Superior Carpet and Tile Care

Called this company to get an estimate on getting my carpet cleaned. I had to leave a message since I got no answer. I did call during their regular business hours. That was on Sunday March 4th. It is now Tuesday and I still have never received a return phone call.

I have used this company multiple times and am never disappointed. This time they went to my rental property without requiring I meet them there, which is not convenient for me at this time. I really appreciated this. I was also prepared to schedule something in the next few weeks, and Jed informed me they had a cancelation and could come the next day. What a pleasant surprise!

I was moving in to a home I just purchased and wanted the carpets cleaned before moving the furniture in. I didn't schedule everything well and the carpet guys came while cable and a cleaning crew my daughter hired for me were there. No big deal, these guys worked with (and around) everyone. They were great! It is so nice to walk on a nice, clean carpet. I will use them again. And recommend to anyone who needs a good job at very reasonable prices!

Took a while responding to my initial phone call(s), But said it was a cell phone problem. Once I got a hold of them, they were prompt and very helpful and professional.

When I originally called, Jed explained the particular problems that come with trying to remove pet stains but assured me his employees would do all they could to help alleviate the situation.I wish I would have gotten the employee's name, because he was very polite, professional and did a great job of improving the look of our carpets. They are not perfect, but after talking very candidly with Jed, I realized before the cleaning was done that they probably would not be. Still, the improvement is significant and we are very happy with the results!

Wonderful! I was very pleased with the service performed. These gentlemen were polite, on time, moved the furniture and put it back in its place and they were fast. I will definitely call them again in September for the fall cleaning.

He was on time. He was very nice and explained what exactly what he does. He took his time and didn't rush to make sure that he did a complete job. The carpet came out fantastic. I would use him next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Outstanding! I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. Jed, the owner returned my initial call promptly. I was expecting house guests for the Thanksgiving holiday and my teenage son had given a party in our basement the previous week-end. The carpet was badly soiled and smelled awful ! Jed was able to add me to an already very busy schedule and get the job done before our company arrived. Roger, who came out to do the work, was right on time and so friendly and professional. He worked really, really hard to remove several difficult stains and was completely honest and upfront about the one spot he couldn't get out. I thought he did an excellent job. I highly recommend this business and will happily work with them again in the future.

This company (specifically Jed and Roger) is outstanding! We just bought a house and needed the carpets cleaned since previous owners had 2 cats (which I am allergic to). We were to get the keys on Fri 12/10 but didn't know what time since it was based on when the sellers would be ready to leave. I love that Jed was flexible and able to accommodate us that day. The agent called us and said we could get the keys at 2pm. So I called Jed and he sent Roger over at 2:30 pm. Unfortunately the sellers were still packing (she was packing up her pantry at 3:30 pm!). Roger was kind enough to come back that evening at 5pm (we really needed the carpet cleaned that day because the cleaning lady was scheduled for Sat and move date was Monday morning). Roger returned and the seller was still there (until ~5:30 pm). Roger's customer service skills are outstanding. He sacrificed his evening plans to make sure the work was completed. He was very thorough and we are very happy w/ the results. Unfortunately we found out the master room could not be cleaned due to all the damage from the cats. He was honest enough to tell us that upfront which I really appreciate! The stains in the basement came back and he returned yesterday to try again. He did tell us that it was possible that it may not come out and the fact that Jed and Roger are willing to work w/ the customer is so refreshing. This is why we support independent owners (vs big chains). You get to support local companies and the quality of service is something that you don't always get w/ larger companies. We highly recommend this company and one of our friends came over after the work was complete and commented on how nice the carpets look (we gave them the name of the company). We would definitely use them again and they also clean tile work so I hope to use them in the future for that as well. Thanks Jed and Roger :)

I had an outstanding service experience from start to finish. From the immediate response by Jed to my email inquiry to the professional and thorough service by Roger. I highly recommend and will call them for service again in the future.

Roger the carpet cleaner did a good job and I was very comfortable having him in our home - pleasant and efficient.

I called on Monday 9/10 and spoke to the owner Jed. He gave me an approximate estimate over the phone. He then said that he could do it next week. I told him that I had some Doctors appointments next week. I was going to check my schedule. He offered that he was going to be fairly close to my house the next day and could be here between 11:00 and 1:00. That was perfect for me. On Tuesday, I had just gone out to nget coffee and Jed called to say he would be leaving the other job and would be at my house in 15-20 minutes. I told him I would be there. By the time I got home he was already bthere. It was 11:00. He came in and measured the areas and told me how much it was. It was just about the exact price he had quoted over the phone. I asked what the cost to protect the carpet was. I told him to go ahead and do it. In about 2 hours he was done. He gave me slippers to put over my shoes. It was completely dry in 4 to 6 hours. The traffic patterns are gone. Next time I call him, I will also have him do the furnature He was ver proffessional.

I am very satisfied with the services I received. The owner from the company provided the services, he was prompt, curtious, and really cared about doing a great job! Will definetely recommend to anyone and will use his services again. Thank you!

I called several companies to get estimates for cleaning carpet and tile in a home that I purchased that had not been cleaned or cared for in a long time. Several companies didn't want to even come out to give estimates. Superior Carpet and Tile not only came out, but presented several options for what they could do to clean various areas. In one room, they said they would not charge if the carpet wasn't cleaned. Their work was stellar, quite good, and even the room that they weren't sure could be cleaned came out quite well. Because there we some issues with the tile getting clean, they came back a second time at no charge. I was extremely happy, have recommended them many times, and have used them in another house.

