over 2 hours for about 2000 sf. They were not able to remove the stains in the living room, and only when my husband insisted they tried several other cleaning products that didn't work out. The stain was made the day before, when the previous owners were moving out. Then were ready to leave when I asked about the stain in one of the rooms. He said he couldn't get it out. My husband went to Walmart a week later and bought some cleaner and with almost no effort removed the stain from the bedroom and lightened the stain in the living room. It was really disappointing and frustrating to find that stains were left that were easily removed with a common cleaner. Also, when my vacuum arrived and I was able to go clean the carpets again, I found many dead bugs along the baseboards. I get their machines are big, but couldn’t they use a hand piece to vacuum these areas? I sent them a message to let them know about the service it was provided and they kindly offered to come back to clean the areas where stains were left behind. Truth is, if a proper cleaning wasn’t done in my empty house, I really don’t see what they could do now that all our furniture is in place. Never again.

Tile came out like new. We just bought the house and new the tile had not been really cleaned in years. Results where fantastic. But, they can't get the corners or the edges that great. Carpet all came out like new, amazing job!

Jed and his team did a great job. The rugs look much cleaner, and the couch and love seat do as well. Jed was easy to communicate with via text and phone and gave me a quote very quickly. I was also pleased that they were able to come out on a Sunday so we didn't have to adjust our work schedules.

Gary and Dante' came to my home to perform the tasks listed above. They were very professional and did excellent work for me. Both men were very kind and polite and a pleasure to have in my home. Jed is great. Called on Monday to schedule a cleaning job on Wednesday. Already a short notice but Jed was able to schedule it. Showed up on time. Very professional. Since they finished earlier than expected Jed lowered the price than originally quoted. Highly recommended.

Jed kept in contact with me and was very detailed in his communication. The hydraulic oil stain was successfully removed from out cream carpet. They then cleaned and protected 2 rooms, a large set of stairs and hallway. They were in and out very quickly.

Jed and his team did an excellent job of steam cleaning roughly 800 square feet of carpeted area in our home. They were prompt, professional, and exceptionally courteous. With a dog and a toddler in the house, there were plenty of spots that needed attention, all of which are now gone. Although we are planning to sell our home, Jed gave us a bottle of spot cleaner for any unforeseen messes in the time between cleaning and the house being sold. We have a 6 year old and 2 dogs living in our house. Having a reliable carpet cleaner who can perform semi-miracles is a necessity. Superior Carpet Car IS that carpet cleaner. I have been a client of Superior for quite some time, and their visits have become more frequent since the arrival of our son. Each time, the technician contacts me 15 minutes before they arrive for scheduled service. I have never had an issue with appointment timing. They are ALWAYS on time, and this is critical since sometimes Im working on tight windows between my own work and my kid's school schedule. Its easiest to get the work done during school times, and there have even been times where I have been able to meet the tech at y house while on my lunch break just to get a touch up in one or two rooms if there is a disaster (kids dont always keep everything they eat down and you cant get rid of that odor on your own) Not only is Superior always on time, but the carpets are always dry within a couple hours. I find this to be important ans well, given how much time my son spends playing on the floor. I find that if I schedule an appointment for the morning, things are bone dry by the time he comes home from school, and I dont have to worry about him rolling around on soggy carpets. Furthermore, the chemicals that Superior uses are pet and child friendly, so I dont have to worry about the dogs getting sick if they eat something off of the floor or my Son getting sick if he imposes the "5 second rule" on a dropped Oreo. Last, every time Superior is done cleaning my carpets, the floor look incredible, my house smells better and the carpet feels almost new again. It truly is nice to walk around the house and feel the fluffy carpet underneath your feet, knowing that they arent trodden down with a winters worth of salt and grime from dirty boots, or a springs worth of muddy dog paws. And, if Im slick about it, I can surprise my wife, so when she comes home and is greeted by freshly scrubbed carpets, Im a hero, and all I had to do was make a phone call. Superior is without a doubt the best service company Ive ever dealt with (carpet cleaner, maid service, locksmith, etc). They are ALWAYS on time, do excellent work, are polite and never charge more than what I have been quoted.

things went quite well. They showed up on time and were both professional and pleasant. The tile looks great. Carpets stayed damp longer than expected but it was a humid day so that may have been part of it. They followed up with a call to see if we were happy with how things turned out and offered to come back out if the carpets did not dry.

Arrived on time. Did a great job. Used competitors in the past. Very pleased with them. Will probably still use competitor for area rugs. But for the wall to wall carpet. They are my new go to guys.

The outcome is that the floor looks great and much better than anticipated and actually has a nice finish and it is a lot easier to clean. The team squeezed us into their schedule and were prompt and courteous. I would recommend that you not wait as long as I did to protect your floor as it will hold up better in the long run. Worth the price.

First time using Superior Carpet and Tile. Jed and his his team were fantastic. I had tenants moving in and they were able to get me appointment fast. They were on time, and did an excellent job. The carpeting looked very fresh and I was very pleased. In addition, they also did a light cleaning of some grout in my kitchen (no charge). Warren, Dante and Jed, the owner all were great people to deal with. I will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend Superior Carpet. They are in the Wickliffe area and I moved to Willoughby so I will be calling them in the future to clean my carpeting in my new condo. In addition, Jed gave me a bottle of carpet stain remover for free because I told him I have a cat that seems to throw up on my carpeting--it is amazing and really takes the stains out!

Arrived on time, assessed the size of the work area and prepped his self-contained van. He pre-treated the high traffic areas and then brought in his carpet machine. Was done within an hour. Carpet seems cleaner and the fibers are definitely softer.

Extremely well. They were punctual, pleasant and very professional. Warren and Dante were not satisfied with trouble spots until they got the best results they could even using different solutions to remove dirt. Would recommend this company to all.

Warren and the crew were prompt and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished the whole house in just under two hours. I appreciated all of this because we only had a small window for them to complete the job. The owner, Jed, assured me they would be finished within that time frame. We spent some time the night before picking up and vacuuming so the cleaners could be in and out without too much extraneous labor. It really made it easy the day of the cleaning. Jed even stopped by to see how the job was coming along. That kind of attention to detail and customer service is hard to find these days. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

I really enjoyed working with Superior Carpet and Tile Care and would definitely use them again! Not only were they priced just right but they were on time, quite and very professional! They also made me feel as if nothing was impossible. I'm almost embarrassed to say this but it had been a couple years since I had all of the carpets and furniture cleaned in the house. In between a new puppy, a man who works construction and the constant foot traffic, I couldn't bare to look at it anymore. There were stains on the carpet and couches that I thought would never come out! Superior got them out though and made it look effortless! I couldn't believe it! Everything looked new again, fresh and it smelled wonderful! The sense of relief I felt when they left was priceless and saying thank you doesn't seem as if it's enough. So instead I'll show my gratitude by being a return customer and continue to recommend them to all! Superior gets all A's from me!!!