Excellent service. Returned my initial phone call promptly. Came when they said they would. Did a thorough job of cleaning and deodorizing the carpets. Pointed out some areas of wear that I hadn't noticed, which I appreciated. Put the heavy furniture up on styrofoam. Carpet dried in 24-48 hours despite the heat and humidity. Workmen were personable and professional. I'd hire them again and would recommend them to others.

I came home from vacation and discovered that my cat was sick and had some accidents on the carpet. I have a toddler, so it was really important to me that it be cleaned quickly and thoroughly. He came within a couple of days of my call and cleaned both rooms in a little over an hour. He recommended scotch guarding the rooms, which was very little additional charge. I am very happy with the outcome. The stains came out and the house smelled very good!

I called and left a message and they called back within the hour to set up an appointment. We set it up for a week later. They arrived promptly for the appointment at 9AM. Both men were friendly and professional. They did not move the TV stand or the computer desk and I did not want them to. These were too difficult to move. All the other furniture was moved for cleaning. The carpet looked much cleaner afterward. They told me it would take around 4 hours to dry. It was almost dry 24 hours later, not 4, and we left the styrofoam boosters under the furniture for yet another day to make sure the carpet was really dry. The stairway took longer to dry since it was not exposed to sun or moving air from a doorway. The cleaning product they used had a citrus smell that was OK but it was a couple of days before we quit smelling it. All in all, the professionalism of the workers out-weighed the smell and the long drying time.

Everything was top rate. The serviceman was on time, pleasant, professional and explained what he was doing each step of the way. I am completely satisfied.

The service was excellent. The technician showed up exactly on-time, and performed a very thorough cleaning. Because the size of the room was fairly small and didn't meet their minimum charge, the technician provided scotch-guard for the carpet to make up the difference, which was a welcome and unexpected surprise. I had this service performed because we had some water seep into our basement during recent heavy rains. When I originally called, the person I spoke with gave me very detailed advice about the best way to dry out the carpet and avoid mold damage, even recommending against renting their dehumidifier and instead towards buying my own since it was a repeat issue. I felt this showed a level of honesty and trust. I've used them twice and would use them again. Thanks!

I called to discuss whether they could remove/treat a bedroom carpet that had cat urine from a cat getting trapped in the bedroom. I was told they could treat it to eliminate the smell. I hired them because of their excellent Angie's List rating. When the technician arrived, he told me they didn't have any special treatment for the car urine. The carpets stayed wet for nearly a week and showed bad stains in many areas as all of our carpet is light. They were very good about coming out and redoing the stains, but the only thing that finally removed them was us taking their advice and putting towels down all over the house with heavy weights on top of them. This had to be done repeatedly over the course of a couple of weeks. They said it happened because I use a home Hoover steam cleaner and these were old stains their equipment pulled up from the pad. Anyway, they ended up bringing out a monster fan that I had to run in each room to help dry the carpet, I had to put the area rugs up on chairs, and the linoleum under the diniing room run is slightly discolored from carpet dye from the wet rug laying on it for so long. My son had ankle surgery the day after the cleaning and had to maneuver over the house on wet carpet which was very nerve racking. When they never returned to pick up their fan, I left a final message that I was putting it in our driveway outside the door where it would remain until they retrieved it, which they finally did. The people I dealt with were very nice, and initially tried to solve the problem, but never sent a more experienced technician out to resolve any problems or attempt to vacuum up the solution left in the carpet. I was not going to report this, but was encouraged by Angie's List to share my experience so that others can make an educated decision about whether this was a company they want to use.

Punctual and very very thorough. The carpet looked great in all 3 areas. Very polite and professional. Price came in way under the estimation. Very pleased.

Company arrived precisely on time. The agent took precise measurements of the amount of carpet to be cleaned, calculated the cost, wrote out a contract and asked for my signature. I was amazed! The cost was much less than I anticipated. Total time was about an hour. All my carpet is a light tan color and and contained numerous spots from spills and traffic. All those spots and scuffs are GONE! The agent said to give it 4 hours to dry. Rather than sit in the kitchen or bathroom for 4 hours I did some Christmas shopping and went to a movie. I would definitely use this company again.

Yesterday my 3 1/2 year old had an "accident" and got POOP on my couch. I called Jed immediately and left a message. I got a call back within 30 minutes and was scheduled to have the couch and carpets cleaned at 9:00am today. WOW. It's 2 days before Christmas! Roger came out this morning and cleaned everything. It looks great. WOW AGAIN. Superior's customer service is just that SUPERIOR. Thanks for being so great!

Saturday, 9/12 I called and talked with Jed to get an estimate of cost of cleaning for the square footage I gave him. We set up an appointment for Tuesday, 9/15 with ETA of 10am to noon. Roger called at 10:18 am to let me know he was on his way there. He arrived around 11:00 am. I showed him the rooms that needed to be done and then he measured the square footage. He gave me an estimate, but also advised me that due to the age and condition of our carpets some stains might not come out or some might be more apparent after cleaning. He noted that carpet replacement may be a better choice. I told him we didn't want to replace the carpets at this time, but just wanted the current ones cleaned. We accepted the estimate and he got to work. It took a couple hours. The carpet looked much better overall, but he was right about some of the stains -- red and black marker didn't come out; some stains were more obvious. Overall it was cleaner however -- much cleaner. Roger humored us in our curiosity and let us see how dirty the water and filter got from cleaning our carpets. He gave us booties to wear for walking on the carpets until they were dry.
